Pancho Villa in Moscow

This place is horrible, they had cockroaches jumping on our food. We told the manager, he said he will give us 20%d discount, but at the end he didnt give it and when we told that discount wasnt correct, he threatened to call police and was very aggressive! The guys name is Ernesto, please fire him if you want better business. DONT GO THERE!

This place looks very ordinary from outside but inside is a separate story altogether. It has nice artefacts and a small tequila museum just outside the restroom it is very spacious and well lit it has a bar and Friday is kareoke nightAnd the vegetarian food is awesome so good and flavour full. This will be on my go to list on my next trip to Moscow .

Minus 4 stars for the foodGreat interior, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable to order Mexican food here, BUT dont dare to eat here. The food has nothing at all in common with Mexican food. A shame what they serve here. Been there with 4 persons and no one has liked the food. When live music came at 9pm (was a good bandthe dance floor was crowded. Bar couldnt catch up with drinks and waiters are more busy with themselves rather than caring about guests. Will never go there again!

I know this has amazing reviews, but my experience was anything but. I have Celiacs and cannot have gluten, its not a choice for me. I fully appreciate that in Russia, accommodations for gluten intolerance are not what they are elsewhere. That said, all I requested was that my fajitas come with corn tortillas and not flour. I was immediately told no, and when I pointed out that they have corn tortillas for other dishes, I was told to order those instead if I wanted corn. When I told the waiter that it was due to my Celiacs, he said I could pay for another dish and use the tortillas that came with it, and would not budge even a little. He then was super polite to remind me that service isnt included in the check. If theyre to survive today, they need to be more accommodating to people with food issues.

Nice ambient with Mexican theme but bad food and service.

The place is a OTT Mexican place. We went for lunch and obvious night time vibe was missing. We were probably one of the only customers stopping by for lunch.The food was good. Would recommend the nachos and as a vegetarian, the usual options are available and quite tasty.

Main impression: rude unprofessional stuff. Which ruined the night for us. I only ordered a soup and it was nothing worth a mention. The place itself has some ambience and its much larger than it looks from the outside so may be good for large parties.

Live music bands... packed with dancers... lovely crowd, service and all menu items. Highly recommended

Place smells like urine. Ordered some nachos and was really disappointing. Bartenders were rude. Asked to change my phone cause it was running out of battery, and bartender asked my for $500 rubros to charge it. Ridiculous!

Yжасный!! Went in hearing good things but in the end was completely let down. Guys have to pay 300 Roubles to get in to an overpacked mini bar club. I was ok with all that but what ruined my night was the horrendous service if the 3 idiot bartenders. Waiting 20 minutes to just order a drink is unacceptable especially when they fail to acknowledge you and ignore you the whole time. Other people would come to the side after and be served first?! Nah thats not cool. I never even got my drink and left in frustration. They will NEVER get my service or recommendation. Absolute trash of a place if you want any decent service.

Good Mexican food. Ambinece is nice. A lot of people dance salsa and so on. Overall is a nice and should try it.

A restaurant/ club at night with a believable Latin vibe. There are nachos and quesadillas on the menu although the only hot sauce is Tabasco.. but considering this is Moscow, its impressive still.

I loved the food and environment. I had dinner with a Mexican there and he also found the food quite good.

Security guard talked to us rather arrogantly at the entrance, told us we should leave because we did not want to throw out our drinking water on a hot day before we enter. Was ok previous few times, will not return.

Very weird place. First of all they charge the men (after a certain timeat the entrance as if it is some kind of a night club. Of course, they have a karaoke bar inside (a separated roombut this fee is very unpleasant is you want some good latinamerican food.I ordered some beef ribs in a chocolate sauce. A very interesting combination, although there was very little meat on the ribs.They have some very ok argentinian wine at some 3€/glass.Live music, nice atmosfere.

I went on a Friday and they take a 1000 rubles per person from you at the door but it comes off the bill when you pay. The food and drinks were good...not of less quality then say Chipotle. The dancing was fun and I guess the 1000 ruble spend is necessary to keep out people who just want to dance. Oh, and they had live music in the weekend.

A nice cozy and reasonably priced Mexican restaurant. Good place to spend evenings and weekends in live music atmosphere. Sometimes waiting is required. Restaurant is in the basement situated opposite Metro Oktyaborskaya (Октябрьская).
