Vast shark tank & ocean habitats in aquarium with jungle micro-climate roof garden & guided tours.
Lovely place for the families with kids. We stayed around 3.5 hours with one kid. He really loved it. 3D aquadome show was nice, but could be a little longer.
Just impressive. The diversity of sea species is incredible. The aquarium is big and offers a lot of space for them (even if never comparable with the wildlife!!!). Difficult to say what is better …. a big aquarium with less freedom or freedom with all of our humans trash).
We spent a whole day and really enjoyed our visit. Highlights were the 3D movie about whales, turtle in the garden, a funny fish that interacted/played with us and the sharks of course. Really educational as well. The playparks inside and outside were entertaining and clean. The girl at the cafeteria was really friendly. Thank you, we will visit again!
Very nice place to visit with the family on a rainy day.The first couple of rooms are really busy. But after that its really nice.Lots of big fish to look at. And a Good play park for the kids too
Brilliant morning out! Was the first in the door at 9.30am, and Id bought the shark boat (11.40and backstage (12.00extras, so expect to be there for a few hours. Well worth the money, so happy to finally see a sea turtle! Loads to see and learn. Recommend backstage to see and learn about the marine hospital and their work saving turtles. Our guide was lovely, extremely enthusiastic, and was bilingual. Would absolutely go again!
Definitely the best aquarium I have visited. All the tanks are clean so you can see what is in them. You can go in a glass bottomed boat across the shark tank for a different view. There is also a backstage tour, which is relatively new where you can see what goes on behind the scenes. This is a whole day trip to see it all. The restaurant is also good.
Lots of things to see, must go in numerical order or will not see all. Ends in a shop. Photo with parrot was fun, payment goes to charity. Great place to visit!
Very big and amazing planetarium for young and old.You can see and learn a lot about the oceans and fishes living in there. There are some huge view points, where you can sit. When you are early, there are parking slots for free.Just one note: the shark boat is really not worth it. There are sharks in the garden pool, which you can see better than on the boat.- 1 star because they take a picture at the beginning and want to sell it to you in the end. If you don’t buy it, they try to make you feel bad and ask you, if you don’t care about the ocean (as the 10€ for the pictures goes to „saving the ocean“).
Our family liked this aquarium, lots to see and different zones - sharks, whales, Mediterranean gardens and Amazon rainforest. Whale 3D show was at 3pm, so we didn’t wait to see that, but the whales zone was extensive. There are beanie-bag seats in front of a couple of large tabks so you can sit and enjoy for longer. Inside the exhibit, there aren’t that many bathrooms, so we had to dart out a couple of times with the kid over the course of 2hrs (hence deducting a ⭐️). There’s a restaurant with wheelchair access and shop inside as well. They do charge extra for some exhibits & 10€ for the parrot photos but it goes towards nature conservation. Recommended experience if you’re visiting Palma.
From the beginning you get this very relaxing and calming music which is very nice. There’s a decent amount of things to see here but not as many as i thought i’d see, Really sad to see a dead fish in the water and turtles being stuck on rocks (from my point of viewat the moment. Either way, I would recommend a visit here as it’s a beautiful sight being with wildlife!
Excellent family friendly aquarium. Good for a half day visit. Warning, the whale 3d movie is loud for wee ones.Food on-site, or a short drive to Palma.
The aquarium is really big and you get to see plants and animals from all around the world. The tanks are really big and beautifully decorated. You get to take a picture with a live parrot. The main aquarium is quite a spectacle as you get to see many sharks and they even offer to get on a special glass and look at them in the water.
Had a fantastic few hours walking round the Aquarium. If you have not been it is worth going and of you have been its worth going again.Got food here also at the restraunt which was also fantastic and very well priced
Ok, I would recommend this for families with small kids. Compared to Oceanografic museum in Valencia, this one is a lot smaller but still worth a visit.
Absolutely stunning place! Their marketing is not too good unfortunately. A little bit forced to take pictures, and they are quite expensive to buy. However, the price goes to their foundation to save more animals, but when they are asking to pay for the photos, they are forgot to mention THIS. I felt afterwards guilty to negotiate about the photo price. If its mentioned beforehand, I would pay how much they ask for it.
The aquarium is a state of the art aquarium, where animal have space and style mimic their enviroment. The price seems to be high, but it is absolutly okay for this size of aquarium. The tours are very well guided.
