Food tasted great, but it took longer than expected!

Honestly a was really bad the food I ask for chow mei a was gummy and dryer I told the girl she said thats the way we cook it she ask me if I want rice I said ok the rice hard and she have a little of attitude I said dnt worry I end it up throwing the food out and the restaurant was empty at lunch time that tell you alot thank you hopefully they take it on consideration.

Super bad customer service, I was on break and the employee told me after I entered to order by drive-thru. What is this non sense? Will never be again.

I absolutely adore their family dinner box. Not only is it a great amount of food (4-5 people or even more!But its as tasty as it is nicely priced.It has 5 smaller boxes inside that are chock-full of food.Quantities are excellent and the taste is great.Delightful.

Fast service and great the food prices are very affordable

They also have the menu is English if you dont know Spanish.

This Panda Express looks like it lacks from good management and planning. Every single time I visit this fast food they usually don’t have some items from their menu. There was once time about a month ago from this review that they didn’t have some of the vegetables available and some of the meats. A lady employeed said it was because they didn’t have the person in charge of that done the grocery shopping.I went today and they did’t have fortune cookies and plum sauce. Their food is great but this looks to me like they don’t have a good system to anticipate things like this happen less often.Need to work on your game Panda Express Ponce.

The rice was hard, they gave me the bottom of the pot. The picture was needed. 😏 both orders with hard rice.

Fresh, healthy and delicious food! Just wishing they open a restaurant in Mayagüez area (western Puerto Ricowhere I live.

I see the doors of the restaurant are open to the públic when i stand in front of the counter to order one of the team members tell me that the store is closed to public that I should order through the drive thru - My question is why? Are your doors open and you have a sign in front of the door that says no more than 10 people in the restaurant at the time 😡

The food is great but this time the veg rice seemed a bit hard but great place to get food.

When i ordered today in the drive-tru it was all good when i got the food and go i see that the food was all over the bag , i go back and i reclaim that the food was all over the bag and the rudest employee said “ooh the box is never going to be good sealed “ and she had such a bad attitude. When she gives me back the food i said “thanks” she just slammed the drive-tru window at me .(she never said at least you’re welcome)

Meat is good, the rice is pale and doesnt have flavor at all. Other than that, is excelent!

The food on this particular place aint that great, they serve you to small aunt of food, for such so high prices.

Other than the burnt tip of the egg roll (they gave me a good one quicklyit was pretty good. Rice was only a bit dry, nothing a bit of soy sauce couldnt fix. The Sichuan chicken was amazing! 2 hours later and Im still full.

Food tastes really good but our chicken teriyaki was burned black...I hated that ...could not eat half the meat and the portion was not too big to begin with...this Panda Rest. in particular is slipping

Good food but awful service. Waited 20 minutes for chicken with fries because it wasn’t ready and after the wait they gave me teriyaki chicken instead of what I order. Basically waited for nothing. Also the iced tea machine had like a fermented iced tie that is no good.

The team they had didnt work well together and the food was a little bland Ive had previous experiences that were really good wich is why I gave them 4 stars

This place says it opens at 10:30...its 10:40 right now and they still havent unlocked the door. I can see people working inside and I know they saw us come to the door, but they did nothing about it.

The rice and chow mein are a bit hard. The egg roll is too salty, but the crew are friendly.

Its the only Chinese food place in Puerto Rico who refuses to serve French fries with their meals.

My container was all rice except one SMALL section of chicken. This is the second time this has happened, 2/2. NEVER going back. $7.50 for a plate of rice.
