Panda Express in Wichita Falls

I mean it’s Panda Express not much to judge. It’s 5 stars for what it is.

The restaurant is always clean and the service is always friendly and fast. I love this place

First time eating at a Panda Express. Food was fresh and restaurant was clean. Cashier was very friendly.

I love Panda Express we eat there whenever we are in Wichita Falls.

Very expensive for what you get. Small portions high prices. Should have went to a regular Chinese restaurant

Food is always good and fresh I actually got the orange chicken today which is my kids favorite. I normally do grill teriyaki chicken breast half n half chow mein and super greens with Teriyaki sauce over everythang....yes Everythang. Spring rolls are an excellent choice as well with sweet n sour sauce for me. Crab Rangoon is considered as a entrée as well hint hint clue clue. Smile n Enjoy

I love ordering something and getting the complete wrong food on my 30 min lunch lunch break. We won’t be eating this dog food though!!! When customers are not satisfied with their experience it would be better next time to, i don’t know maybe give us our money back??

2 times Ive had to wait for food and then was forgotten. Dont wait outside in the parking lot go inside and make sure they know you are waiting.

This location has very helpful and friendly staff that seem eager to assist with anything. Only one issue is I have never gotten a fortune cookie at this location even though I frequently eat here.

Food was ok but commenting on the portion for the price. For 8 dollars I expect more than 5 pieces of small cut chicken. Will be going to Hunans Chinese food from now on for chicken fried rice.

Limited selection of Chinese entrees with a few sides to choose from. Its neither great nor awful, just okay. I will say its a bit over priced and the menu is not easy to understand. Best bet would be to stick to the all you can eat Chinese buffets which is a much better value for your money and the same quality of food.

This is my daughters favorite place to eat! Always provides fresh food and friendly service you can tell they have wonderful leaders! I highly recommend!

The dinning part is never open on time. When you call the restaurant they dont even know a specific time they open. The sign on the door says 10:30. The employee says 11:00 or 11:30 not really sure. Terrible business practice.

The managers cant seem to keep anything working, the food is hours old alot of times, almost always wrong, cold, dry, or smaller portions than normal.Update:So they had been doing better lately...until this last few weeks. Again with the wrong orders or this latest time almost no food.

I like the teriyaki chicken. But the best deal is the kids size which is almost as big as the bowl for a lot less. Would have given 5 but they did away with the cookies.

Yall need to get a new manager in there because for the last few months this place has been a pile of garbage. The lobby is always closed and half the menu isnt available. This is a regular occurrence.

I didnt really eat here there vending machine for the for the drinks they were all out of order the drive-thru is closed but you know the guy that I went there with said that the food was good so Im taking my his word and even though a lot of their stuff was broken theyre probably short staffed so its not really their fault that they cant be doing good right now anyways I recommend it

Just had uber eat delivered food from panda express. First the take out container was bearly filled. Plus they did not even completed my order it was missing the fried rice. I rarely order from them, now I see why.

This place opens and closes on the whim. You want to eat in? 70/30 chance the dining-room is closed, always a suoer long drive thru line caused by this uncertainty so even if the lobby is open sometimes it is hard getting into the lot. At least theyre fairly quick.Their hours are from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm most nights (like tonightbut they are always closing early. Im not trying to be a c and show up 2-5 minutes before close. I got here at 9:15 but yet theyre closed. Panda is good, but idk why people tolerate their practices so much.Now lets talk about their portion sizes. The "small" (or the plateas they call it is literally super small. Like maybe 2 ounces. Just to get a decent helping you need to get the bigger plate. If you divide youll end up with two little of either. I feel Im Oliver Twist half the time.The food is good, but thats the inly good thing about em (aside from speed)

The staff at the drive in did not listen to our order. When we gave our order we had 2 entree and mom split her side w fried rice and chow mein. I ordered broccoli beef and fried rice e. The entrees were extremely small portions and the chick egg roll left something to be desired. In other words I will not go back there again!!! rice.