Amazing aquarium! Definitely worth a visit! We travelled over two hours from our hotel to go there and it was better than expected.Snorkeling with Manta rays was really cool, the shark boat tank tour and the planetarium where we discovered more about whales was breathtaking.Go!
What a nice place to visit. We got the full package with the Backstage your, shark vision boat and the whales 3d experience. Its worth it, every single penny. The Backstage tour was great and we learned some new and cool stuff that the people there are working on.The staff are just so friendly, warm and welcoming, we really felt like everyone is part of a big family. The species are very varied and the arrangement of exhibits is not tiring to go through.I loved it, and would go back next time when we come here.
An interesting place, best for kids, not so large, the cleanness should be better, at the terrace and outside in garden areas. But overall, few hours can be spent to see corrals and fish.
Great corals and anemons ! Not that many in other aquariums. You may get a discount with Drach Caves ticket which saved us 10EUR. Good for kids. I was sceptic entering but was surprised how nice the visit was. We skipped the photo-stuff.
Amazing place, for adults and kids, cool inside during day, which os great when its 30+ outside, play area indoor and out for kids, 2x restraunts, really great day out...
Pricey but 100% worth it! The Aquarium is really big and ideal if you’re looking to avoid the heat for a few hours. One could easily spend an entire day here and not get bored! Information was available in multiple languages !
This is a really nice and relaxing place. I think its a great idea for a hot day, when you want to hide from the sun.Its fun for the kids, but also for adults.P.S If youre hungry, theres a restaurant upstairs.
Fantastic aquarium with lots of different things to look at. The sharks were very exciting. The 3D cinema was very good. Playground for the children and other games. Different zones in the aquarium with different themes.
This Aquarium might come at a steep price of 27.50€ but trust me when I say that it was worth every penny. The diversity of their aquatic life is truly amazing. Their facilities are also well maintained and food is sold at a relatively fair price. The heat can be a bit overwhelming when walking around the outside exhibits but the inside is nice and cool. One of my favorite things about this location would have to be the seating areas in front of the large indoor tanks. Truly a sight to behold and great memories to be made.
A lovely place were u can see impressive species of the sea and you can take pictures with Parrots and buy them to contribuate to the animals. We really enjoyed it it was a pleasure.
Great, big exibit of fish, sharks, turtles and many more marine animals. Also has a playground for kids and food area. Good for spending 2-3 hours away from the hot sun.
This place is awesome. You need a few hours to see it all. They also have an exhibit where kids under 12, I think age 5 - 12, can swim with stingrays. The picture is from the snorkeling with the stingrays exhibit. They have a shallow end which is a couple of feet deep, and the deeper end is probably around six feet deep. Everybody who worked there that i talked to spoke English which I appreciated.
What an amazing place! Its not only about the various kinds of marine animals we can see, but they rescue a lot of animals and incubating baby sharks, also protecting a large variety of corals. It is such a beautiful experience with the sharks and many kinds of fishes
Must visit if you are accompanied by children. If youre going to the 3D movie (touching experience), try the 1st row for the best immersive experience.
Surprisingly nice aquarium.Had no problems with parking on Saturday 11h.There are interactive games for kids (also interesting for adults).Playground for kids (the one indoorswas just great! Kid loved it.The one outside also looked super, with few bounce castles, but it was too hot to be there.Overall good aquarium.Spent there ~2,5h.
One of the best aquariums in my opinion. Plenty to see, kids fascinated by all the fishCafe/restaurant on site too for some lunch.
Our son normally goes through a £30 ticket aquarium in about 30 mins and is more interested in the mechanical toy cars than the fish. This was a whole new level. We just spent 4 hours here and it was incredible. Lots of different levels. All split into manageable sections with good interactive bits scattered throughout. Great outdoors sections with a play area and cafe with good, if overpriced, food. I cant speak highly enough of this aquarium. Amazing stuff.
On if the top moments in our vacation. Really worth to see. It was not very crowded and there are couchins so you can sit and enjoy the spectacular sharks. In the biggest tank the can swim above you and the teeth are really scary. Mom son was just blew away. There is really nothing to do in Palma so thank you aquarium. Easy to get there with 25 bus
This was an amazing experience, from beggining to the end. A variety of seaworld, Amazon jungle and Amazinia river world to sharks and extraordinary 3D movie about humpback whales. You wont regret spending every minute there. Also kids friendly😊
It was a really nice experience to see all the aquatic life especially the sharks, that was my first time seeing sharks . Theyve got a place outside with a waterfall and vegetation .The only bit that we were bewildered, especially at the entrance when you get in after paying is that a guy places you and your child etc for a picture , everything is so fast then you realize that was a photo taken and they do not ask for permission especially because you have a child .
