I do not have gluten dietary restrictions but my friend does and having an entire menu to choose from is such a relief. Not only that, but everything was absolutely delicious, the staff was so friendly, and the vibes were immaculate. 10/10 recommend!

Very tasty food and while portions arent that big, theyre enough to fill you up (Id recommend a side dish or dessert on top though).Service was exceptional and atmosphere was very inviting. Would highly recommend trying out :various South American dishes available to try.

Absolutely loved this place! 🤤 Our waiters were dead sound and advised us when we were ordering too much (we went at a time when they were serving shared plates). There’s great variety on the menu and their cocktails are very well done - definitely recommend trying the Bramble. The pulled pork was a highlight as well. Would happily go back to try the rest of the menu, and totally recommend!

I celebrated my birthday there, and the food was delicious, the cocktail and wine very good, and the customer service extremely good. When they realised it was my birthday they brought the dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday to me, it was amazing. Im looking forward to going back.

Very friendly service and a lovely ambiance in the sheltered outdoor space.We ordered several dishes as the tapas is fairly light. The pork belly dish was very chewy while the seabass was good. The Argentine white wine was surprisingly decent

Really enjoyable meal - the outside area is so atmospheric and we really appreciated the refills of iced water throughout the meal on such a hot evening. The tuna tostadas and seared prawns were particularly memorable and the espresso martini was the best I’ve had.

Our group of 8 sampled the taster menu. The dishes were well presented and served promptly for each guest, but overall werent blown away by the quality considering the high average rating for this restaurant. The servers and sommelier were friendly and attentive throughout.

Absolutely adored the outside area. Food was excellent, although portions were quite small and more on the pricey side but that’s tapas for you. Would definitely recommend however!

I went here yesterday with a friend and was amazed by the service and the food. Absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back again!A good thing to note is that all of the food is gluten free so there is no worry of cross contamination.

Omg! Sooo good. Perfect place for a pisco sour (I am dyslexic and dont drink so apologies for misspellings). Very delicious food, too. Portion size varies from very generous to a bit less. But re-order uncomplicated. They also go a most gorgeous garden space. Next time will defo check their purple churros.

Great food, everything is gluten free and there are many vegan options. Nice selection of drinks and desserts as well. I recommend it for those who want to try something different! It is a bit expensive though.

Superb cuisine. Every dish was beautifully presented, very fresh and totally delicious. Favourite dishes tuna tostada, tapioca croquettes and for desert the cheese mouse. Authentic cuisine. Staff very friendly and from Latin America. Fun colourful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Was a great dinner! Seems to fill up with reservations easily, but managed to get a table! It is a style of eating where you order about 2-3 dishes a person, but was delicious, and we asked our server to order whatever was great for us and we loved how that worked out! Would recommend!

Outstanding, wonderful, magnificent, none of these words and even all of them together do justice to the great dining experience I experimented yesterday in this magnificent restaurant. No doubt it is the hidden treasure in Elephant & Castle.We took the testing menu, and I couldnt tell which dish was the favourite. Each one of them was a perfect combination of creativity and originality in taste, colours and textures. And thats not to mention the delicious and well-chosen wines that accompanied each course.Have you heard about the bliss point? Without a doubt, Chef Jose Guevara has achieved it in each one of the proposals that make up his menu.The staff super loving and attentive, and the atmosphere incredibly cosy and vibrant.I am planning to celebrate my next social events in this magnificent restaurant and recommend it to everyone I know.THANKS for such incredible evening!

The service was okay but very rushed. The food was just really not good at all. We were a group of 6 but no one was thrilled. Unfortunately it was also very expensive. That is definitely not a restaurant I would go to again, so I maintain that I do not recommend the restaurant at all. We spent a few days in London and we didnt like the food at your restaurant (although we tried a lot of different things), which was a shame because it made us lose an evening. We ate at several restaurants that were tasty, so I would have preferred to spend my €60 (which is a lot for me as a studentdifferently. What a disappointment… expensive food, poorly executed… I wish I was coming here to give them a 5 star rating as they were really a nice staff, but we felt we did not get ‘good value for money versus experiences in similar restaurants’. (The owner replied to my review politely, so I edited it a bit. I am happy to hear most of the guests have positive experiences - we just happened to disagree at this one ocasion unfortunately.)

We were lucky enough to happen into Paladar a few weeks ago. As it was chilly and raining, the host was kind enough to let me in before the restaurant even opened. The space and crew who work there are, quite literally, inviting. Every dish and cocktail impressed and delighted, but far and away our favorite were the tapioca croquettes with guava. What a splendid meal. Thank you!

Happened to be in this part of London for a family occasion and this restaurant was booked for a catch up afterwards. We were there for a very unhurried three hour lunch comprising fabulous food and elegant, knowledgeable service. We felt properly looked after and having shared with the charming waiter our slight bemusement at the menu, he steered us through his suggestions for a wonderful selection of all gluten free, vegetarian where appropriate dishes. Loved it.

Food is beautifully plated but underwhelming in taste, especially for the price. come here for the experience but don’t expect anything magnificent. very normal.

Simply put: SPECTACULAR!!Try the churros, try the empabadas, try the shrimps - it was a delight in heaven!