I ordered online for a pick up. Its been a while since Ive had Panda, but I figured I could order online so I could just go and pick it up and head home after a long day. Its a 20min drive to my house. Well everything online went smooth until I got to the location. I got off my car to pick it up inside but their doors are locked. There is no signage on the doors saying the lobby is closed. I call and I am told I need to get in line to pick it up. At this point there were at least 8 cars in front of me.... Its another 40 min wait until I get to the window. But my food was ready to go 45 min ago.... So I am not happy but I already paid online and waited this long.Someone needs to cross out dine in on Google and someone needs to put signage on their door and online about their changes...

I stopped by here to pick up food for one of my kids and it took forever it seemed. The employee who took my order was nice abd polite but the girl at the window was not so friendly. She just shoved my order at me then shut the window. I wasnt very happy but the line was alreAdy backed up so I let it slide since it was a holiday. Maybe Ill have better luck next time if thete is a next time.

One they got my order wrong even though I repeated it three times to the guy taking orders to. I’ve been coming here for about six months and every single time I’ve had to go inside to get the sweet-and-sour sauce that tell you can just ask for the window. But they never give you any. Now with the lobby closed I cannot longer get it to. The guy at the window (he had a sunflower tattoo on his elbowwas super rude slam the window in my face ignore me when I ask for the sweet-and-sour sauce. Like I do every time but never receive. Horrible experience. Do not go here.

Best orange chicken I’ve had from a panda location in a while but the portion size felt like I was living in Britain during the war. Only got like 5 pieces of chicken in a bowl plus they gave me an egg roll instead of spring rolls with no sauce. Unfortunate…

Online ordering does not work properly . Only options available were sides , I called the store at 3:30 on Aug 13th and the girl who answered said sometimes it does not work for online orders and only drive through available. I explained I am from out of town and at hotel nearby without a car , I asked if I could order through drive through still . The girl said no and was unable to accommodate me . Terrible customer service

I force people to eat here with me. I love panda express, I will say sometimes they make the orange chicken spicy and they hire a lot of Latino people who add their own flare but seriously nobody wants spicy orange chicken. Sometimes its good, sometimes its having an identity crisis but either way I love it.

As far as fast food goes, this Panda Express location was a notch above. Our visit was made by the helpful and courteous attitude of Rhett. If he is not the manager, he should be.

Just one of the worst Pandas I have ever been to. Unfortunately Im stuck out here for three months and have had to settle for this closest location and very regularly they make the worst chowmain in any Panda Ive ever been to. Dry and it seems like they chopped up the noodles into tiny pieces and this is a regular thing. I been here 3 times too many.

The food is a good quality, normal panda express. The problem is with the staff and how they operate the store. The drive thru is most important to them so the inside wait is really long and takes forever to get service after you stand in line. That is if the inside is even open. Sometimes the doors are locked and there are no informative signs on the doors to let you know "drive thur only". Sometimes the staff will let you walk all the way in just to tell you that they are only serving online orders and drive thur. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS. The owner really needs to make some changes.

Wow, ordered the plate with mushroom chicken, orange chicken and fried rice.... Got 4 large slices of zuchinni, 1 mushroom and no chicken in my mushroom chicken! Youve outdone yourself tonight Panda Express. Everything else was pretty tasty.

Two days in a row we have went here. last night we didn’t get one of entrees. today we went back. ordered black pepper chicken and orange chicken and ended up with beijing beef and orange chicken. how do you screw up like that. beef and chicken look nothing alike !

Had to wait a few minutes for this bowl, but it was fresh, hot and delicious!

It was old tasting thick gooey an really don’t know if I even want the free food for my order for it tasting bad. This was a let down an I really hate that after moving all day I had to get this glue non flavored food that was embarrassing. It didn’t deserve the 1 star but they did serve it not cooked, microwaved. I do not recommend this place the drive they young lady was nice but the food was cooked following the recipe.

Food is always good but service is way below wher it should be. Third time they have left off food from our order and we seldom go there sadly.Can’t get anyone to answer the phone to ask or get credit. Live too far to drive back, check your orders if you go there for food!

Very tasty.. dont go at rush hour . Go after 7pm and they have much fresher and tastier as well as better portion sizes. The honey walnut shrimp is so good.. orange chicken is so tangy and delish. Eggrolls were actually pretty tasty too. Crunchy and not greasy. They are lacking on the napkins thou.. Everytime visited.. got forks and fortune cookies but no napkins 😝 Soo tasty thou. Definitely go when they have no rush and fresher hotter entrees ..

