Beautiful spot to watch the sunset though access and parking are limited so bring your walking shoes or your favorite pedal bike and enjoy the downhill to the beach trail located next to PCH North and South from San Clemente to Dana point.

One sits perched upon the bluff, sipping on the good herb, Yerba mate. While one watches the wind blow the boats into the endless sea. Heavy local spot sometimes you have to fight for your perch.Best sunset spot.End of date kiss spot.Marriage spot.Yerba Mate spotMainly a good perch.

Cute, tiny, picturesque park at the top of the hill with an open air gazebo and amazing views. Great for pictures and sunset views. There is no grassy area, restrooms or playground, it is not that kind of park. It is a quick snippet and stop along your route.

It was gorgeous! Beautiful view! Beautiful wedding! It was very hot though so I would recommend shade tents for the guests even if its only 70 degrees. We didnt get much of a breeze and the heat bounced off of cement.

Recently attended a really gorgeous, intimate wedding ceremony here. The view and setting need very little to make for gorgeous photos. Parking and space is limited, but its absolutely perfect for a special, small-scale event. Its also conveniently located to a beach for more photo opps and the Ritz Carlton makes for an amazing reception venue after the ceremony. (Not posting photo out of respect for privacy of the couple- just go check it out😉)

This is a very pretty place to view sunsets, and sun rises. Ive been to a couple of weddings there. Very romantic experience. Parking isnt close. So there is a small walk.

I love the city of Dana Point. The Palisades Gazebo is perfect for a wedding ceremony. I celebrated my 10 year anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony. Simply gorgeous. The city of Dana Point took very good care of the planning process.
