Really nice location. Foods & their services are great. A great achievement to take rest & funs with nature. We can take a long brith by nature. Behaviour of all members of that lodge really excellent & feeling homely.

Scenic beauty is not visible from most of the rooms

Padma and her husband are very modest . The homestay is the best in Dhotrey..Food is nice..We miss her daughter a lot ..the pet dog is also loving and it looks like a cheetah..gyser needed...

Best rooms in dhotrey.She is very cordial, helpful and respectable.Best property in dhotrey. Difficult to get a room here as everyone likes to stay here,even if you dont get a room here,Padma didi helped us to get a room the previous day,when room was not available in her place.Sometimes due to busy schedules she may not pick up call,but if ur booking is confirmed u go and enjoy over there.I stayed there and enjoyed my stay like nothing less than heaven.

The quantity and quality of the food was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained. Most probably the best homestay to stay in Dhotrey.

We stayed here for one night to start our trek to Sandakphu Phalut. Can see the Kanchejunga from this homestay if sky is Clear. Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. Also meals cooked by them are tasty.

Nice homestay with excellent view of the Kanchenjungha ... The owner and her team are always at your service... Padma herself is a very good singer.. The only negative thing is that there is no geyser... Otherwise the stay was excellent..

Best homestay of Dhotrey. Location is very good. Here you will see a rooftop restaurent. Rooms are very well decorated, clean and well maintained. Food is very testy, which is cooked by the owner Mrs. Padma. Here you will get the best food in this route. A perfect place for a family weekend or frinds night out.

Padma and her husband Galje are awesome hosts. Situated at the most strategic position for viewing Mt. Kanchenjungha from the room, at Dhotrey Village. The food Padma cooks are mindblowing. Dont miss the chutney of Dalle ( locally available chilliesprepared by Padma.

We stayed here for one night in March,19 and and it is the starting point of our trek to Sandakphu. The owner was the most friendly and helpful host we could hope for - we were treated like friends more than guests.

Their excellent hospitality and caring make me grateful to all members of PADMA....

From here sandakfu Trek started. Its Dhotrey. There are another two places from where sandakfu Trek begin. Manebhanjan and Rimbik. Dhotrey have a scenic beauty. Padma Homestay is a very well maintained well behaved place. Low cost place for spending day night. Food quality very testy and hygienic. Padma didi, a Nepali women maintained the whole Homestay. Undoubtedly the best place to stay in Dhotre. A basic, very neat and clean place with fabulous service offered by the hosts Padma and Gyalze. The food cooked by them is absolutely delicious and very very hygienic. The added plus point is the view from the home stay of the full Kanchenjunga range. Highly highly recommended from my end to fellow travelers.
