Quality for the food is very bad and the staff is also very rude

Great food, large serving sizes. Very friendly and laid back staff. I enjoyed my vegetarian grande burrito.

The service, the food and the ambience are amazing. I only have one recommendation/suggestion, as a Mexican, I can assure you that we DO NOT use sour cream, not for tacos, not for fajitas, not carne asada a la Tampiqueña, not for nachos. I dont know from where the idea comes, but you can be sure that sour cream is something not used in Mexican cuisine

First time we tried the hamburgers: great portion size and very tasty. We reserved a table at 18:00 which meant that the online reservation tool asked us to leave at 20:00. At first we were unsure if thats enough time but the service is very fast and the waiters very attentive, so we had plenty of time for food and drinks.

This is the first restaurant weve dined in Switzerland! I wanted to say that the staffs are really nice and very accommodating. We didnt realised it was Friday night and we didnt have a booking but theyre able to guve as sits. I ordered chicken tenders cornflakes and fries on sides. It was delicious and freshly cooked. It came out so quick. My partner has the fajita and it caming out pipping hot. It looks like they serve nice drinks too but were too jetlag for an alcohol. A must try this place, just beside our hotel The Renaissance.

gave us the worst table in the whole restaurant… we reserved and it was empty prices are too high for the quality of the food… i don’t recommend it there’s so many other better places McDonalds is around the corner they’ll treat you better

This is a poor excuse for calling itself a Mexican restaurant the food is anything but Mexican. Guacamole was a green paste, with pieces of avocado tossed in salsa hahaha was like ketchup mush and 2 francs extra. The burrito was dry and horrible and some form of concoction you needed a knife and fork. No picking this up like a burrito.They refer to Southern California cuisine and Margaritas by the pitcher for 49 francsIt seems they pinched the Pacifico Logo from Pacifico Beer, but have no associationThe interior is reminiscent of an old French strip club, chandeliers and red fringe shades it’s laughable when someone thinks they can get away with something they know nothing about. That would be the food.I offered to teach them how to make a real guacamole and salsa to go with the worst chips ever, some people just like the status quoBeing from Southern California and having spent years in Mexico and Mexican restaurants I can clearly state if your looking for anything like real Mexican food you do not want to eat here

Nice location downtown Luzern. Friendly staff, large indoor and some outdoor seating. However I doubt whether there are Mexican chefs working in the kitchen or whether the chefs have ever been in Mexico. The various sauces taste as if they are industrial produced. The flavor is not outspoken. We had two of the spicy dishes, which are not spicy. There is nothing wrong with the food, its just not Mexican. I most likely could have had the same food in one of the American theme parks.

Its ok. As someone whos used to genuine Mexican & tex-mex dishes, this place was just OK. It wasnt bad. It was decent Mexican-esque cuisine. The fajitas were actually quite good, however, the nachos were served with something called "peanut" sauce, which totally changed the flavor of the nachos- which were also quite good. It just seems to me as if the concept is decent, but the finishing touches just ruin the main dish.

Horrible experience! I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday with some friends and we had a limited time to be there. Not pleasent at all, but ok. Problem is, we still had 25min and the manager refused to serve us dessert because of the time in a very rude attitude. 25 min...Besides that the quality and especially the quantity of the food is not anymore as good as it used to be. Total shame and disrespectful.

I have eaten Mexican food in Mexico and shared a Margarita or two in my time and whilst the food here is fantastic the Margarita was the best I have tasted.Beef and shrimp fajitas a beer and a margarita what else could you ask for after a hard days work....

Havnt been there for dinner but they offer solid lunch dishes. Burgers are good at a reasonabl price, dish of the day is big and the club sandwich is great. Happens that it takes some time but usually they serve food pretty quick.

We didn’t even want to eat here after dealing with a really rude bouncer. I understand the temperature checks for corona but the bouncer was rude to me and multiple other guests when we were having issues with their check in systems. Many of us left in frustration. I’m 100% not willing to eat here with such rude staff.

