Had a great time here with friends. Friendly management and very helpful with all our queries
Very clean and tidy. Amazing staff. We came in the off season. I would imagine it would be extremely busy for the summer
Great location, very dated but nice...worst part was kids in the spa pool and parents that cant distinguish between a paddling pool and spa pool.
Quite a distance to walk to the shops but very close to bush walks and beautiful beaches
Lovely clean units. Nice bird life quite sourands.
Great little place. Old fashion arcade video games for those who grew up in that era
Good if you like fishing weather was fantastic. Rooms were nice BBQ close by,friendly staff.
A bit dated now, but in great location and close to beaches.
They were notified we were bringing a boatThey said No parking for it on site had to park on the STREET
Its a bit run down but the rooms were big and the staff were helpful. A good sized swimming pool and full sized tennis court have us plenty to do
Relaxing beautiful surroundings and very nice clean comfortable units
Great place. Loved the set up and the staff were more than helpful. Comfortable rooms and great cooking facilities and bbq areas. Cant recommend it highly enough.
Great place for a family get away, Pool is lovely, there are nice BBQ areas a Club for dinner a walk away a beach a walk away. Clean newly renovated rooms. Shout out to Paul the maintenance man who went above and beyond to help me out on the last day when I threw my car keys in the skip bin!
Enjoyed the stay. Probably 3.5 stars. Certain places we couldnt use, just because the office was shut. But we still had fun. Thanks Angel
We are still on vacation at Pacific Palms. The receptionists, outdoor tradies are not just friendly but will go beyond to help.Beautiful area, across the road from Booti Booti national park, so many beaches to choose from and only a very short walk. Heaps on walking trails and there is a local recreation club where you can eat lunch and dinner if you dont wish to cook.Stock land shopping centre is just a short 15mins drive. There was an incident here couple night ago where one of the guests was behaving badly, they management team dealt with them very swiftly and there were removed so everyone can have good time. This is a family timeshare resort and it is beautiful maintained and I would be back again and highly recommended for a carefree holiday.Make sure to bring your surfboards, kayaks etcThanks Clare and Fiona for taking care of everyone at the resort.
NOT HAPPYwith our recent stayat Pacific palms resort Elizabeth BeachOur room had a Mouldy smell to itBlankets very dustyNo gas in bottle in top bbq areaOffice not open to advise themManagement lady rude to my partnerI have stayed there on and off over the past 6 years but havenβt been back for about 3 years until recently due to ill health.I always loved my stays there and felt so welcome before my recent stayWill never stay there againAt thePACIFIC PALMS RESORT2 lakeside crescent Elizabeth
If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is run down. Reception is never open. On departure the old lady owner/manager was so rude. They only care about making a buck and then shifting you along. They do not care about anything else. The facilities are poor, the beds are awful spring cheapest bed possible. Rooms are dirty and mould. I found a dead lizard in my bed. Could I call anyone to tell them. No because reception was always closed!!!! The whole experience was terrible.
the rooms were nice but very dustyOne of the bad things was the staff they were rude mainly a staff named Clare unpleasant and unprofessional pushy and rude to me and my family also Pacific Palms is a no smoking area and we saw staff smoking on the groundsitβs meant to be a holiday didnβt feel like one at pacific palms resort
Absolutely disgusting place to stay. Iβve never stayed in a more run down loud environment before like this.Iβve tripped and hurt my leg because there are so many unsteady surfaces. Staff are ridiculously rude. Not child safe at all. Would never recommend this place will never stay again
Perfect location.Great beaches. Away from the hustle of Forster. Quiet clean cabins. Very basic but beautifully set up for a simple summer beach break. Terrific, friendly host who was always helpful100% recommend
Excellent location in tranquillity of rain forest and resort had friendly staff. Also accommodation had the fully functional kitchen and all utensils, hot spa and swimming pool in general facilities and BBQ and games room..we would definitely come back..it was only 600 meters to beach...loved it!!
Spacious and comfortable villas. Bathrooms very nice. Kitchen a little tired. Annoying to close pool during heat wave because no Covid Marshall available.
I have been staying at this Resort each Year for a Week in November for atleast 10yrs and it is Brilliant. The Service offered is excellent the Cleaniness of the Units is always of a high standard. And the Complex as a whole is well maintained. Enjoy......
A resort of 28 chalets, tennis court, pool and spa, communal space. COVID restrictions apply, but really do not limit visitors. Managed by Classic Holidays.
Loved our stay here this weekend surrounded by nature and a good list of things to do nearby and not far from the larger area and facilities of Forster.. Highly recommend
Friendly reception. Spotless units. Quiet. Well maintained grounds. Less than 10 minute walk to Recreation Club.
Lovely quiet resort, Units are clean and well looked after.Grounds are very tidy and colourful with flowers all over the place when we were there in August. (But may depend on time of year).Tennis court and swimming pool (cold in winterheated outdoor spa.WARNING: Beware of Classic Holidays sales person using emotion to get you to hand over your time share weeks - it will cost you!!!!
Great location, heated spa, pool, games room with library, no vodaphone reception and only 100mb free internet which we could not connect to.
