Giving this place 3 stars because the rice was burnt. Also I pulled out a long hair from my orange chicken. One ehhh it’s happens but as I continued to eat I found another strand of hair. Honestly can’t they just wear hair nets.
I was skeptical from reviews, but it’s super busy inside now and the workers are still making time to be nice and take care of their customers. As someone who’s worked in the restaurant business I believe that the employees deserve the benefit of the doubt.All the employees are working hard to keep up and keep the customers happy which gets a 5/5 from me
this recent fast food chinese visit was low quality from the attitude of the young lady behind the register. i noticed the cook in the back was also just sitting around while people were waiting for food and there were a few empty bowls. my plate was just orange chicken (which was underservedwith beef and broccoli as well. the management should take a step up and have more food be prepared instead of having people wait in the line and other food and orders start to get cold.

I ordered food today from panda express and I got information wrong with my order and I wanted them to fix it but they told me that I couldn’t that I can just get store credit. I don’t live close to the one they wanted me to have store credit at. So I asked what else can you do for me because that was my last $30. The lady on the phone didn’t know what else to do so she hung up in my face. I called back they didn’t answer I called back again the lady answered she told me that I was yelling and cussing on the phone to her coworker. I asked her if we’re out if who was on a recorded line she says yes so I told her that she’ll be able to go back and let me know if I was yelling or not. I started yelling the second time on the phone because I got hung up in my face and I had $30 just sitting out there that I could’ve been spending on my kids and not just for me for lunch. They ruined my day because I was debating if not if I should just wait till after I get out of work. I’m going to have a long day at work so I need some food for energy.

Disappointed on my noddles I got more cabbage than noddles to the point it makes them taste bitter, I used to love this place and it’s now disappointing with the lack of care and quality.

I stopped in for lunch and after waiting in the very slow line Finally got up to the cash register and that is when they told me there was no in store dining No sign saying so no mention of it as you walk in nothing they wait until youre ready to pay and have already ordered then tell you by the way get out theres the door They still get the sale letting you think you can eat in there and then you cant They said is because they didnt have people to clean the tables There are like 11 tables in there and I counted 7 employees that I could see And considering theyre making a minimum of 1650 an hour according to the one sign they had on the door they really should be able to have someone to clean the tables The thing that gets me most Is that they dont tell you until youre ready to pay Way to go panda with great customer service

We had a last-minute big order of 4 trays, and the staff worked on it right away. They even gave us complementary egg rolls while waiting. I noticed that they keep their tables and floor clean all the time. Overall, the facility and the staff are great and very accommodating. I recommend this location 10/10.
Everytime Ive ordered food its been fresh and delicious. I have no complaints panda express is always satisfying. This location is efficient! Fast service! You cant dine in anymore but that doesnt bother me.

Came here after leaving the Panda Express on La Sierra, this locations staff are very friendly and were able to help me with my small problem without any issue!! Well be going to this location whenever we have panda!!! Thank you for your kindness and finding a solution for my boys!!!
The state of California, the county of Riverside and the City of Riverside have lifted the mask mandate but this store still requires everyone to wear a mask before ordering food. There is no reason for this.
Very rude lady. I walked in without a mask and I wasn’t able to get food. I was inside the store for about 3 minutes I was the only costumer I asked her a couple of questions but yet because I didn’t have a mask she refused to sale a plate of food.
This location is Allright.The taste is good, but I tend to get either warm food(instead of hot), or soggy (instead of crispy).
Really enjoy food. Service has been slow since pandemic, probably not enough cooks.
Its a P/E like any other P/E. No dining in as of Sunday night.. portions were definitely lacking.. for all the marketing about being fresh and cooked in small batches.. the flavor was blandish and the chow mein left me thinking about life.

Soggy old Bejing Beef!! Gross food that has been left out too long.These people are so obsessed with policing masks on your face-(yet have no extra masks to hand out, forcing people outside in the cold)I will NEVER be returning to this disgusting establishment.This place could probably use a health department call.
I stopped there for lunch. Right now they only have take out which is fine with me! Everyone wore masks and separated about 3 feet apart.Food was great! Good portions, I ordered 2 plates with 2 main dishes with shrimp, chicken and beef. Everything was delicious!!
They took my order and while I had to wait a few minutes for a new batch of the almond chicken, it was definitely worth the short wait!

