Food was in stock and piping hot fresh quick service with a smile. They must be rationing the fortune cookies however in a group of 6 meals we were only given 1 fortune.

What can I say. It is your standard Panda Express. It is pretty good and the staff here is really friendly. Even though it was fairly busy they were still helpful and kind.
Since shortly after the start of covid, the quality at Panda Express took a drastic nosedive. Both in their materials and the quality of their work.I had stopped going to any of their stores.This evening I decided to go against my own policy, and went to this one.I asked for a sample, to check their product. They refused to allow me a quality test.They lost my business.
The food was fresh and very good. I liked the super greens. It was nice to have a low fat and salt option.

Disappointing when you order food, get it home, only to find out something is missing or wrong. Food was good, customer service not so much.
Went to the drive-through and they didn’t have anything prepared or ready to sell to any customers I don’t even know how they have a business. The lady at the drive-through had a bad attitude and was vulgar very horrible service.
Foods was good really quick and nice swing though however it did appear that the nice lady at the window has had better days probably just girl problems idk I’ll check back in a week or two did love the whole mask thing tho 🤌😒

My server was quite rude. I also got a plate with two entrees of orange and this was the portion size. I was a little upset with the service today.
Came through at 9:10 the internet says they close at 9:30. I understand that they are trying to get home as fast as they can, but that is not a good enough reason to run out of things so early in the night. The food wasn’t good it was cold and was definitely the last of everything. Also, I would appreciate workers that are actually friendly. My girlfriend works in the food industry… any other restaurant wouldn’t be pretty much closing 20 minutes early! Panda used to be one of my favorite places to eat… NOT the one in Cedar anymore.
Not as good as it use to beEvery time I get teriyaki chicken they dont put sauce in after 3rd time I call dumbest response ever I need to ask for it not every worker puts it in bag I said what ask for it I think I did when ordering teriyaki chicken I didnt order grilled chicken to I have to ask for orange sauce for orange chicken .wow maybe they should get some adults in there instead of little kids manager was 19 probaly
This is a good Panda Express. Despite being officially closed, they took our orders for the food they had left. The black pepper chicken was good, as was the chow mein and fried rice. Thanks guys!
Ive had good Panda Express and Ive had bad. This falls on the lower end of the spectrum. They under filled our plates, the chow mein was missing its usual flavor and when I asked for napkins at the window they responded saying they were out and immediately shut the window on me. Kinda wierd if you ask me. Maybe just keep driving this time.
This is my first time eating get panda express in the last five years. The place is nice and clean but the food doesn’t seem very healthy.

Fast and friendly. The food is fresh and yummy! However I was unaware that employees could tell you that you cant smoke cigarettes in the drive-thru.