An excellent range of food on the menu, usually has loads of meals to select from and new meals added by the chefs on a regular basis. The cost of the food was significantly less than anticipated, my sister And I were really happy. Do not generally venture out for lunch time, found this place unintentionally. Lovely personnel and high quality food. Didnt wait long to be served, meal arrived on time. The waiter went far beyond to help to make our food exceptional.

Best serving and food ever. The food came very fast and the staff was very friendly. And they all spoke English.

Very nice ambient and large enough to have a table for some hungry tourists who come without reservation. Portions a fairly large and good for sharing if you dont have a huge hunger. Shrimps in the mixed appetizer as well as shrimp fajitas are served with a generous quantity of good size shrimp.

Nice place, nice atmosphere, nice personnel and nice music. Tonight we had dinner with music of the 80’s !!! Fantastic ambient surrounding us. All the dishes we tried tonight were very good: some salads, enchiladas and one of us tried the beef tartar. Everything was perfect and as expected. Price wise is normal as per Luzern’s standards. I will repeat for sure.

Been here twice in 7-8 years. Great atmosphere. If we ever come back to Lucerne we will definitely come back again!

This place is horrible and so expensive for bad Mexican food. Didn’t even taste Mexican. If you’ve ever actually had Mexican food I’d recommend you go somewhere else. For fajitas, chicken enchiladas, two bottled beers and chips and dip it was literally $100.00. Ridiculous! Service was fine.

Great that you had space for us, yet the service was extremely unfriendly. The servant was mad that we wanted to pay by card, 2 of the group of 7 only wanted drinks. Thats why he let us wait a couple of times, threw the bill on the table - overall i do not recommend this place due to the lack in service. Food was decentCheerio

I enjoyed a meal here last night. I ordered the grilled shrimp with rice and vegetables and I was not disappointed - large size and tasted as good as it looked. The space was nicely decorated and had a good atmosphere. I was hesitant to dine here due to the prices, however I have found everywhere in Lucerne is expensive.

Nothing special. Average food, high prices.We took nachos, fajitas and Mexican salad. The nachos were good, the fajitas was disappointing. The beef and chicken were too dry. the beef was sometimes chewy. The salad was full of mayonnaise.As for the atmosphere, this looks like a family place so you can expect to see children.Also the non smoking area still smells too much of smoke.

We recommend eating here. he food was delicious and huge! I couldnt finish my meal and was so stuffed! We took our kids and a nacho meal fed them both. Cocktails were good too. Prices are high but not unusual for Zurich. Check it out!

The atmosphere was great. We got the two menus of the week: burger and fajitas. The fajitas were very tasty, the burger a bit tasteless. Overall we had a good time here.

Went here one night without a reservation. Table was awefully placed - but you probably get a nicer one with reservation. The Burger was too average to justify the price in contrast to the salad my wife had, which was quite tasty and a huge portion in comparison to other salads we had.Weve been there in the early hours of the evening, the place was not very crowded at that time and the service very quick and friendly.Overall an average experience.

Friendly waiters but simply awful food. Basically, a sort of Swiss re-imaging of Tex Mex, without any flavour at all and mounds of cheese on everything. Truly not a good culinary experience.

Overpriced and new waitress can improve her attitude.Only went here because of the high rating in Foursquare despite having a dollar rating of one $ out of 4 meaning it was supposed to be inexpensive. Absolutely misleading.Spent 100 chf for a meal for 2. This is at least 2 or 3 $ out of 4 in the expensive scale.

He entire time, the bartender kept pressuring us to order more expensive stuff. He said it was because our order, chips and salsa, wouldnt taste good. He was right, but we still didnt want to order more.He gave us free shots, but they only had half a cl of alcohol in them. I probably wouldnt go back.

Quite delicious Mexican food, not exactly authentic but quite tasty. Located in a hotel, the price is on the high side even for Switzerland, expect the price to be around 30 CHF per person without drinks.Great service though, exceeds hotel expectation.
