Panarottis Lakeside Mall in Benoni

Popped in for breakfast on a Saturday. Doors opened promptly at 9am. Had the breakfast pizza and coffee. Food was fresh, coffee was yum, hot as ordered. Friendly service...nice work guys!

I literally always get the worst service at Benoni Lakeside, I walked out with my friend this one time cause no one would serve us. Luckily i didnt walk out today. Shame on them.

I bought a Carnivore pizza at Panarottis Lakeside mall, and ordered extra AVO,I received my pizza with no AVO at all. This is very incompetent and pathetic. I hope something will be done.

This is a 5 star for service. Our waitress, Talent was on her toes... she was very communicative, helpful and so kind. I ordered pasta and well the Alfredo pasta for me was okay but that service was the best Ive seen.

Not crowded. Food is good

The food was fairly good, however Ive had better from other panarottis. My biggest problem with this Pana is the service and they do not have a child minder and they left the electric plugs open and kids touch them.I wouldnt advise anyone to visit here, especially if you have a child.

I was a regular customer at Panarottis Lakeside mall for almost 11 years until this final straw of deterioration of service. I called to place an order for collection, the waitress was clueless. After explaining to her that I am vegetarian, she kept asking me if I wanted "chicken or steak flavor" subs. I called again and asked to speak to the manager. I went on to place my order once again emphasizing that I am vegetarian over 4 times. On collection once again we confirmed that the order did not contain meat. On taking the first bites of our subs, we found chicken and steak in our subs. I will never support any restaurant that does not respect peoples religious and or dietary principles. Incompetent staff with zero communication skills, and poor language skills. Staff loiter outside and in the restaurant having really loud conversations, totally uninterested in their jobs or customer service. A disgrace to the Panarottis franchise. I hope the Panarottis franchise takes note that this restaurant is leading to the disrepute of the Panarottis brand.

Cannot understand English, told them I am a vegetarian and they still gave me steak and chicken in the food.... waste of time to visit this place, terrible service and no English and no understanding of the language.... would give minus five stars

After a long day at work my husband and I decided to go to Panarottis. Walking in there was no other customers, our waiter was very friendly. However the other staff was very loud. After asking our waiter if it is usually like this she said she will talk to them. A man came to apologize (I am not sure if he was the manager as his name tag was wrong way around). They were quite for 5 minutes then it started all over. What made it worse was that our waiter was one of the few that was talking behind us in the kitchen area.Trying to have a relaxed dinner with staff members shouting behind you is not pleasant at all. We ate our staters and left. We will never go back!* UpdateAfter two years I receive a reply! This just shows how pathetic their service is! (Screen shot attached)

Worst service. Waiters forget what you asked.. service is super slow even with less than 10 tables.Saw a cockroach running around.. i dread to think what is in the kitchen... 2nd time here after not coming here for years...Used to love it.. but the last 2 times have made me decide to never come back to this panarottis

Lakeside Mall was the best Panarrottis I have ever been,Todays experience was worse😏The waiter wasnt friendly ,she took so long to take our orders and didnt come back and ask how we doing during our meals,she served us free Mothers day dessert a hard blackforest cake we asked if its the only dessert she serves and she said Yes!but to my surprise the lady next to our table had a carrot cake for the free dessert,m really disappointed in you guys and funny m a regular customer.

I love panarottis food especially the pizza and pasta. And the fried chips with that nice source and bacon, with caramelized onions. I wish to own shares someday

Had a great breakfast at Panarottis Lakeside Mall today. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also served great coffee.

Been supporting them for a while, but the service gets worse and worse. Will rather support a different pizza franchise than this one at Lakeside. Managment is arrogant and staff ill mannered. So sad to see that a store like this is moving in the wrong direction. The pizza quality was poor, overall just a bad experience from Panarotis Lakeside. Use to like them but since they reopened after lockdown things have changed.

Staff is poorly trained. The once proud shop is not a fraction of what it once was... Empty bottle Tabasco is all they have in the shop? Then the waiter takes it away before the meal is done. I feel Tom needs to take charge, because Tendai is not managing to keep the standards up...

Best pizza and pasta ever.....home of pizza with extra cheese , farlic and chilli with no extra cost that comes additional with pizza and pastas......biggest monster pizzas everAnd the taste of freshness and good quality products......one peraon can barely if possible finish their pasta bowlsBest advise is to go very hungry

Very nice place and marvelous stuff but please guys Im not trying to be racist I have a view here can you please mix your staff with local people its good to to mixt tradition as we all people mostly good African

Next time I am back in Benoni , i live in perth, I will definitely be there again eating my favorite bacon carbonara or chicken bacon and avo pizza. You guys are the best.

Good service. Amazing food.

Not my favourite experience. The tables were sticky, food not impressive. Service was sub-par. I dont like having to call a waitress when my drinks have been empty for 30 minutes. However, it is good for a family looking for a place to take their kids. Children have a play area and console games to play, and it is safely cordoned off.

I feel Lakeside mall might have lost its former glory, like when it just opened 10 years ago. The pizza here is still great, but we came here on a Monday evening, and we were the only customer the whole night

Waiter very incompetent!!dont know anything about the menu soooo frustrating !!! Waits an hour for nothing just paid for the beer and left for grapes.......

All you can eat pizza evening. Good value for money.
