Good menu options, small plate roast dinner for Goldcard holders. The roast pork was excellent.Yummy hot or cold desserts to suit your taste.The staff on duty are friendly and attentive.We eat at the Club when visiting family in Palmerston North.

Pretty sure the girl behind the counter was on methamphetamine Super crazy younger girl, basically yelling at the customers treating them like they were stupid when they were asking simple questions about sauces or extras in there meals Nice place to go if u want to have a laugh about her though I surely did. Had a funeral dinner there and my while family felt something was off with her. she was crazy and all over the show.. not a good look at the counter of the restaurant part.I dont recall anybody saying they loved there meal either my scallops were babys and over cooked! 🤮🤮 dont go here and save yourself some money, stay in tonight, make your own dinner 😇😊

Excellent meals everyone enjoyed. except the corn fritters werent quite right but hey I missed the mark on them the other night cooking them as well,One young lady stood out I should have got her name.she went out of her way to help all the older ones running around pulling out chairs the mobile efpos to their table.well done.thank you.

Absolutely appalled with the service and food we received tonight. 45 people out for dinner. Orders were mucked up wrong buzzers given out. Things missing off plates raw scallops served entrees that came out after mains. Kids meals out last missing deserts. Hayley Was extremely rude Bad mouthing our guests that we’re complaining about their orders being incorrect had a sour look on her face all night I know times are tough but it’s tough for everyone there is no need to be rude. I would like to say that Aneira and the older Māori lady handing out meal we’re extremely helpful and and apologetic about the whole suituation. We had originally booked for 70pax but due to family members being sick it dropped down to 45 they should have been more prepared for our booking I would hate to think if we had actually had our full booking.

Visiting from Auckland we were looking for a reasonably priced place to go for Dinner & Drinks. We are RSA members so it was very convenient to go to the Cosmopolitan Club.Very spacious area with a well stocked bar& meals available to choose from a great menu.All round good value in a very comfortable setting.

Hidden gem!Good honest place, one the community should really consider engaging with.The staff and venue are great.I only really gave this 4 stars so I can improve that score on my next visit 🌻

Just popped into the Cosmopolitan to enquire about a sports place in the area. The place was the Squash Gym next door down the long driveway.

I thought it needed an upgrade.No atm to use. And only a limit on amount you can take out. And because hubby and I both wanted money we had to do 2 separate transactions which was silly as it was from ttthe same account.

Staff are friendly and welcoming but their food isnt exactly a 3 Michelin star standard

Had corn fritters and bacon - could count the bits of corn on one hand. Stodgy and tasteless. Bacon was dry and chewy. Buzzers didnt work so food sat under lights for ages. At 1.30pm we were asked to be quiet as housie had started. Staff member very nice about it but wont go there again. Ok if you like to eat deep fried food in a bingo hall.

Went there tonight for a work gathering. First time Ive been here for a long time.Watched a bit of super rugby on there huge screen. Wasnt over crowded.Nice atmosphere.

Had lunch here today nice roast meal for $16.00 with gold card . Big dining room with plenty of tables. Reasonable menu with plenty to choose from. Overall dining experience not too bad, but for $16.00 meal you cant complain about that.

We had our meal deliver last night for my hubby’s 81st Birthday had Roast Ham and Veges followed by apple pie and ice creamIt’s was awesome thoroughly enjoyed itMany Thanks... Henry & Priscilla Eru

Did line dancing ..they looked after us. Had wedges for lunch. Sorry but it was over baked and dry as and dried up. Not much as I had expected either sorry. Plenty room for improvement 👍

The seafood platter was appalling- it was supposed to come with salad that was a very small bowl - choices were days old coleslaw and many lettuce leaves the restaurant staff were rude would recommend never to eat there

Excellent. Very helpful and welcoming when your unsure of the sign in procedure. Manager took time to explain meal process. Bar staff very helpful on extremely busy night.Great outdoor. Bowls competition was taking pllace. It was also a beautiful day and evening.

My husband is a member so I needed to get signed in, Beautiful meal, server could have smiled a bit and spoken but all up had a good catch up with family and friends. Cheap meals, great atmosphere

Loved it. We were there for our pigeon race results. Had lunch 3 had scallop salad one had the chicken curry. Lovely meals definitely go back.

Great facilities and very roomy, it has cheap priced drinks and food and of course a magnificent carvery that opens up around 5pm. Pokie machines on site if that is your thing, as well as a bowling green and comfortable seating and surroundings. Really friendly service and they even arranged a shuttle to the airport for just $5, superb

The club is a great place for the old and young. Large seating area to accommodate big groups. Meals are fantastic and affordable. You can watch sports on the big screen, play pool, snooker or darts. There is a TAB and pokie machines. They also have dancing, house, yahtzie.

Avoid having weddings here at all costs! Didnt get one part right and our day suffered because of it. I wouldnt wish that on anyone especially given the costs involved. Guests treated terribly as well as ourselves, poor organisation, awful food, no communication. One particular staff member went out of her way to do the opposite of what we wanted and asked (and I could write a lot about this). I still feel that after all we were put through we deserved one hell of an apology but after both verbal and written feedback we still hadnt received anything. Its been over a year since and I still regret having our day here.

Great meals and well priced drinks for all the family. My favourite is the "bar" fish and chips with a salad. Price is about $12.50 and is a great meal. Very friendly and efficient staff and a good club to belong to.

Friendly staff. The Tuesday $14 meal is great value and generally excellent food. Each week it changes from roast beef, roast pork, corned beef or glazed ham. Served with a mix of salad and veges which you dish yourself. There is always a lovely hot dessert for around $5.

1 burger only cost $14! Had very little in it. Chips were extra! No coffee barrister..... just a coin operated old style coffee dispenser. Poor customer service.
