THOUGH ITS IN MY FAVOURITE CITY POLOKWANE, IN TERMS OF SERVICE, THIS HAS TO BE HANDS DOWN THE WORST PANAROTTIS I KNOW AND FREQUENT. POOR DOESNT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN IT. IM DINNING IN AND TYPING THIS WHILST WAITING FOR PIZZA THAT IVE ORDERED OVER AN HOUR AGO, BEER GLASS THAT IVE REQUESTED FROM A GHOST ABOUT 30MIN AGO AFTER HAVING TO GET OUT OF MY SIT TO GO TO THE TILL TO ASK FOR SOME ATTENTION...NOW IM BEING SERVED BY I DONT KNOW WHO. WORST PART IS THAT THIS IS ALWAYS THE CASE HERE.

It was a quite lunch with few patrons. Food was good

Arrived and asked for a baby chair which the waiter places on the broken table we were seated at. As I put my baby in the chair, with his weight now in the chair the table flips up on the other end....how do they not know that table is broken and seat a baby chair there. On arrival I immediately order a waffles for my toddler and I to share as lunch treat. These restaurant is not even half full. Gave up after waiting 30 minutes...for 1 waffle, paid for my Coke and left..Terrible service and will never go back.

I ordered a drink, the drink came with no ice…I asked a waiter if he does have an iPhone charger and I wanted to charge my phone, the guy said we should add R10 if we want to charger

no one attended us and the waiter and waitress kept on saying that they would call someone to help us and no one came.

Ordered my meal over the telephone. Arrived 20mins later and my meal was given to someone else. The manager ignored me😳

The worst experience ever , we waited alomost 30min just for n coke and when the food came it was off the chips was old the mushroom sauce was ice cold and the fillets were oily, the waiter was very very very slow and the price we payed for that service never in my life again the place must just close down if they cant handle the pressure

Arrived at 6. Waited 10min for waiters to mop the stairs before we could get to our table upstairs. Waited 2 hours for our order. With 1 of the pizzas with wrong toppings. Some of our drinks were forgotten. Our waiter didnt check up on us. Ice cream, creamy sauce pastas, waffles were all out of stock.All the customers that arrived after us got their food first and left. Some tables were left uncleared around us.We only managed to get out of there 9:15.Very bad experience. The waiters dont care. the customers are all forgotten. Not recommended.

The pizza is not bad but service is beyond pathetic!!!

Restrooms smell bad , you can smell it from sitting outside close to the door. Restrooms are full of waiters busy on their phones. Food was good.

Visited yesterday (21/4/22Ordered two Hawaiian Pizzas to go, paid and waited, and waited for 46 minutes after I have paid. When the Pizzas finally arrived, I grabbed them and had to run to the car to pick up my children. 5 minutes later, my hungry children grabbed the boxes and only to find that the Pizza was ice-cold. Though should have at least been a little warm at this stage. What do they do? Make the Pizza, let them sit on the counter for 30 and then bring it to you? The place was completely empty, only one guy drinking beer. He had a beer in front of him when I arrived, and drank two more beers in the time I sat there, waiting. I see that people are generally complaining about the service and you answer so very politely, but it does not improve. It is time to re-train you whole staff and maybe declare half of the staff redundant, as they are just standing at the entrance, watching their phones and making a huge noise, screaming at everybody that pass the empty shop

Their food is out of this world I love the juicy chicken and mushroom pizza and Alfredo....yummy

When we arrived there they showed us a table and gave us menus but no one attended us including the waitress who led us to the table. We call for service still no one gave us their attention eventually we left not eating anything.

You rate zero... You deserve nothing. Poor service. I arrived at 17h30 and the manager came to apologize at 18h50 without food. Still 10mins later.... Nothing happened on my table. You Panarottis polokwane at the mall of the north. You are failing our people. You failed a 3 year old and a pregnant 🤰 woman.You are failures.

