Panda Express in Nogales

This place is a joke nobody wants to work no more such a shame

I used to love this Panda Express Location, but from a couple of months, food tastes not close as good as before. Orange Chicken is covered with a bulk or dough and overcooked. Unpleasent to the point of leaving almost half of my food. Shame cause I loved to come here.

Although I was not charged for the 4th item I ordered, I had to return to the establishment in traffic and lost 30 minutes of my time. On 6-11-22 I went back to Panda Express. This time I walked in and saw what I ordered. No mistakes this time. I did not wait. Fast and good service on my take out order. Also military discount was applied.

Worst meal I have ever gotten at Panda Express. No vegetables in the rice, clumps of rice uncooked, Angus pepper steak was tough. Went through drive- thru at 4:30pm 6-12-22. Maybe a new cook. Meals have always been good here until this one.

You’ll receive a welcome upon arrival. Generally fast and fresh. These guys are much more “customer” friendly than most fast food places in Nogales.

I don’t know how to post a picture. But I went before they closed and maybe because I did, is why I got a 20% discount. (Employee discount). For what they knew they where doing wrong. Literally had more cabbage onion and celery then chow-main. The sweet and sour sauce was so dry looked like plastic. I have all the food. Am thinking of going back first thing in the AM to get refund back. The beef and broccoli was so dry.

Love Panda Express. This location did an excellent job. Hot and tasty.

Left me waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes… Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible service, everyone had an attitude since we got there and the little girl with the colored eyes just asks questions over and over cause shes so rushed that she makes everything so quick and STILL messed up our order, the lady at the register had an attitude as well, the manager needs to shut this place down and get some people that actually want to work. Muy mal servicio.

Excellent place in Nogales to get a bite to eat. Very friendly staff.

In Nogales, it sucks, but every where else, it has been good. They just need better management.

DISGUSTING served me a half ripped and black burned egg roll. As if you cant notice while bagging them up and serving them that it is a bad product. Slimmey chicken. Everything tastes old. Poor service. IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING OR DIARRHEA EAT HERE.

Workers are very rude, and the amount on the plate is very little, worse panda express that Ive been in

One lady had a horrible attitude and seemed bothered that we spoke english. Tables were dirty and they didnt offer sauces that went with our dish.

The chicken chow meing was mainly breading and the service was not too good either

I’m tired of going to this place and the work drama all the girl have when serving customers. Vanessa is constantly talking or having issues with other girls. They get my order wrong and I feel like I have to interrupt their bickering for them to pay attention to what they are actually doing. I don’t want to just call Vanessa out by name but I’ve noticed it’s usually her service that is distracting but she seems to be one of the few that try to multitask(by multitasking I mean arguing and working to serve customers). All the girls there need to get called out by corporate. The managers are just allowing this constant arguing around costumers. It’s getting so bad that I was given attitude by a worker because she was angry at another worker. Don’t worry I gave it right back so I’m not mad about that but still come-on enough is enough.

Good teriyaki chicken, good fresh & clean product. Very friendly staff. Family & community oriented.

staff is always extremely rude, closes at an earlier time than the sign says. Especially Cynthia, management does nothing to fix the issue instead they argue with the customer. Never coming back

There are flies all over and nobody cleans tables floor is dirty, should have a manager that is on top of the clean up

Food tastes great but service is lacking as when you get to the window the girls are usually laughing and playing around for a while before attending you. Some just stand there instead of help other make the service quicker.

Best food in Nogales Arizona hands down! Go there around lunch time if you want it fresh! I spent $32.00 on three meals and 2 eggrolls and it was worth it!

Id give it no stars but had to mark something. Kimberly is the worst employee I have encountered here. She is rude and has a bad attitude when asked for additional help or even an answer. Kimberly should be kept in the back room. Awful service by her. Mediocre service at this store period we stood in line and no one even said hello. We werent helped and when we did get someone to help us they said what do you want. No thank you no youre welcome nothing. Just sad

Fast, a little much... requested fried rice, got noodles, requested two entree got one entry bowl....but it is Fast food...

Horrible I place an order online at 3:04 and pick it up at 3:49, and its still not ready and find out I still have to wait in the drive thru line. The whole purpose was to avoid the drive thru line. My point is if its not an option please disable online ordering!

Really tasty, but need to be more kind and have patience with clients who need more time to order( no a lot but not to make faces at the clientseverybody is different and some a disability so it takes a bit more to order.( it feels like a hurry up or next.)

Food is good, but the service is terrible. They Ask you what you want and are so focused on there side conversation that they dont hear you and ask you the same question over and over. Didnt give me a recipe. i asked for egg rolls and sauce before paying 3 times and they would say yeah, and not give it. i payed and asked again and the lady said well we didnt charged you sooo....Britney had so much attitude when telling me that. I was so disappointed in the service i would not come again.

Today I Had a very bad experience at panda the girl that serve my food served me poorly & she had a horrible attitude she was really rude her name is Brittney. And the manager was no help at all eather I think she’s new because she didn’t do anything to solve the problem. This panda here in Nogales was better when they Had Miguel Ángel Garcia was the manager. You should bring him back if you want panda to stay here in Nogales

***update 9/25/19The only Panda Express in the world where they are consistent in always ruining your paid order. Who is the manager of this place? Who is running this place? It doesn’t feel like anyone is. It’s ridiculous that every time I come here something is forgotten or you have to wait cause apparently there aren’t enough cooks hired. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken and they forgot to put the Teriyaki sauce so I guess they decided for me I’m having dry chicken. It’s not the customers responsibility to check if the order is correct and all the sauces are there. I highly recommend to avoid this place but if you must know you probably wait and make sure to check there is nothing missing in your order at the location. There is nothing worst than to learn your order is missing something at home.They are occasionally out of menu entrees and 99% of the times I been here they make you wait for the food. I feel bad for the people in the front, this looks to be an issue with management of this location. The food is what you expect from Panda which is good.