What a find! We stubbled across this by chance and it was such a find. Delicious food, great cocktails, nice and friendly service. Recommended!

You might pass it by without a second glance. But that would be a mistake. This is a lovely place with attentive staff and a menu that is out of the ordinary. Interesting vegetarian choices, nice selection of Latin dishes served to be shared. We really liked the tuna tostadas and the mole with the chicken skewers was divine. And lets not forget the pisco cocktails! The one dish I would advise against was the steak with arepas. It is just far too expensive for what it is.

All the food was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As the entire menu is gluten free, its also a fantastic place for coeliacs!Our personal favourites were the beef empanadas, pork belly tacos, and the purple corn churros, but you really cant go wrong, and as it comes in small tapas style sharing dishes you can try a bit of everything.

I have been here three times over the span of three years and it was amazing every time. We had all the vegan dishes and they all were great. Absolutely fantastic was the aubergine with the bean mole - even if you are not vegan, you need to try it. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Camilo and Nadia were absolutely amazing tonight. They checked on us every step of the way, recommended their favourite dishes and drinks and even sang happy birthday to my friend with us when they brought the dessert! The food was also stunning, especially the aubergine with beans paired with the garlic rice which we ordered by mistake and ended up being our favourite dish. The croquettes and the guacamole were also outstanding, and their unique take on cocktails really transports you to Latin America. Plus, their prices are reasonable and totally worth every penny. Lovely flavours, pleasant surroundings, and friendly service.I had the summer lunch set with my partner and were able to try both meat options.The starters were amazing: a generous amount of pork in a well-balanced lettuce wrap (and this is coming from someone who does not tend to like lettuce wraps), and tender prawns on a equally balanced crisp.The sauces served with the mains were divine, the mole in particular had a deep, rich flavour, and all complimented their dishes wonderfully. Unfortunately, the lamb was very chewy and sinewy, which ruined the dish for me as I was too focussed on chewing rather than tasting.The churros were perhaps my favourite part of the meal. The churros themselves had crisp exteriors but soft interiors and, following from the main, the sauces were gorgeous. In particular, the chocolate sauce had a nice acidity, much unlike the overly sweet sauce you tend to get elsewhere.Overall, the food was great but the lamb stops me from awarding five stars, as a set menu dish it would have been cooked many times before, so I am disappointed that it was so chewy. Regardless, I would definitely try to come again for dinner with a larger group so that we can try all the other dishes.

I recommend Paladar for their delicious, well presented (authenticSouth American fusion food coupled with delicious and unique cocktails with a twist.The atmosphere was vibrant and takes you out of London with latin music playing in the background set amongst beautiful art work, touches of nature and latin inspired decor.The service was also friendly, efficient and the staff were knowledgeable on the dishes they offered are were able to make good recommendations to us. Finally the price of the food was very reasonable.I will definitely be visiting here again as I would also like to try them out when they have live music at the restaurant.

Absolutely mind blowing food journey .. everything we ate was made with love and skill . The cocktails where gorgeous . Thankfully we live local and have promised to be back . I can not recommend these guys enough! We held a baby shower here with 18 people and they provided the courtyard and some of the BEST food and service I have ever had. Just to reiterate, the food was just soo delicious and I could not get over how good the service was. I want to go back for every event! I am trying to convince my friends to hold their wedding here! A warm and welcoming restaurant that even made flash floods disappear! Great Latin American food - the tuna tostadas are next level - and an exciting cocktail list. Friendly service, a gorgeous covered courtyard, exactly the sort of place youd be lucky to have in your neighbourhood.

I love this place. Itll make you feel as if you where in a trip through Latin America with its vibrant colours and music. The dish I had is called Cochinita (mexican pulled porkand I couldnt reccomend more. One of my favourite spots in London.

Was very looking forward to seating in Paladar’s backyard after reading some food reviews - disappointedly the backyard turned out to be too loud to talk to my friends (super loud music +other tables over talking).The dishes are quite creative and all have nice presentation in cute plates. The ingredients they have used are pretty good (from the seafood dishesbut none of the 6 dishes we ordered we thought ‘wow’. Pork Belly Taco was the interesting and tasty one.Cocktails were about 10£ each. Nice Latin American food. The dishes are on the small side so Id recommend 2 starters and 1 main per person (at least). The best dish by far were the pork belly tacos. Absolutely delicious. The octopus was also good but the portion was way too small (specially for the price). I also really liked the churros.

A beautiful restaurant full of beautiful food. The reason that it not 5 stars is that plantain chips are very salty and I think some of the plates are not value for money, but everything is else is positive. The place is decorated with stunning art pieces, the staff are friendly and attentive. It is advised to have 5-6 plates for 2 people. My personal favourite plate is the Tuna Tostadas.

What a gem find this is, not to be missed if you are in the area. There are few other places offering food this high quality. Lovely place with a beautiful garden outside the back. The staff are so friendly and we had great service here. The food also happens to be excellent, it really surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be back.We ordered the sea bass ceviche, the pork belly lettuce tacos, the grilled lamb, the cassava chips and churros for dessert. Just delicious.
