I stayed for a week and loved every second of it and I can actually say its more peaceful here than the other hotels and the staff were really cool cats and the price for a night is so worth it...The room was always clean and the beds were made whenever we got back to our room and Im definitely going back again when I get the chance.#ThankYouPagoAirportINN.

I stayed here last week for a night and it wasn’t that bad. The service could have been better but it was good for the price.Although the housekeeper was already in front of my door before it was time for me to check out. It was a good stay a little over priced for the rooms condition but it was good enough.

I work here at Pago Airport Inn and I find it very amusing that people are creating fake e-mails to write FAKE REVIEWS!! Christina Gasu and Carina Rodrigues reviews are FAKE!! I’ve been at Pago Airport Inn since August 2019 and NOT ONCE did we have guests by those names! I pray to God that we find who really is behind these fake accounts and hope that you get a good lawyer because WE DON’T PLAY!

Booked to stay here one night and was left very disappointed. The price we paid for a night here was so expensive for what it was worth. The rooms are so dark you can just see with the two bedside lights on. Bedsheets you can tell havent been cleaned at all as they felt sticky and had dust on them. We complained to front desk and they put us into another room which wasnt at all any different except air con was much newer and filter was cleaned. Our TV didnt have a remote and when you changed the channels manually the TV would just start getting static. This motel is very outdated. I wouldnt recommend staying at this place.

I do not recommend this place. First of all the person at the front desk has very poor attitude. Instead of being welcoming when I had issues she just argued with me. I am very disappointed and with the days I stayed there, the room not one day did housekeeping stop by to clean or even bring extra towels. The bathroom was horrible the shower head was bad and water was shooting outside of the curtains. The cable wasn’t turning on and I just don’t know how to express how dissatisfied I was with their customer service.

Whats wrong?!

I do NOT recommend this place at all. First off, our room was not cleaned for 3 days straight. If you call taking out the trash cleaning, somebody needs to be retrained. Second, We were told cable was down but the funny thing is their TV at the front desk was working (cablejust fine. To top it off I was suppose to pick up a refund for 1 day and was told to call on Monday which i did and the phone just kept ringing. Thru out the day I called 3 times before heading to the airport. I work for one of the top hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada and after going thru this experience. NEVER AGAIN.

I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone !!! It’s really dirty , and Customer Service is bad. It’s too expensive for the condition that this hotel is in , & they do not maintain and up keep the hotel. The bathroom is horrible . This hotel doesnt deserve a 5 star it deserves 0 stars !!!!!!