I thought it was just ok. I ordered a double order of Kung pao chicken. There was hardly any chicken, and about 3 peanuts. So hot I could hardly eat it. Very disappointed.
They are always out of the best food, green bean chicken, and black peper chicken. Every time I go in, we have to wait. By the time we get the food, its cold.
Went up through the drive through and asked for chopsticks as I alway do, and the young lady with dyed hair serving my food said they didn’t have any. As soon as she stepped back and closed her window, I saw that they had more than plenty of them sitting where they always do, so I knocked on the window. She opened it up, and once I pointed out the full canister of chopsticks she grabbed half a dozen (I only ordered a single itemand haphazardly tossed them at me. I’m just so baffled at the blatant lie she told me, one that I easily disproved by looking at where they always are, and then the attitude of just tossing them with clear distain is just baffling. Idk maybe she was having a bad day, other than that I haven’t ever had an issue with this place.
Will NOT be going back here. My husband went to pick up food here through the drive though and ordered a bigger plate and had some of the biggest attitude handed to him instead. Not only did they get his order wrong they refused to fix it. And than proceeded to not give us our receipt and told us to leave. We had to check our bank to make sure we weren’t over charged. Very poor service. Don’t recommend.
I understand we are having a supply shortage, or whatever else that is effecting food businesses. But lately if you even get what you ordered, there isnt much of it, and poor quality. It use to be one of our favorite places. Really gone down hill!!!!
The sign on the door said use other entrance. When we went to the other entrance it said only the drive thru was available. We went through the drive thru asked for chop sticks and they didnt give us any they were very skimpy on their portions. Will not be going back here!
The rice is consistently undercooked and the last three times Ive been here theyve gotten my order wrong. One time they gave me the wrong type of rice, which wouldnt be a huge deal if I liked the peas and other stuff in the fried rice. The next I got a wrong entree and today I ordered a plate and they only gave me one of my entrees. That means they only gave me 3/4 what I paid for. Im really disappointed and frustrated.
Got Cafe Rio the day before we got Panda and it was a big disappointment. Panda, however, knocked it out of the park. Everything was great and my family will be going back!
I always stop here when driving between Las Vegas and Grand Junction because the food is fresh, the employees are nice and it’s always a positive experience. The last time I got half rice, half super greens, orange chicken, black pepper chicken and black pepper 🌶 beef. I also got a great message in my fortune cookie.🥠
They cant get an ONLINE ORDER correct. Had to drive back because they forgot half my food. Then they give me the wrong size. No one can pick up a phone. And the food is like barely good. The workers are lazy and cant even fulfill an order the right way nor make an apology for messing up. Not the 1st time its happened to my family and wont ever happen cause we rather have better food done right
Honestly!!!! we must have came in at the wrong time because everything i got on my plate was dry.Orange chicken the meat was dry very dry. My plastic fork could not puncture the chicken . Thats how hard it was.The fried rice was hard and dry too!Chow mein noodles were hard and dry as well.The egg rolls were clearly burned.
As usual the food was good. Although, one of the meals I ordered had a wrong item. Not bad, just not what I ordered. Since I took it to go, I didnt realize it until I got home. And there was no Dr. Pepper. When I went to the fountain it was gone. Maybe it was out, but the space it used to be in was blank, no label.
I have gone here many times and it has been great. The customer service is kind and fast. If they are out of something they offer the option to wait (this happens especially after lunch rushes). All employees are always super kind and energetic. As I have worked in food service myself I understand how stressful it can be so I am amazed at how well this Panda Express is handling itself! Definitely will be going again!
Portion size great. Food good. Service was poor. Only 2 people were working drive thru. Lobby closed. One lady was nice. The one taking our order was very rude. She kept telling us to "Hurry up, theres only two of us here!" And "Can you hurry, Im making your order while youre ordering and youre making this very difficult. " We couldnt even look at the menu to decide what we wanted. She was in too big a hurry to get us out of there.
I have to say I love this place orange chicken my daughter calls spicy chicken ! her favorite ! dont get the egg rolls most of the time they are burnt and waste more than I eat !
a majority of the time, at least one thing from my order is missing, whether it’s sauce, forks, straws, etc. the experience is severely hurt by this. also, the quality of the food is very hit or miss, sometimes i will be impressed and sometime i have more cabbage and veggies than i do noodles and meat. just hoping for some kind of consistency. the employees i interact with are always very polite energetic though!!
Didnt have alot of the regular choices as far as entrees were concerned. Soda fountain wasnt working so you had to choose from bottles water or bottled Fanta to drink. The seating area was dirty and in desperate need of cleaning. There was no one at the register so we had to wait as the manager walked by us a few times and didnt acknowledge we were waiting. Not the best experience here.
BEWARE!!!!!and paid extra for the steak and shrimp and mentioned on our last visit there was only one shrimp and 2 pieces of steak. Well it got worse, I got 1 small shrimp and no steak this time. Hmmm, pay extra but get less, such a great business strategy. This place sucks and we wont be back!
This Panda Express is really a hit or miss for me and will probably be one of the last places I choose to eat at in Cedar City. The drive thru is quick and efficient however, the customer service is lacking horribly. I got to order and all there was was, "order when ready". I ordered but before I could talk the person was talking over me. After working in fast food I understand trying to get traffic through the drive thru to prevent getting behind and overwhelmed. But nobody else was in front of me or behind me so there was no reason to rush.At the window the guy just said my total, took my card and that was that in terms of interaction. The only other thing he did was give me my card back and my food. There was no, "have a good day", or anything else. Not trying to beat a dead horse but the drive thru was empty besides my self and there was no need to rush to get me through and not treat a customer/another person with at least some respect.I dont usually write reviews after having a negative experience but the customer service was so awful that I needed to write this. There is definitely a need for a change in the way the the employees treat those who come to eat at this Panda. There is no need to give people a cold shoulder. All I can think of is if a "secret shop" comes through to review the restaurant and are treated the same way I was. If they were there would be an issues immediately.
The food is always good and hot but they seemed a bit on the skimpy side when it came to your selection choices; because where as in the past the plate was piled high but the rice and noodle is mainly what you got leaving little space for your chosen selection. Now its little on everything.
Amazing food, great service, good price, clean establishment, Id recommend you always check and make sure you got everything you ordered before you drive out of the drive through though as Ive gotten the wrong stuff a couple of times. On the bright side, everything tastes great, so even if its wrong, its still yummy.
When you stop here you are assured of the same meal time after time. Had lunch about three pm and the restaurant still was not clean after the lunch rush. It was hard to find a clean table indoors. Thus, I ate outdoors and fought the wind.
Panda is always a great go-to when family is in town. Not the healthiest option but the steamed veggies can be replaced with half of your noodles/rice if you want to go that route.
This place is absolutely disgusting and. Look at the me, does that look like you would want to eat it? The rice was even cooked all the way, it was hard. You can tell just by looking at it that it hasnt been cooked all the way. Absolutely disgusting