So ive worked at a panda express before so i have a slight insight on how the food should turn out and the rice definitely wasnt washed before being cooked and the chow mein was dry and stuck together the orange chicken sauce was burnt which made the chicken hard and i had absolutely no beef in my broccoli and beef. On the other hand service was quick and nice.

Worst experience ever the place was filthy the employees were rude one even started an argument with me over rice there was no food in the bowls on line. and what little food there was was old and dried out and because I didnt want to purchase that he started an argument with me.will never go back there again and Ill tell all my friends and family not to go to Panda Express in Wichita Falls TXIve never had a bad experience with Panda Express in Austin San Marcos San Antonio but the one in Wichita Falls I will never step foot in that place ever again. Im very disappointed because its a small town so you expect to get treated better there than you would in a big city boy was I wrong

Food was wonderful however the store was extremely warm. To be fair the outside temperature was 106 so higher inside temps are to be expected. Had to sit in the back as it was the only clean table in the store. 2 mins later a lady in a black shirt and gray shorts came in. She cleaned the entire lobby in 15 mins. Place looks great and I can only assume she is the manager of the store. Panda Express is lucky to have an amazing manager who regularly checks her store and puts in the extra effort!

I went to the drive through at 12:30 and they were out of shezwan chicken. I was told it would be 3 to 4 minutes and they would bring it out to me. I waited 10 minutes out front, and went in to see if they had my order. They were still in the process of cooking the chicken, I asked for a refund. I had groceries in the car and it was 90 plus degrees outside. The person cooking the food was evidently the only employee who could refund my money. She finished cooking, as my groceries melted in the car. Another 8 minutes and she refunded my money. I will not be going back to the Panda Express.

The management at this store is terrible! The last few times I have ordered here they are out of white rice. I have been told that they sold out??? What? You don’t close for 2.5-3 hrs. From now & you are just going to sell out & not make more? Also I can’t order cream cheese Rangoons here at this store either because they are always burned. They have also gotten my order wring or forgotten items in my order multiple times. I always have to check my food before I even leave the drive thru! I was so excited for a Panda Express in Wichita Falls, but this store is a poor representation for this company😡

Waited over 20 minutes for food. They were out of steamed veggies and said it would be 3 minutes. They completely FORGOT us until I went back to the counter with receipt. Even when we got our food, the veggies were HARD and barely warm much less hot. There was only 6 very small pieces of chicken.

Food was hot and fresh and thoroughly cooked. Loved it! Definitely will be back. Food is exactly what I expected and my tummy is happy.

They just opened up in town a few months ago and weve been several times. Were very familiar with Panda Express and initially were impressed with this location. The food was always fresh and tasty, as expected, until our last visit. We ordered online and picked up (which weve done beforeand the food we got seemed very old and dried out when we got it home. It literally looked like it had been sitting under warming lights for hours! Im sure well be back but probably only walk in to get it so we can see what we are getting and ensure its not old.

I went to this location for the first time. The wait was still long even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me. We got a plate and a kids meal. The chow mein was super dry and the portion was mostly cabbage. All of it was only room temperature. Everything else was average tasting. I wasnt impressed by the portion sizes. I think the mall Chinese place tastes better and is at least hot. We wont be back.

Weve eaten at Panda Express in other locations and loved it. It was just as good as we remembered! Good portions and great prices. We waited until it was open a while to try it because it was so busy. Im glad we waited because they seem to have gotten things in order now. The food was fresh and the wait wasnt long. I definitely recommend giving it another try if you were disappointed when they first opened!

Im sad to say our first trip here ranks in the bottom half of all Panda Express experiences.My wife and I were super psyched to be getting a panda express in WF. It started poorly at the drive through. After 5 minutes of it not moving, we correctly decided to go inside for take out. When we left​ with our food, the cars had still not moved.The inside was nice, with good customer service.We brought the food home, and werent super happy. My wifes Orange Chicken was extremely overcooked, and the green beans in her Chicken and Green Beans were just about raw. My Beef with Broccoli was ok, but the white rice was so dry I couldnt eat it with chopsticks.Im sure we will try it again, but we wont be as excited. I think it was just a bad day.
