Delicious food. Very good customer service.

Waiting for food was so long. Took an hour to bring just starters. Took so long to even brings just juices. Customer service was so bad that they gave us someone elses food and they didnt even give us our own food, even though the bill was given. They charged us extra when we didnt even order that. Make sure you check your bill before paying. The food was average with very little spice. And it was my boyfriend who I went with and he was disappointed and nearly broke up with me cuz of the food quality.

Its a busy restaurant and has limited spacing at least on the ground floor which means that there isnt much room when food is being served across tables. Food is good but my recent trip was slightly underwhelming - overall staff and manager were pleasant.

Took some fried rice and smells really bad one of the worst food pls avoid them cook really bad food I m going to take this further and council should check their kitchen I think

No sauces with mixed grill, asked for payment whilst I was still eating. My worse experience yet.

This afternoon i took 2 of my friends who came from canada , the service of the restaurant i cant imagine that was disappointing service, unwashed cutleries and glasses even no smile on there face i m samed on my self front of my friends, i would recommend dont go to this restaurant again very poor service and poor quality of food

Went for dinner last week and me and my husband ended up with food poisoning. It made us sick for a week. I’m not sure if it’s new management as the food that was served, was old food reheated up which is probably what caused the food poisoning. Such a shame as we use to love this place.

We had lunch today , we were four people dine in the service of the restaurant was terrible and cutleries are not clean , unwashed glasses and we ordered cucumber salad they gave chicken devil , we asked to change they were said wait 15 minutes by the time we finished our main they why we need salad half of our order didn’t came to table but they charged on the bill , I would Say I never take people to this restaurant

For the last 5 years I have been coming to this restaurant, and today will be the last. Being asked to wait for 20min as the restaurant was busy. One of their friends turned up and gave a free table to them. Did not even acknowledge me. Then given a table. Waited another 15min for them to come and get the order. At this point I got up and left. I understand they are busy but there is a way to treat people.

Extremely appalling service; the waiting staff failed put in our order. When enquired about this after nearly 40 mins, blatantly denied ever taking order from us. Not apologetic nor sympathetic.Mediocre food and lousy service! Best to avoid during busy time it’s absolutely chaotic at busy time!

Good restaurant but the waiters are rude specially one guy in blue formal shirt I went on 17/9 he was not at all good with customers….. I never had this kind of bad service anywhere else his having so much attitude he needs to learn about how to speak with customers with smile n give them a good service so that they can come back not recommend at all.

Restaurant located very popular area in Wembley Ealing road . We went that restaurant with our family overall food is very average didn’t follow the note (spicy levelcustomer service zero we are waiting for water 20 minutes (class of waterand starter and main will take long to arrived our table . Toilet stinks (women toiletfully disaster. I thing they didn’t clean whole day until around 9pm food prices is high . Tasteless all food . Won’t be back again totally disappointed. Need to improve all things

We went in to the restaurant with high expectations but the ambiance was not good at all. Loud music was played which makes difficult to have a conversation with family.Food was ok, below average. Dosa was mushy and cold instead of usual crispy and hot we get in any other restaurant serving dosas.

Portion size was good, however the food was very bland. I ordered dosa, biryani and chicken 65.Firstly the yogurt raita was all over the food, probably not packed right so delivery guy must have spilled it.Biryani was very bland and so was the dosa. The sauces with the dosa were nice but i have never had such bland masala dosa. Chicken 65 was very dry and hard.I have been eating sri lankan food for many years from Chennai Spice in Edmonton but recently moved to NW area so thought to try this place as i have been trying upto edmonton for my monthly biryani and dosa from chennai spice. Sadly, will not be returning to this as the taste wasnt even close and the masala wasnt enough it was very very bland.

The best Indian food I have ever eaten. Great service and very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend it!

The waiters stressed us out. When we finished our food we wanted to sit and relax a bit and finish our drinks, but nope, a waiter comes and asks to take our food and our glasses. It wasnt even crowded at the time, so I dont understand the rush. The food is very good though. Another day I ordered 4 rolls. Waited for 50 minutes! 50 minutes for 4 rolls? We had ordered takeaway and were asked to sit and wait. We didnt even get anything for all the waiting. Poor customer service from some of the staff. Our order had apparently been forgotten, although we saw several people being served plenty of food while we waited. You also get some small chocolates after you pay the bill. Be sure to eat them right away. I and many others have experienced that they melt in two seconds and they tend to burst open, and then you have to walk around with a brown stain that is difficult to get rid of:)

Its good but family restaurant they are handling alcohol and food on the same place,I dont like it.

Very satisfied with the taste and authentic tradition food as I am regular to this place I love to eat here mainly kothu roti, venison fry lovable drinks.People must try starters and main course as it was so yummy.Great service and Friendly staffCan enjoy with family and friends more for parties.🫶🏻

Food 7/10, atmosphere 5/10. Ordered a chilli Mogo, was not on the menu but chef still made it, this was great. Followed by a chilli chicken which was a 3/10 with the chicken being too chewy and over cooked.

We ordered 4 lump rice it was waste money each £14. Chefs need to watch you tube how to make srilankan lump rice.i will not reccomend anyone to have lupm rice in this restaurant ,too expensive,tasteless and nothing like lupm rice

Only Non veg was good,A pregnant lady and a kid ordered veg varieties, everything was bad taste, and unhygienic, unhealthy. Had food poisoning on the day we ate here.

Disgusting food quality.we ordered 2 curry and plan naan. They served cold food and naan like papadam. Staff laugh when I complain about food. They didn’t do anything. They are very rude to us.