At this point its just a waste of time the only good thing about Panda Express is the noodles and rice lesson learned I lost my appetite after a couple of bites the bejin beef tasted disgusting but beacuse I didnt want to be rude to my husband and boys I ate a piece of it it taste like it was expired Gross 🤢 for place that charges so much our comments should be taken in consideration I can see why all this negative reviews I think was better off with McDonalds I doubt well be coming back 😶
Trash!!!! They mixed up my order at the register. Paid for fried rice/veggies, orange chicken and beef broccoli. Got home and its just white rice and orange chicken.
I would not recommend this place ever again I’m understanding there is new people of course no problem there. But the lady with the thin eyebrows must of had a bad day but was she was like “ did you pay for your food” I answered her “yes” she had this terrible tone and she said “what’s the problem then” like i just need 2 more of the egg rolls we had already payed and everything that they told they would make earlier and that we would be on are way we have been waiting since like 2:30 just to order and now it’s still 3:30 and i still didn’t get them. but I’m never coming back here again just don’t waste your time coming here until better management and parts of old staff that needs work on costumer service
Honey walnut shrimp and fried rice.Orange chicken and chow mein.Food was good. Probably the best Ive had from a Panda Express location in a while. Saw employees all wearing a mask and one employee was disinfecting table tops and counters between customers.
I just don’t like how stingy they are with their portions........ like, this is one of the larger Chinese food chains, and expensive. I don’t wanna pay and extra $1.25 for 5 pieces of shrimp with a couple walnuts mixed in. MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. We bring the money in.
Food was old & greasy - everything tasted like rancid oil! People were cramming in & coughing all over the glass (in the food line - no one said anything. No signage for internet orders; we had to wait in the same food line - but in all fairness, we might have just not noticed it. Worst off, the employees at the register are incredibly rude! Although, I dont think anything can be done about it, since most businesses are understaffed right now - not many options if they want to stay open. Ive been coming to this location for years, especially since I used to work nearby. Food was usually good and even at hectic times, service was always decent if not outstanding!Wont be coming back to this location.... considering its not worth the COVID risk or the wasted money. I dont like giving poor ratings during COVID as I think its unfair to businesses given these crazy times, but Ill reserve that hesitation for the mom & pop shops... these huge chains/corporate guys have the resources to maintain and improve their service & product quality. Just not worth it anymore!
It was disappointed, most tray of food were empty, after waiting in line including outside with this heat, when it was time to order, the choices were limited, to lest then 3, unless you wanted to wait another 7 minutes.. the chowmai was terrible..just not happy
Waited for over 15 min, 10 min waiting in line cuz she had to place and order that was online, then 5 min to be checked out and then I get only like 1/4 ounce of sweet and sour sauce...wow
One Star not low enoughSo I recently placed an "Online" ordered for 4 people(2 Adults and 2 Teenagersfrom this Panda location. I have visited this Panda many times before today and have only had to wait a couple of times for when a menu Item(sruns out(only 5 mins tops in those cases). But today was beyond ridiculous to say the least. I waited 30 extra mins for my order that was Placed & "Confirmed"at 6:36 pm. Again it was "Confirmed" for pick up at 7:45 pm. My order was not ready til close to 8:15 pm. I was not the only person dissatisfied with this location of late as well.I sincerely hope things change, But I will NEVER go to this Panda Express location again.
Most of the time they get the order wrong but today although they got it right they barely out any food on my plate, they only put like 5 of teriyaki chicken and not even a scoopfull of kom pow chicken,they even skimped out on the steamed rice,I’m done with this location.
Arrived at this Panda location next to Lowe’s at around 9pm ended up leaving walking out the door by 9:40pm almost an hour and only six people in front of me.Also for some reason (owners order most likelyif you ask for a ONE item plate they always give you double serving and they charge you for an extra item (Alwaysand then they act like they can’t understand you (specifically the Asian guy that’s the manager or owner), Today the same thing happened without fail. He also put his FINGERS in the sauces he was serving me after I paid and handles my food with no gloves after charging me!!! ( This Manager thinks others peoples health is a joke even during a Pandemic!!!)When I was paying the Asian guy must of not liked how I looked (I’m always respectful to everyone no matter their backgroundcause he was charging me for things I didn’t order and he kept acting like he couldn’t understand English and wouldn’t allow the other workers help correct the order even after the lady and I repeatedly went over the order about twenty times I gave up after almost ten minutes of him pretending to not understand, and got away with overcharging me again ( the Asian guy was very rude and stand-offish).It wasn’t until he heard me speaking Spanish thanking the Hispanic lady for trying to help, that’s when he tried to change his attitude towards me(so good luck dealing with this Asian guy even if you look slightly white he’ll treat you with animosity and that’s how this Panda manager or owner treats his loyal customers of 20+years).Also he always treats the Hispanic Women that work there for him with disrespect from what I’ve seen (he’s very rude to them talks and treats them like slaves which is NOT okay in this country). I don’t think the Asian Manager realizes that nothing good will come from the kind of attitude and disrespect hegives customers and workers.Don’t eat here unless want to overpay for undercooked food!
So, I went in late they had to cook the veggies because they were out so that was a wait... Fine, at least it will be fresh - I thought. after waiting, they accidentally gave my order to someone else. I said its fine everyone makes mistakes. I was patient didnt fuss they asked if Id like an extra side, I declined. I still thought it was very nice when they told me they gave me an extra side of shrimp for the inconvenience. Even though I didnt want to be tempted and hate saving food. I come home only to find they didnt add my eggrolls I was charged for. 😵
I ordered online and still had to sit in the store for an hour before I got my food. They knew I was there from minute 1 as I had told them. My pick up time was 6:45 I let them know I was there at 6:35 and I wasnt served until 7:30! It would have been fine if I had not watched 23 (literallypeople come and go before they even spoke to me again. Over all it was hot in there and it took forever. There are issues 😕 😐 for sure!! Giving credit where its due the food was good other than a bad serving of undercooked broccoli beef and they were very busy and serving their non online order people well. I see some major issues with service and timing WITH ONLINE ORDERS so I dont believe I will be returning OR ordering online at this location, at least at the dinner hour.

