Never set foot in a Pandora before but fell in love with a bracelet and popped by the Hanley store to try it on yesterday. Had a bit of a think on it and went back today to buy it. The staff there are so nice and friendly! Chloe and Keira are a credit to the company. I definitely recommend shopping here.

They were very helpful with me as I had to try on a few different bracelets on and then I wanted some charms to put on it too so they got me some out for me to look at, baring in mind I was buying the gold one so it took longer than normal

Great staff shame they dont offer discounts to NHS staff or military and so in in store would make so much more in sales and increase profits
The young girl was so friendly and helped me pick my new bracelet and two family charms. Really enjoyed it lovely jewellery at an affordable high street pocket.

Staff were helpful and friendly on this visit, I dislike the display cases on the walls its difficult to see the jewellery and price tags are tiny.

We wanted to get an 18th birthday gift but didnt know exactly what we wanted to buy. The member of staff who served us was really pleasant and patient even though we were taking quite a long time to make our minds up. She showed us lots of suitable things and helped us to find the ideal gift.

It states on pandoras website that they can exchange online orders inshore. I made a special journey with the items in the original packaging with my invoice and they wouldnt exchange, terrible customer service, will not be returning to this store
The woman (Keeleywho helped was great, very patient, put her opinion in too, very informative. Was a bit too hot in the store for myself but on a rainy day its perfect!
I would give no stars if that was an option. My 10 year old daughter spent £5 of her own Christmas money on a Pandora ring she has wanted for weeks. The purchase was made at the end of December... its not even Feb and the ring is black..i went into the local store and asked if it could be exchanged or returned, to which i was told even though the ring was faulty that we couldnt return it. My daughter was heart broken. The online team have advised i go back again in an attempt to return the faulty item. But after how embarrassed i felt last time im apprehensive of going back. i will not be using Pandora again.
My partner bought my engagement ring from swag and it unfortunately got seriously damaged to the point it couldnt be worn anymore, we popped into the Hanley store after being told that if we took it in we could pay a cost to get it repaired, upon arrival we were told that if we took it to an independent jewellery store they would fix it, no mention of being able to send it off even though it does state it could be online, the woman who I presume to be the manager was just rude and unhelpful. Paid £60 for a ring that was flimsy and terribly made. Wont be buying from Pandora ever again.
Extremley rude manager, there is a queue system still so you browse then stand in a line which i did i was the only one in queue at the time, i was then joined by a lady behind me,when the next avaliable member of staff came avaliable the manager who was standing there showing people where to go asked the lady to go to the cashier how rude!! I know im only 4ft10 but im not invisable she never even opologised, i wont be returning and left without the purchase if ,£100 i was going to make.
Queued outside shop which was expected as Christmas. Eventually got into shop to be asked what I wanted but I explained that I wanted to browsefirst. When I saw what I wanted I was told I had to queue outside again??? Why ??? Needless to say I came away very disappointed and one sale lost! Upset is not the word!
Rude staff member! I have shopped at this store since it first opened spending hundreds of pounds. I was appalled by the way I was treated yesterday. The staff member who served me needs to be retrained in the way she interacts with customers, and she certainly needs to learn some manners! I will never shop at this store again and will take my business online.
Hit & Miss - sometimes you get excellent service other times you get terrible service. Would be better with a click&collect policy & being able to have the option to give back the packaging would be good - you dont always want the boxes!!
Brilliant place to get quality long lasting special gifts. Ideal spreading over with bracelets you can add charms to marking special occasions (we even found charms in Rome with mini coloseum to remember holidaysor splashing out on special jewelery you will treasure forever. Staff are helpful directing and finding what is available. Well worth many visits, seeing what is new and adding to the collection.
Went into the shop to browse for a gift for my wife. She decided on ear rings as a gift for our Anniversary. Asked an assistant for help she pointed to three places we could see ear rings. Didn’t show us and went back to her conversation with another staff member.My wife found some ear rings she liked. The lady who was on the counter where they were we asked to show us. She just said I will get someone to come over. She was right in front of us but would not show us herself. She carried on going through charms right in front of us. Even made eye contact again, but no sign of help. No explanation why she could not open the cabinet and show us the ear rings. The other two members of staff were still chatting between themselves. After a reasonable wait with no one helping we left. Obviously the lady at the till saw us leaving still made no attempt to get us any help OR help herself, so we left, went elsewhere and bought earrings from a jeweller.With customer service like that I don’t expect you will last long.Really disgusted with shoddy customer treatment.

A women named Angela was very rude when she threw my charms out of my bag onto the table and whacked my bracelet on the table too. Very unprofessional and looked like she had better things to be doing then helping a customer. My charms and bracelet were very expensive and she treated them very poorly and could of damaged them. I would give a 0 if I could.

Not happy brought a bracelet on 27th dec not worn untill valentines as it was a gift and within a few hours of wearing it,it started to snap day 4 and snapped completely,havent got the receipt so was told take statement in to be told now Ive got travel over 50miles to take it back to the store i purchased it from as noway i want the same one again,i will highly recommend anyone not to buy the new mesh bracelet its shocking to pay £55 for it to last 4days even though its got 2yrs warranty but hanley store were no help what so ever
Went in just over a week ago to buy some beads for a bracelet my fiancé was gifted by her mum. I asked for helped as no one came up to me and the shop wasn’t even that busy. I got the charms for her bracelet and left. Didn’t feel quite welcome. Really need to work on customer service.
After a disappointing experience at my local Pandora store in Stafford, I went to Hanley on New Yrs eve. It was very busy, but the staff there were so friendly and helpful. The young lady who served me was professional, knowledgeable and couldnt have been more helpful. I didnt feel rushed or as if I was a nuisance. She exchanged a ring I had brought and agreed it was marked, and after discussing other jewellery, I made a further purchase. Thank you to her for all her help. I shall be returning to this store again.
Didnt buy anything in the end. Young girl rolled eyes at me when I was waiting at front of the queue, tutted when asking for a colour bead. Showed me one which wasnt quite right and when I attempted to explain more what I was looking for. Another roll of eyes and tut. I was intending on getting a bead for my eldest daughter and starting my youngest off on her collection but this assistant was just irritated at doing her Job obviously didnt want to be there. So went to a local jeweller and got an alternative brand.
Friendly staff always willing to help. Sometimes too many staff on the shop floor so cant feel over whelming. Clean, friendly service. Does get busy at Christmas.
Best ever!! They got loads of different cute rings and bracelets and necklaces you should buy these as a gift theyre so nice,however things are quite expensive and the rings will eventually fade colour if you wash hands with it on,but otherwise really good.the shop itself is amazing and clean and feels "magical"😂😂great company really good service