We came there with kids, ordered drinks specified that kids drinks should come with the food, asked the waiter to take back the milkshakes, the pizza we ordered was nice and hot, however the person we ordered from did not let us know that the platter would come with pizza aswell, then when the platter came its was super cold. They then took back the platter, we decided to take takeaways instead, when we asked for the milkshakes, they were melted as milky drinks... I am disappointed to my stomach. The service was distasteful...

Tried this place again last night and no thank you. Stood at the entrance waiting for a waiter/ waitress to help us. They looked at us and then just walked away. There were almost no people dining there and yet couldnt take a moment to help us. Wasted at least 10 minutes and then we went to out dinner next door. Service 0/10. 2021/10/19

Great value for money. They have a big variety of options, everything we tried tastes excellent. Portions are very good for the price.

We arrived there on a Saturday afternoon at 6pm. No one available to show us to a table. I should have turned around then. After a wait a lady showed up. I must mention that I tried to speak to a gentleman behind the counter. He ignored us. No covert measures applied. She showed us to a table that had shelves above it with bottles ready to fall. We ordered a bottle of wine which took 30 minutes to bring! Only after I asked everyone passing us by. Luckily the food arrived 45 minutes after placed. That is a really long time to make 2 pastas.No condiments were brought and halfway through our meal the chillies and garlic arrived. No cheese. Out of stock. I lie you not. An Italian restaurant without cheese. Clearly no owner/ manager ( which we never sawinvolvement. Now the pastas was great but my Seafood pasta was cold. However there was no time to fix this as we had a movie waiting. We paid and left. What a pity to stuff up such a great brand with understaffed and badly trained staff. Further no management on the floor. The food was great, but the taste of bad service lingers in my mouth and it will be a NO for another visit in the future

I just left the restaurant, the service is horrible. Nobody ushered us inside. I had to sanitize myself, register myself. When the attendant finally came, she let me in without taking temperature. We were given menus but the attendant disappeared about 12 min. We requested another one to call anybody, him too disappeared for about 5 min. We left to the nearby restaurant (Cappuccinos), the cheerful attendant there served us drinks in less than 10 minutes.

I love the pizza and pasta there but the service is not so good. Food takes really long to be served. Even if you call for a take away and get there after an hour, you will still have to wait for the food☹️. Can you add gluten and wheat free based pizzas.

Has a nice Playing area for children, but the orders took forever to be served. Poor service. The manager explained that they had an issue with orders that were served incorrect and it put them behind on the rest of the orders. Too bad he only came to explain the situation after we complained. The fact that kids eat free on Sundays was welcomed. The food was good. I personally will resist going to the restaurant again.

Amazing atmosphere, a lovely environment for the kids! Super staff and the best pizza in polokwane! Well done to the team!

The place was soo neat and relaxed. Besides for the food coming late, everything was perfect and their pasta is one I could recommend 👌😋

Our last visit the pizzas was very, very,very oily. The basis was very thick and the Sangria was flat, watered-down and had no fruit in it! Not what we are used to.

Lets just say its one of those days when the attendant misinterpreted things, I was with my family including kids, unfortunately we were told that there is no space on top, fair enough but when I looked from the bottom there were two tables next to each other and they were empty, I asked the lady why she says its full when from where we are sitting there are two tables next to each other, finally she agreed that we can sit there, when we got to the top , ok the kids decided to go and play and they were told that they must take out their shoes fair enough, they came and decided to take off their sandals, wait a minute there is a kid same place where they were going to play who had shoes, the kid was a different race , this I found it unfair unjust and a bit racial in some way, this angered me so bad that I believe it must be addressed, we just left and will be glad if such treatments can be attended with sensitivity.

Wait time was horrible and the bolognese I ordered was not what I was expecting. Didnt taste at all that good. The only positive thing about this place was their children facilities and their pizzas.I hardly ever critique dishes but I would never recommend their bolognese to anyone, let alone their lasagne. My sister didnt even eat 20% of her lasagne because of how bad it tasted.