Nice non veg restaurant in Wembley

The flavours here were just amazing! Service can be a bit slow, but the food makes up for it. Located at the start of the high street, few minutes away from Wembley station..

I wish I could give zero to this place. Waited 1 hour for a very simple dish. All the people that came after us were all served except us. The attitude of the people working there is very unprofessional and customer care was disgusting. I expected them to handle it more professionally at least apologising for the delay but they’ve just given us so much attitude. We walked out without eating anything because the wait was unbearable and could clearly see that the food wouldn’t come anytime soon.

Have to say went with high expectations and came out disappointed. The waiter looked like he wanted to go home and we didn’t feel comfortable. The food quality and taste was poor. To top it all off they charged us for takeaway boxes which is ridiculous to say the least. Never was a go to place but after this experience will never look again. Veechu roti came out cold and dry and was more like a parrotta. Mutton curry was just oily and no flavour. Falooda had a ton of syrup making it overly sweet. When you go home afraid you might call in sick because of food poisoning you know never to go there again. 🤬

One of my favourite Sri Lankan food places in wembley. The food is nice and affordable, they have so many dishes to choose from.

This place conveniently located on the main shopping street right opposite Saravana Bhavan.Experience was just about mediocre.Ambience- loud unsavoury masala movie songs blaring out of two large TV screens totally spoiling the otherwise reasonably well done interiors for the price range.Food- we ordered two set lunches, one fish and one chicken. And one King fish fry.When the meals arrived only the rice was hot and seems fresh everything else was at best mildest of luke warm. Dhall was out right cold. I thought the gravy tasted the same for both. The chicken and fish pieces were dry and chewy.ServiceTakes a min of 20 -30 mins. But still nothing is served hot.Infection control- our group wore masks, but none of the staff did. When requested the staff outright refused to wear it saying it was in convenient and was defensive about there choice.This review is based purely one one experience with set meals. Others could be better.

Good place for Non vegetarian lovers.. A lot of Non veg menu available...Taste is good...Negative...Not all the food items are fresh ... They heat old items and serve particularly Thali and Currys ..Waiting time is too long .. Especially on weekends... you may have to wait for more than an Hour ... Service is okay... Take away availability... Cosy environment..

I visited this restaurant today evening at around 20:00pm ETA london on 25/09/2021 I asked for beer Coors light beer and they served me carling beer an I was watching them while they were filling my beer in my glass when I questioned them why they gave me carling beer they are saying I am drunk I have invoice on which they chraged me for Coors beer but they served me carling beer I told them I am wrong then show me the camera they are asking me why we should show you the camera and they are telling me that they put my picture and my wifes picture on their doors saying were not allowed in that restaurant this guys are seriously cheators cheating peopleIn short ROBBERSIf they can prove me wrong than tell them to show their cameras which are there in their restaurant

Visited this place for a Father’s Day lunch, waited over 2 hrs for food, people came after us and got served quicker. This place has no idea on how to run a successful restaurant.Lack of management that doesn’t care about customers and staff that are just incompetent!!Better places in the area!!

Lump rice was nice with great flavoured lamb and I would recommend this dish but not everything was as good. Crab curry not spicy and chicken curry on the bone was all bone. Portion size was really disappointing other than the lump rice which was not even on the 400+ items on the menu. I think we were overcharged as receipt not broken down into cost per item so suggest to ask when paying and will see if the restaurant does reach out and offer a part refund. I would order the lump rice again but maybe not the other items I am afraid.

The food was peng, the mutton Devillee had to get two potions as it was tasty and spicy. Mari Devilled dish delicious and spicy.Had the palm beach special Biriani, palm beach special Noodles and Kothu. All three dishes had alot of meat, they didnt not compromise on the amount of mixed meat.Service was slow, waiting time between dishes was long. Was allowed to bring drinks from outside, which worked out well but charged table drink charge of £12 . Waiter was OK happy and bubbly.Im actually impressed for a Sri Lankan authentic restaurant, food was great. Had the government help out scheme aswell. So al in all good.

Went with few of my friends for dinner on a weekday. It was busy but got a table straight away.I ordered venison fried string hopper kottu and it was really tasty and good portion size as well. My friends ordered lamprais and that was too spicy and the portion size is small. The worst thing is the service, which is very slow. Not sure due to it was busy, its hard to get a staff to give the order. Probably need few more staff to serve the customers. The prices seems to be reasonable and value for the money, except for the lamprais. Hope that management will get more staff and train them properly on customer service.

There is no doubt the food here is exceptional... however the service is worse than a fast food restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes to order and then half of our food items were wrong. Fortunately the entire menu is delicious

Ill start with the food, which was very good. I had Sri Lankan Mutton curry and my son had Lamb Bhuna. Very tasty with garlic nan and rice. The rice portions are a little bit too big for one, Id eaten half of my portion before I took this picture. I actually give the food 4 stars but its the hygiene that lets the place down and I give that part 2 stars. Serving hatch from kitchen is filthy which is so easily rectified with a good clean and the specials menus need throwing out and new ones printing. India beer was good but I would only recommend this place if like us youre going to football and its a group of lads, definitely not one for a date!

Stopped here for a takeaway.Service definitely not very inviting. I felt bad having to ask questions about options on the menu, and definitely didnt feel welcome by any of the staff, or that they would like to have me back!Food itself was reasonable in portion and justified the price, but chicken pieces were dry and didnt taste fresh. Also, expect the food to be spicy.If the service was better then I may have stopped by again to try something else, but as it is, Ill pass on by.

Go there if you want to go to a traditional south Indian food packed with locals.Service could be improved as the waitress couldnt help us to describe/understand the menu.
