Great place... Awesome location. Pinh and Ton are lovely people. Close to bars, restaurants and beach.Rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Excellent spot for an overnight stay! On the main drag - only a block from the Mount’s main shops etc. And a 2 minute drive to one of the world’s best beaches. Seamless check-in, easy access and a very clean room. Air Con worked well. Quiet at night. Here’s some pics of the beach 🏖...

Customer service re: check in was friendly professional & prompt. Room was ground level with south view of brilliant red bougainvillea & fauna. North view looked onto Motor Inns rubbish disposal bins. Parking was awkward tight with very little space to get in or out of vehicle. Engaging with female manager was rather nosey offensive & irritating with personal questions & challenging my feedback. Travelled several weeks needing rest is always priority. Was relieved to conclude my business & check out early. First time & driving experience in the Mount & Tauranga. Busy place to be.

Great service, rooms are tidy and modern freindly owners

Surpisingly a great place. I usually avoid motels or motor inns but our options were limited at this time of year. It doesnt look like much from the outside but the room and service were impecible. The room itself was huge, maybe 3-4x bigger than a standard hotel, and super clean. Well equipped too, with the usual lage bed, TV and wifi, but also a wee kitchen with some basic supplies. Overall fantastic, comfortable, everything you need. On the downside, we paid over $200 NZD for just the 1 night which is not the cheapest, the pool is tiny as well but the beach is a 5min walk away anyway.

I stay here every couple of months for work. The place is very clean and tidy. Rooms are serviced daily. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Close to the shops, a great place to stay.If you found this review helpful please click "Like"👍

Had a very pleasant stay here over the weekend. Cozy and clean room with lovely spa bath and kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable which made for a great sleep. Excellent location for strolling around the Mount. Thanks for having us!

We booked our room on the intent and it said two towers but we a room on the bottom floor it was on the shady side there was no cooking facilities and the saun was out of order very disappointed for the price of it

A gift for a night away. Great suite but for the country bumpkin it was a little noisey.

Great location and not unreasonable prices for NZ. NZ accommodation rates are stupidly high but thats what comes from having a very high minimum wage. This place is very clean and modern and Managerwas super friendly. Wed stay there again.

Staff is very kind, rooms better than one would expect. Bed is just as it has to be, not too soft and not to hard. Internet connection available free of charge.

The Receptionist is a bitter old b*tch if it happens to be the same woman still working there in 2012. Will never forget my horrible experience staying here. Unless there are new owners I strongly advise not to.

Very basic, in winter months the rooms are very cold and heating is limited.

Great hosts, apartment style room was very clean, great position with easy walk to the Mount, shops and cafes and both harbour and ocean beaches. Continental breakfast was basic but more than adequate. We will definitely stay there again.

Good apartment-style accommodation. Close to main beach. Many apartments have sea views.

Nice room, very noisy in the night though, people partying in the streets. Could do with an update to double glazing to keep the noice out.

Below average cleanliness, and pretty poor breakfast. Not good value for money.

Receptionist and owner were the worst I have ever dealt with. Rude and lied through her teeth accusing us of trying to hide the fact we had 3 children to try and cover up her mistakes with our booking. We had to battle to get out of our booking after all this!
