Pacific Asian Cuisine - Asian restaurant in Woonsocket, United States
Great food!!! Delivery was a little slow. Next time Ill probably just pick up my order.
The best food in Woonsocket never had a problem the food is totally extremely fresh and delicious
Great food and great service!
This is the worst food I have ever eaten in my life I would give you zero stars but then I want to be able to comment or
I had just moved to town from Texas and we ordered delivery. My daughter and I are both vegetarian. We ordered off of the vegetarian options part. My daughter came to me with tears in her eyes because she found out that she had just eaten pork fried rice. I called and explained and asked them if they could please bring me 2 new orders. I had ordered for 4 people. It was a lot of money. There where 4 orders of food in total and some egg rolls and soup as well. THEY ASKED ME IF I COULD JUST PICK IT OFF?!?! I said no .I want rice that I paid for too. They said that it came with pork fried rice. This was veggie chow main put on top of pork fried rice. I ordered off of the veggie menu. They finally agreed to bring me new food if I returned the other food. I did of course. But for what? I bet they sent it out to someone else after we had eaten out of it. I do not recommend this place. The food was subpar at best.
Great food as usual...but the first asian cuisine restaurant that i did not get a fortune cookie!🥺 Not good fortune...
I ordered off the menu on line with a total of 58.54 when I called the order in the total was 73 and change.Rather then honoring the prices on line I was charge the 74 and told that they will speak to the manager about updating the prices on line. The right thing to do was to apologize and honor the on line pricesWhen the order arrived though the driver polite, the food was terrible, it was dry and dissatisfied by myself and my company.I ordered from here many times the fact is each time I order this last few months there food is not meeting the quality as it once had. I am certain this will be my last time ordering from Pacific Asia in Woonsocket
Absolutely love the food!! Mostly order from work or at home, got my mom to love the food too.
Ive lived in Woonsocket for almost 5 years and have tried many different asian takeout resturants and its either hit or miss. Some things are good, some things are bad. This is the ONLY PLACE Ive tried that I have LOVED every single thing Ive tried. I wont bother wasting my money anywhere else for Chinese takeout. This is my new go to place. Love it and thank u to all the people who take the time to make DELICIOUS Asian food and not just tolerable Asian food.
This place is awesome, decent prices and really nice cashier. The food is 👍🏻
I order from here 2-4 times a month. Unfortunately i have to say this USE.. to be 5 stars. Now its barely 3 stars. The food use to be amazing! Now its subpar by most standards.. the shrimp egg rolls dont have shrimp half the time. The rice is so bland i have to use 5 packets of soy sauce for any flavor . The generals chicken is all batter and you must hunt to find a morsel of chicken..needless to say i probably wont be ordering again anytime soon.
I ordered the beef teriyaki and a combo plate tonite. I frequently order from this restaurant but no more. The beef teriyaki was so overcooked and dried out it was ineatable and the rice was also dried out. I called to report the beef teriyaki and was told that it would be the same if another order were to be delivered (WHAT? - thats the way its always served???and was offered 20% off my next order - less than the price I paid for the ineatable food.
Not your typical Chinese food ths is a pu-pu platter for 3 and the soup you see in the pics is supposed to be lobster sauce... refunded in full.
Hi, I never had any issues with this rest. Although today my family order some combos. The spare ribs on the bone where chard. So hard and burnt, unable to eat them. Also the rice was dry. Nothing like the past orders.
Used to like this place. Ordered veggie mei fun, got a call saying they didnt have any but during the call they "found some". It had beef in it and have been feeling like garbage for the passed few days because of eating a few bites of the noodles before I realized. My parnter also felt terrible after eating it and didnt even save the left overs.
Love to find good food and best to know that is family run... The service is always great and now that they added Boba Teas is even better!!!!!
Absolutely the best Asian food I aten
Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone was RUDE, ignored half my order, and then when I called back they wouldn’t even fix it.Their gravy was disgusting, their chicken was burnt.I’ve never really had a problem with their food before but this was absolutely disgusting. I paid 40 dollars for almost no food, and it didn’t even get eaten because it was disgusting
I just called and placed an order over the phone. I am a frequent customer here in Woonsocket and order from here at LEAST 2 times a month. I usually never have an issue and always have a pleasant experience, however, this time a young lady picked up the phone and started out our conversation politely. When I asked for one of my items to be substituted, she informed me that it’d be extra charge even though this is an item I order regularly and have never been up-charged for a substitute, or at least was never notified of this. After questioning this up-charge, the manner of her attitude swiftly changed and she began to act like helping a customer was a burden. After chatting it up with her coworkers for a minute (I heard everything btw), she then came back to the phone and proceeded to attempt to continue taking my order. After informing me that they’ll honor my substitute free of charge “this time”, she impatiently rushed a reply from me (even tho I did replyand proceeded to hang up on me not even 2 seconds after returning back to taking my order.Upon calling back, she assigned another coworker, a man, to take my order on her behalf.Extremely rude, as I have supported this business even throughout COVID, continuing to order from them. This is the first time i have ever had an issue but if good customer service isn’t something you can provide at all times, maybe it’d be best to take on a different position in your establishment, more specifically one that doesn’t involve “taking care” of customers.
