Second time waiter disappear. Poor, poor service. Had to phone restaurant from inside the restaurant to request service. Absolutely shocking.

My mom and I had lunch there today and the food and drinks was excellent, their service is a bit slow ... We struggle to find our waiter twice but the rest was fine.

The restaurant is well maintained. The service is adequate and the prices are generally better than most places. The seating is a bit limited but we were sorted out in the end. Food is good too. Id recommend stopping in for a quick bite and drink to reenergize your shopping journey.

2021 - still 3 stars:Weve been visiting this Panno since the early 80s when the Mall was small and the big wheel Family Pizza did it for all five of us. Which left us lots left over for another and another Sangria.Now thier menu is better with their paper-thinnest in the wide world pizza base and fresh toppings, and better than anywhere in Italy Spag-Bol and Alfredo, served hot, like Sophia Loren in Scandal In Sorrento.Pat on the back for serving the bestest Sir Juice OJ, but could they not just serve it in a juice glass - like restaurants do? I mean, like they serve their way too expensive wine by the small glass, not in the bottle, but in a glass - piping hot out of the box?So ja, lots to nice about. But bring your own atmosphere.--------2018 - 3 stars:Fresh! - i.e., the standard pizzas & pastas. Always got specials going & family / children friendly.

Excellent service, never had anyone be so accommodating when making a reservation. The food was delicious. The prices were reasonable. The place works hard to be safe in terms of covid too. I highly recommend them.

Ordered over the phone to collect. My pizza base was so thin that it became soggy and there were hardly any mushrooms on it. My husbands vegan pizza had a gluten base of which we never asked for. It was made hot instead of mild and you would have to use a magnifying glass to find the vegan cheese. When we had ordered pizza before lockdown it was delicious and full of cheese. One would think in these circumstances that you would make extra effort to please customers. Very disappointed

Teeny play area, good for toddlers I guess. The big screen to watch your kids was useless... I could see the door, I guess that was the only good thing. The carer in the play area was miserable, which is probably why the face painting was beyond pathetic. My coffee was hotter than the sun, Its been 2 days and Im still waiting for it to cool down 😉😂 And I understood 1 in every 8 words the waitress whispered.....I was so disappointed we didnt eat, maybe the food is good. But No, Im not going back. Ever 🤣

Our food was cold... when we complained about it, the waiter acted very surprised. When my cappuccino came, it was running down the cup on both sides. Worst experience ever...

Pizza was cold. Garlic and herb flatbread cold and old. Poor service.

#EDIT from original 5 star review.This place has gone down the drain, the service is extremely slow and the waiters just couldnt be bothered to communicate with customers anymore.In the past year Ive had 2 very poor experiences with this branch, from simple stuff like no lucky packets for the kids to serious issues like under cooked chicken.Seems like the management just dont care anymore, and its sad.

Good food but the wateon had a very bad attitude therefore no tip and it was very miserable... Shame could have been good but it was spoilt... Not recommended for a quick lunch.

The perfect pizza... Great hospitality but they honestly need to focus on hygiene in the bathrooms. It looks and smells worse than a public toilet. That was a turnoff🚽👎

Was seated by a managed advised I would be served 2 tables were seated after me both had waiters go to them completely ignored myself and my fiance ,managers rather sit and chat around then ask if everything is okay ,I address it walk out and then wants to help me ,the place was not even busy I rather eat at Spur next door where i got served and helped immediately as I sat down

Food was perfect. Breakfast pizza was the best Ive had at a Panarottis in a very long time. Been a customer since they opened in SA.

The service was amazing. They offered us a seat when our order wasnt ready after coming back at their estimated time. They asked us if they could check our order and if we were happy with our orders. Simply fantastic. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Awesome service and good food. I had the all you can eat special which was not great. Had to wait 15 min to get each slice as a lot of other people had this special as well. Not all pizzas on the menu where available so I was only able to eat 2 or 3 pizzas on offer.Not bad, but not great.

A delightful restaurant with great food and has an inviting,picturesque setting. The variety of choices of food offered, allows for families and individuals to enjoy a delicious meal.It accommodates all dietary needs and the staff are wonderful.

Nice place, always enjoy their food. The one and only time I had a problem with the food being under done, the manager offered to replace the plate of food altogether at no extra cost. Service is great, and the overall vibe is good. Great place to spend time with friends and family.

My favourite as normal seafood pizza came with no serviettes no garlic and chilli sides nothing. It was as though you were throwing it away to some beggar that hadnt paid for it.Never before have I received my food like this.Disappointed. I kept asking the driver for the extras but he had nothing.

If there is one restaurant in East Rand Mall that I have to eat at It would be at Panarottis the pasta is Amazing and so is the Pizza, the waiting time for your food is Fast and the staff has honestly always been friendly to me. The music that they Play at the restaurant is a calming vibe you and your loved ones can so easily forget about the rush of life whilst having your dinner and losing your self in conversation.

Hi, so reason a 2- food was fine, service very good, but quite odd was the WIFI issue. Upon asking the waitress if there was WiFi she said yes and called the manager. Came over, and typed in the password himself. He said it would take awhile, but immediately said unable to join on repeated attempts. I then informed her and she came back and said it was because I had an iPhone? Why did the manager not tell me upfront when he typed the password as he held my phone? Just too odd for me, and feel there was not truthfulness in the handling.

Pathetic place. Dirty germ infested play area for kids. Horrible food. Poor service. Watch out for food poisoning as well. Will never go there again. Stay away!

I go there monthly. Their pizza is very good. The chicken wings Devine. Service is great. Watrons always around to ensure the customers are ok. The manager does his rounds regularly. Once they forgot to put pineapple on the pizza I ordered. I was immediately offered a small take home pizza on the house. Personally the best pizza place on the east Rand. I trust they will keep it up.