Nice place to stay but there are a few maintenance issues that need attention for me to give it 4 stars. On the positive side it is a lovely location set in bushland with plenty of wildlife. Close to the Rekkie Club, beaches etc. but watch the Mossies at night at the beach. A bit of a hike to Forster but a nice little shopping stretch at neighbouring Blueys Beach. Seal Rocks is well worth a visit. On the negative side the exhaust fan in our kitchen wasnt working, the TV channels werent tuned in properly, the jets in the spa pool didnt work properly. Some of the parking spaces are very hard to negotiate. From unit 13 we had to back our car up a narrow driveway around a bend to get out, because there was no way to turn around. Some people might find that quite challenging. In the amenities block there was no chalk for the pool table and some of the amusement machines werent working. The snack dispenser needed re-stocking. Just little things really but enough to spoil your fun. With a bit more attention it could have been a much more enjoyable experience.
Great family resort with everything you need to relax. Friendly staff and lovely units. Old fashion updated units. Very clean and tidy.
Comfortable accommodation with bare minimum. No oven and only one bathroom in the six sleeper unit. No beach access, so one needs to drive to the closest beach (Elizabeth beach). Jacuzzi is not heated, so is about the smae temperature as the pool. $2 couns required for snooker and air hockey tables. Quiet peaceful resort.
This place is amazing with everything you need. The cabins are all self contained and well set out. Tennis, Pool, Games room, Library,Lounge Room and Very close to all the beaches and waterways
I have a bad experienced in here. Staff inside the bar doesnt have manners,un-educated and bad attitude. This bar staff embarrassed my daughter in front of many people. I cant believed this crew!bad attitude ever!!
Great little resort. Good clean facilities and friendly staff. Just wish they offered unlimited wifi as its in a 4g dead spot for the Vodafone network. Overall great spot for all ages.
Honestly from the moment we walked into reception the staff here were very kind and attentive. Make sure you book in for pancake tuesdays for just a few dollars held in the common area there scrumptious.(Thank you)π€€The villas are very well looked after and the pool was great.Thank you for your hospitality we will definatly be returning for our next family vacation.
Ive been coming up here for over the past 15 years on and off with my friend who has a time share. Always enjoy my stay.Resort well laid out good amenities nice pool everything very clean lovely beaches nearby plenty to do and see and only a short trip into Foster for a day shopping. My kind of holiday.
Very nice villa, pool and good parking , great staff, good pancake breakfast and transport to cruise, washing machines and dryers. Only fault Wi-fi free for an hour.
This is our second visit here. We all love it. Relaxing setting with tame birds on the balcony. Reasonable Playground and game room for the kids.Units are comfortable and clean and everything youd expect.Walking distance to the beach and Pacific palms market are a bonus.Parking is a bit tight for certain units and some things show their age but we will definitely be making a third visit.Say hi to our friend Stan the lizard if youre in number 13
Great resort just to far with little ones to walk to beach definitely need a car here and heated pool or spa would be benificial for the cooler months it has beautiful bush surroundings.
Beautiful surroundings quiet and relaxed, plenty to do ,swimming ,spa sauna, walks tennis rec room , surrounded by amazing beaches . Apartments are clean, and neat great place to relax
Very nice resort. Older style rooms, but the resort facilities and staff are great.
Beautiful accommodation and friendly staff. Set in a bushland environment it is a a very relaxing atmosphere.Highly recommend.
Gorgeous!!! My wife and I drove down from Cairns for our free weeks holiday and will remember our stay for the rest of our lives. It surpassed all of our dreams with the spacious accommodation, lovely natural setting and wonderful hosts. We hadnt expected such a variety of outings and excursions organized by the hosts and could not have been given a better tour of the lakes and mountains in the area. Nothing could have been changed or added that would have made our stay any more enjoyable. We had a terrific time with the other guests and we all felt like one big family. And the wine tasting in the vinyards ---π€£ππ . We will return next year if we can for the migration of the whales one spring! π€
Nice quiet family stay. Friendly staff, there is a game room, swimming pool, tennis court. Elizabeth beach is just 600m down the road.
Paid for 7 nights but could only stand 2 nights due to poor design of our villa. Our villa was lower than the one next door and bedroom shared wall with next doors living, noise was unbearable
Super friendly staff and very clean facilities. Aged but well maintained resort that is close to the lake and amazing beaches (Elizabeth and Boomerang). Short drive into Forster.
Very nice. Clean. Close to the beach. Has hammocks. Big carport. Full size kitchen. TV with DVDs.
Quiet family friendly resort close to superb beaches eastside and the great northern lakes westside. Pool, tennis, sauna, gym, rec room: low key, well maintained and cozy.
Quaint older style cabin style arrangement in a very green environment with all of the resort amenities you require. On going maitenance keeps the facilities in good condition. The setting is on a top of a crest with slopes, it may not be suitable for people who are have difficulty walking. Its okay just from unit to car. Friendly staff looked after me with late arrival and motorcycle parking. Lovely and quiet with a club nearby for food and drinks etc.
We have just spent a week at this place & enjoyed it immensely. The peace & quiet, the birds singing to us of a morning, very friendly on site Managers & staff. Very big unit & very clean, couldnt fault it.