Its a Panda Express and this location is always busy. They often run out of items and the line backs up waiting. When I went through the drive through I ordered the orange chicken bowl with fried rice; they were out of both. The chicken was only a 5 minute wait whereas the rice was 15 minutes so I opted for the lo-mein and had a brief wait in the parking lot. The restaurant is often messy but I think staff can be overwhelmed because people make huge messes here and dont tidy up.

This might be my last visit to Panda Express. The food is cold & dry and the rice is too hard to chew. The sweet fire chicken was blah and grainy like it had been frozen thawed and frozen again. Also and probably the most important star remover for today is the fact that I have been sitting here for 25 minutes and have not seen 1 employee smile at all. This used to be such a happy place. 🙁

Place is clean, food is good employees are great as well...only bad thing would be the wait time for the food, both in the drive thru and inside, I just think theyre not properly staffed for the amount of customers that come through their doors!

The servers very bad attitudes, place was dirty. They didnt even put a fork or sauce in my bag. They didnt ask if i wanted to dine in didnt ask if i wanted something to drink.

Is there half a star?? First of all they dont have chicken entrees and you have to wait 15 minutes, then make you wait 30 minutes to find out your entire order is wrong. Disappointed!

Ivan the cook took forever to get the food out. When I came in it was slow no people and seen workers sitting in the lobby doing their make up . when asked to make the meat she said," there is Ivan". Now ive been here more then 20 minutes for my food that I paied ove 15$ for one plate. Ivan told the workers that he needed 7 more minutes to get my meat out. They werent running this place as a professional business. I have to be at work and now Im waiting for my food. Lazy people in the back doing nothing but sitting around.

I havent been ther for awhile, I live far and dont go out much. Its a very nice place ,the food is excellent and service

You know what to expect as far as food and flavor but what you have to consider at Panda Nogales is that too often they dont have whats on the menu. Today 1129 am drive thru... no Angus Steak or Beijing Beef. Had to wait 12 min and get off and ask for my order. Last time... no rice. Really? No rice. Hit or miss if you are in a hurry.Update ...3-14-19 01:45 and I sit in the car and wait and wait. This cant be just my luck. Something is wrong here.

Love the flavor but hate the sad, tiny portions they give. Its kind of crazy to pay so much for so little. So 4 stars for flavor but 1 for portions and price, overall 3. Oh well

Quick and corteous staff. Also (not jokingBEST orange chicken Ive tasted from ANY of the numerous Pandas Ive visited. DO recommend!

The food is really good , when you order just make sure you have everything you order cause they always forget something

There was no iced tea. Three of the beverages on the soda fountain where out including Coke. I had to go back 3 times to straighten out my order. There were two of us and they couldnt understand that we were ordering separately, two plates. I told the server we wanted two separate orders on one bill. She grabbed only one container. I told her we were ordering separately, and we planned to eat in and needed two containers. She said we should go and pay and that they were out of rice so we would have to wait. When the rice finally came they gave us one box. I told them we had ordered two meals. She charged me again for the second meal and put it in a box. I had to go back and ask her if I could please have a styrofoam container to put my food in to eat. It was a frustrating experience. The food was okay, not great. Slightly below-average for Chinese.

Food is fresh. Employees are friendly. Service is slow. It is popular at noon time. Prices are reasonable, if you are willing to wait. Judging from the lines at noon, many are willing.

Very good Chinese Food. Always a variety & always freshly made. 2 or 3 item specials with fried rice or Chow Mein OR like I get a mixture of both. And I always get the Spring Rolls!

The food is consistent. The only draw back is service sometimes is a bit off or to slow. Portions are ok sometimes they are generous.

We usually have good service and food at this location. However this past Friday I used the app to order so I could use a coupon code to get $10 off. I literally could have gone through the drive through and been done quicker than ordering through the app and when the app said my order was ready I still had to wait another 5 minutes on top of the 25 minutes I had already waited. Our chow main was also more cabbage than noodles.Note to others: dont bother using the app when this location is busy it wont save you time.

Food is good but the take out servings with beef or chicken are very skimpy. Two nights ago I got beef and broccoli to go. I got 1 piece of beef and several large and almost still raw pieces of broccoli.

Panda Express is an exceptional restaurant. The courses are great and have a reasonable price! The one at Nogales is my favorite! Valeria is very nice and an amazing employee! She serves the perfect amount and always has a smile on her face! Great restaurant great kid!

If you go right at 10 am, they are still cooking most of the food and will make whatever is not made yet fresh for you. You can always ask for a fresh batch if the food looks old. They also give very generous portions and have healthy options.

Eh, employees didnt have friendly attitudes or faces. Food is just meh, not so fresh or hot. Trash near soda station was full. Panda express everywhere seems to be this way...

Today I ordered by drive through a plate with chow mein, rice, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken with sauce on top. When I received my order no sauce on top of chicken. Please correct this issue as one of few widely known restaurants in Nogales, Az.