Due to rainy day we decided to have a look in the aquarium. Great choice, beautiful aquarium, roomy and quite a bit of variation. Out of season, so not that busy
The Aquarium is great, lots of good tanks/views. The accommodations are clean/well kept. We went here as part of a excursion booked through our travel agency. It is not worth the cost to be honest, it is not a place to spend an entire day.
Great place. So much better than we thought before getting there. Huge place with a lot of small and large aquariums with everything from big sandsharks to small seahorses. Loved it, the kids loved it. They also works a lot with animal protection and cleaning the oceans from plastic and other waste we humans put into the oceans 🙈😭BTW. Please stop throwing things in the ocean and on land 🙏Only downside was the restaurants. At the moment the food/menu did not match the rest of the facilities unfortunately. So this can be better for sure.
Nice place. Clean too. Enjoyable to watch the tanks and fish since everything was clean and nice. We visited today with our 5 and a half year old. Also watched the 3D movie document about whales. The entry tickets are quite pricy though 80 euros for 2 adults and our Child. 🤔🙈😅 We had some coffee and drinks at the cafeteria. There was food available too, but didnt have that thus time though. But I had a look at the food and it seemed like a good choice especially for the kids, spaghetti, meatballs, fish fingers etc.
Great place to spend time during the rainy days.A bit confusion while entering if you buy online tickets, there is a lot of room for improvement in that part. And the capacity for shark boat is to small. There is no assurance you will see it if you are inside aquarium. Everything else was really interesting, a lot of fisch species and good lightening.
Wonderful place! My kids really loved the experience. So many different areas to enjoy. Peaceful and calm atmosphere, pillows on the floor near large aquariums. You can take your time and observe. They have a fun room where kids can draw and scan their pictures, and later on the pictures appear in the big virtual aquarium.
The aquarium is very nice. What I dont like is having animals crammed into small tanks. In some situation I felt a little bad for those sharks and turtles.
Cant recommend enough! Absolutely enormous aquarium and good variety of exhibits, every single tank was pristine and full of coral and anemones. Some truly huge tanks to look at and lots of educational information. I especially liked the addition of benches and cushions to sit in front of the tanks. Make sure you have plenty of time to see everything!
Great experience! Be sure to go there as soon as it opens and plan to spend a whole day there. There is a cafeteria in the middle of the journey so you can eat. You can get your photo taken at the beginning if youd like but they will charge 10 Euros for that. Say no at the beginning if you dont want it.
We’ve visited the place in November. It was a rainy day and Aquarium was the best place to spend time. You need 3 hours minimum to see everything without hurrying. I’d like to have more information to read about fishes, maybe some interesting facts.
Fantastic place for an amazing experience with aquatic life. The sea life on display was really wide in variety and full of facts. The jungle area was also very nice. The infrastructure in itself is really good maintained...spacious and tidy. It took us almost three hours to see the entire place properly. The tickets are slightly expensive but totally worth it. We got a chance a photo with a huge parrot too. Theres a group photo that is taken at the start which can be bought as prints. Nice souvenir to have. Would really recommend to visit this place when visiting Mallorca.
A fantastic experience for all ages with numerous displays and attractions that both educate and fascinate. I was lucky to dive in the Big Blue tank with the sharks which left me speechless. Great for families but also for any sea life lovers.
Oh my God how amazing this was. I dont think Ive ever been to such a fantastic aquarium, there are so many different fish there, a cool outside section to chill and even a more interactive section. Definitely worth the money. Took us around 1.5-2 hours to enjoy the whole thing
Great place that I recommend you to visit! This place is one of the best aquariums i have been to myself. It’s very accessible and a few meters from the beach (<200m).The amounts of fish and every tank in the aquarium is very big and you could spend almost a full day in here.!Altho the prices can get a little too high for some people, the entry is pretty expensive but the money you spend there can even double the amount you spent on the entry! But besides the price I’d definitely recommend you to go here, especially if you have kids.