Im not originally from Woonsocket, this is the best Chinese restaurant around here, far better than Chans . Great portions, very good food and large portions . 3x in 10 days , very consistent. My go to
I live in Woonsocket and just order for the last time from pacific Asian Cuisine. The food was bland and unseasoned also very greasy the sauce was not incorporated with the meal it was kind of like just lumps of gelatin. It used to be a good place where I could buy some food for my family on takeout night but now it’s a waste of money.
This is the worst chinese food Ive ever eaten in my life. My wife found a long piece of hair in her food, it was so disgusting she had to throw it away. My food was nothing good, the rice was terrible and the chicken tasted like its been storage for months and then cooked.... I would not recommend this place at all.
This is a small quaint Chinese food restaurant which is serving excellent options throughout the COVID19 Crisis, while dine in is not an option take out and delivery for this delicious and reasonable cuisine is still available during limited hours. Please give them an opportunity to satisfy your taste buds and budget!!
It’s amazing every time I order there. There is so much variety and a great option if you ever don’t want to cook.
The food is good except. I when you order shrimp fried rice. I you only receive 6shimps. I never went back after that. 13,00 dollars. I I can do buy a reg bag of small ships, but I for that much.I smh.
I got the lunch special. I asked for pork fried rice, I got white rice. The girl handling orders was very rude and snappy. Prices are decent but not worth becoming a regular. Hunan place in Blackstone is better.
This place is amazing. They are always wicked nice and respectful. They deliver usually on time or early for that matter. Their prices arent that bad either! Give them a try!
The flavor taste overall quality of the food is definitely some of the best in Woonsocket for Asian Cuisine. Their bubble tea is fantastic but expensive for a drink. Its very satisfying and Worth the money if you can afford it. Ask for just a little ice and you get more for your money. Otherwise it will be filled up.
Stopped in for a quick bite with my husband. I ordered a hot tea, he ordered a coke. For Appetizers we ordered Crab Rangoon and Steamed Dumplings. We had no idea of the plate sizes ahead! He ordered the Combo A1 Boneless spareribs, chicken fingers, beef teriyaki, pork fried rice 10.95 (?Huge amount of food, he can eat but couldnt finish it. I ordered the lunch combo of Shrimp w/ mixed Chinese Vegetables in a brown sauce substituted for white rice, hot n sour soup. But theres other choices with the combo egg roll being 1. $7.50 lunch, dinner size $9.25. Plate was perfect size for a lunch meal. Our waitress Amanda was polite, and courteous, very friendly. After we finished eating decided to order another A1 to go with the leftovers the kids and I would have dinner. The good was hot, fresh and delicious. So far the best place weve had since moving here. Weve tried a few! The total bill with 18% tip came out to $63.78. Not bad at all for the amount of food we got. Plus Im not coming dinner! Score LOL
So happy my sister shared this place with me. Food is amazing and the service is great always. I would say best Asian/Chinese cuisine in town!
This is my all time favorite place for lunch at work.I love their chicken teriyaki.Nice soft and tasty.Very reasonable prices and good portions.Chowmein and fried rice are soo good. They just make as it as per your taste and you’ll definitely like it.
Inconsistent food quality. One got General tso chicken and it was delicious. Next time got Happy Family comblo and it was horrible. Also, prices are high for quality you get.
Their food has taken over Woonsocket and surrounding areas! The food is awesome! Its the only place Ill order. Anyone that loves tofu should try their tofu option, simply amazing!
I like this place. When the one I used to go 2 got sold and the new owners couldnt cook for crud. I had to find a new place. The delicmvery driver for my old place told me about this place. The prices are good. And the amount of food you get is above average. The boneless spare ribs taste great. They are not over cooked and they have a nice taste of honey also. The pork fried dumplings are good with a great flavor. The general tsos chicken is sweet with a touch of hot in the after taste. The wait time for food is decent also. The beef and broccoli is great. The gravy is not super thick and the broccoli is not over/under cooked like most other places. As I try more I will update this
Best food in the city. But have 2 stars because of the way these guys illegal hiring and firing practices. Someone I know used to work there for awhile. The day the owner, Vicky, found out he had a disability, he was fired on the spot "because they cant trust his work anymore" now that they know he has a disability.