Good dayAfter the encounter we had, the restaurant manager contacted me and we were asked to come back so they may compensate for our experience..we went today and we had a wonderful time, we had a table specially reserved for us and the waitress who was in charge was very friendly and lovely (Dee kaywho made sure we were comfortable at all times, the manager also came through with great warmth(Phillipand another waitress Seipati and Kapil who were lovely as well.. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will surely come back for more.. Thank you once more

The service was perfect and waiters were so kind and the pizza was just perfect

Its eat as much as you can and first its very slow also waited a really long time for my kids food. Also no one looking after children in play area kids all on there own while parents think someone is watching there small ones. Not my first time im sorry I came here. We also asked for the manager 40 min ago and still waiting.

Service was very slow this evening in the kitchen. Was not that busy. Maybe new training staff. Waited about an hour for our food.Waiter good service.

Waiting time is ridiculous. I managed to drink two castle draughts and Im still waiting for my take out pizza. Pathetic.EDIT: I was contacted by the new manager who who apologized for my terrible experience, listened to my suggestions and discussed with me processes they have put in place since to make sure my experience wont be repeated. Untill I go back to test if there has been real change I will give them 3 stars for all the effort.

Firstly waiting 20 min for service.From there another hour and 20 min just to hear sorry we make a mistake with the order One of the sinior guys came and apologize and said it will be ready in a minute and Wala what happened the only bring the pizza and once again the wrong one.We ask then wheres the rest of the order and the said they still busy with it.First time in my life that I see that a reatrant bring one table food separately. Your guys wont see me again thanks for nothing 👎👎

Had lunch with my mom was great

the service is so poor, we waited for 15 minutes to be seated but it was not full. the waiters just looked at us until we asked for service. after being seated she took 20 minutes to take orders, our drink took so long , the most annoying when is when she gave us dirty cutlery really??? i will never go to this place again

I had a really horrible experience at this establishment. I was given a warm welcome and given a choice of seats. I chose my seat and settled in. I was really happy with everything and everyone but sadly thats where the excitement ended.I ordered a beer, the famous cheesy garlic bread with bacon and a gourmet standard pizza to go. I love Panarottis food but NO MORE!The beer came and I couldnt stomach it as I was really hungry. 45 minutes into my wait for the food another gentleman was shown his seat with the very same warm welcome and 15 minutes later his food arrived!!! I was holding on to a now warm beer and an empty belly!I paid for my beer. I left without the waiter giving me my change - another long story! Hopefully, the next Panarottis I run into does not have this preference system. I am appalled!Tsitso

My nephews favorite place (Their play area has game consoles, and slidesPLUS ... R59.99 all classic pizzas on Tuesday.

Good pizza. Great space for the kids. Stuff is great too. But their restrooms can be so dirty when its too busy. I had to go out and take the kids to the nearest mall restroom. If they can clear that up, my stars would increase.

We always order delivery pizza. This is the 2nd time we experience bad service. We phoned at 17h05 our pizza the exact time now is 19h15 and still didn’t receive our order. We spoke to the manager Debra and said we are not going to pay for the pizza. She phoned back and said we cannot not pay for the pizza but will give discount. I feel for waiting so long why pay for bad service. The delay wasn’t on our side. If this is the kind of service you are going to give to clients, I will rather not order from you again. I always enjoy your food, but this is not the way to treat any client. The delivery guy just arrived now 19h17. The pizza arrived ice cold. This is very poor service.

Worst restaurant ever!!! The staff needs to be fired!! Including the managers ,i have never seen such coldness in my life ,i always find them stuck at the tills ,they dont smile ,tonight my order took 55 minutes i even had to complain!!! Either you retrain them or fire them all!! Im so disgusted at the service i got today ,the lady with dreadlocks is the worst all she does is give customers dirty looks when they complain while she is stuck at the till not talking or welcoming anyone,put her in the kitchen please!!