Occasionally gets a little slow here, especially during those peak eating hours. This is mostly because the food is always fresh though. Some of the employees here should work on their service face/attitude more even if they fake it, goes a long way. 👍
I understand that we are going through a difficult time right now and all. But this place needs to be far more careful in making sure that online orders are being made properly. Picked up an online order today and it was completely wrong. Normally I would have opened everything and checked it. Please do better!
I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are fantastic and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we enjoy a gorgeous evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Terrible. So sad to even write this review.Found a sticker mixed in with my vegetables.Called location to inform management of findings and she asked me what I wanted her to do?I asked for a refund of this meal as the others had been fine. But you would think that would be the first thing she thought of! She was bothered that I even called about it, and acted like I was wasting her time. Received my refund 3 days later, which is normal. But I will never return again. On top of this the noodles tasted like they had sat in oil all night before being served. Ughh.
It wouldve been 4 but i had 3 orders of the Shanghai beef and it was hard mushrooms and onions were hard in it as well... mind you i had one small fresh order of the Shanghai beef since i had the bigger plate... and yet it was still hard and under cooked other than that everything else was ok.
I wanted to like it, but everything we asked for was low or out and they had to make more when we asked. The cream cheese wontons that were low in stock, were also stale. It seemed like a bit of a hassle to do a vegetarian option since we waited atleast 10mins for veggies. It wasnt horrible, but it wasnt tasty.
Chinese fast food chain offering buffet style selections of Chinese noodles, fried rice, and there food combinations. You get either a bowl or plate with two or three items and one side. There are wontons, spring rolls, fortune cookies also and a selection of drink options. theres a customer restroom. Plenty of seating to dine inside. There is no outdoor seating. There is free parking but parking is limited when busy. The food is cooked or grilled. Very good. Hot. Ssome items are spicy and you can ask to sample some foods. Service is quick and friendly. I enjoyed my visit and I will be back to eat here.
I use to like this place a lot they are located in the Lowes parking lot and there customer service failed me right away we were waiting in line and the person helping just walked away and left us standing for over 5 minutes without even acknowledging that we were there and when they did get around to us in a lagging fashion none of the food was ready fresh or hot we had to wait another 15 minutes for that and the lady who was working named Daisy was very rude and had an attitude towards me and several other customers not sure if them being closed 30 minute after had any thing to do with lack of food but as a business you should be prepared when I got home and opened up the plate of food it was horrible small portions that were thrown all in together this place use to be good years ago but now it was just a waste of money I dont wish this type of service on any paying Customer and will till all my Friends and family about my experience I had here !!!
Messed up our order badly and then expect us to drive back after trying to act like we were doing something wrong. Told my husband he had the wrong location when he got there, then he showed them where we ordered online. They forgot one entree and then gave us the wrong one for the other and our egg rolls were burned! I spend $40 for dinner because I have the flu and do not want to drive and my husband goes and picks up and they mess up and treat me on the phone like I am lying and make me keep repeating the order the number. I have da screenshot of what I ordered, their receipt has the correct information on it, but they just shorted us. To get a refund I have to go over there in person, even though I paid online and just wanted my card credited back the amount of the entrees they messed up. Do your self a favor! Go somewhere else! Oh and I called them within 15 minutes of pick up and they acted like they had no idea who we were! Because apparently so many people ordered online to pick up at 3:00 pm! Yeah Right! When I am over the flu I will be going in to get my refund and I have contacted their corporate office.
Food is good, not great. Help is sufficient, not outstanding. Portions r sufficient, but if ur a big eater? (Im notU may need 2 order more. Can & does get busy @ meal times. So dont expect clean tables. Good place 2 eat if ur expectations arent 2 high.
Good food, nice staff. But they should know when foods sit there for too long. They just put fresh veggies out but put the old dried up bits on top instead of throwing them away the guy put it in my plate. Sadly it was my lunch time and Im pregnant so I ate around it.
Love their food, and its almost always fresh. Dont bother coming right before close though. My one very negative experience was showing up a full half hour before close, and they hardly had anything we wanted, and didnt even volunteer to make it fresh. Certain staff members are not always very friendly.