I ordered Beef with Broccoli and steamed dumplings to be delivered...food was hot and fresh and delivered Quickly. The Food was cheap and the delivery driver was polite. Thanks Pacific Asian for the great experience
Aside from the off-putting aspect of having a small child (no more than 10 years oldtake our order and serve us, the food was quite tasty. My only gripe was that my Sesame Chicken had chunks of hard grissle in it.
Tried Pacific Asian on a whim always skeptical of Asian food, we always go to Lincoln, but 2 thumbs up. Excellent couldn’t be fresher very impressed and prices were reasonable. Will definitely be back. Love how you can order online and food is ready when you get there. Not sure how far out of Woonsocket they deliver but nice option.
Very nice people with very clean restaurant. I thought the cashier was outgoing and friendly. Food was very good and prices are not that bad compared to others. Very happy customer, will eat here again.
Order from here often, food is always good, however this time the beef teriyaki is lacking on quality. All you can taste is brown sugar and 3 family members passed on it leaving it to me. I must say surprisingly down par for this place. The food is usually cooked to perfection. So this time instead of 5 stars, Im giving 4.
Second time around. I ordered the beef lo mein lunch special. It was $6.21 with tax. It was ok. It was oily, but tasted fine. It had a flavor to the meat that I couldnt put my finger on, but reminded me of cinnamon or nutmeg, forgive me if I am wrong. It came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. They were good. The egg roll was nice and crispy, a little on the sparse side with the filling, but good. I like that the rice wasnt soy saucy. I dont think I will order the Lo mein again, though.
My first time here. Very friendly woman at the counter. Clean open kitchen and clean bathroom. Not a huge dinning room, about 10 tables maybe... and there is a tv on the wall. Seemed very busy at lunch time with deliveries and take out. I had take out. I ordered the full order of Mongolian Beef which came with a side of white rice. $10.53 with tax. It was so delicious! Very flavorful meat and sauce. Lightly spicy. I will come back again to try other dishes!
GREAT food but TERRIBLE customer service (sometimes just flat-out rude). I always call for pickup, and when i arrive, it takes me 5 to 10 minutes to get anyones attention so I can pay. Meanwhile, my order is sitting right there the whole time. If the food wasnt so good, i wouldnt go back.
One of the best restaurants Ive eaten at in a while. The portions were more than plenty and their prices were cheap. The boneless spareribs were amazing. The rice was tasty. We traveled a ways and ended up here for dinner. Well worth the visit.
Not bad. Service was good. Food came out quickly. Hot & Sour soup was good. Szechuan beef was different than other restaurants but good. The restaurant itself is nothing special. Worth a visit for lunch.
My Husband and I love going here, we are both vegetarian and there are some very good options for those who dont eat meat. My husband eats fish and he loves all of their seafood dishes here. Great friendly staff and they deliver too, their online menu is easy to navigate and their online ordering system is simple too.
I just moved to the area and wanted to find a new Chinse spot. I saw the high star reviews on Google and read the comments. I was skeptical because some reviews seemed fake or written by employees and I think that may be the case as I dont think this place deserves almost 5 stars for the service or the food Customer service was bad. I called and a young woman on the phone picked up without a greeting asking me what I want. When I went to pick up my food it was not busy nor about to close and she yet again did not greet me properly and rushed me to pay and leave so she can keep talking to her friends at the table when I first walked in. This place was dead. I can see if this was a spot in a city that was busy but this was not and the service was bad. When a customer came in after she was rushing him too. I got a pupu platter for 2 and that was not what you would expect in the usual pupu platter. It was overpriced for what they give you and the taste was less tthan desirable. The shrimp fried rice is not fried at all. It was soggy and tasted like perhaps it was made in a rice cooker or something and made with too much water. The color , taste and texture of the rice is no where near that of typical expectations. I wouldnt try this place again. If you are craving Chinese food this place would not satisfy your pallet. Im gonna try elsewhere.
Wonderful and diverse food with great service! They do, do delivery. I love their bubble tea and mai fun but i can recommend anything on the menu! All fresh made and tasty! They are usually open 10am-10:30pm, sometimes later!Have a good dinner. ;)
I order from this place a lot and have never been disappointed, the food is wonderful. I usually get the house special lo mein and shrimp chow fun and they always come out better than any other place around
Ive ordered from this restaurant maybe half a dozen times, and Ive never been disappointed. I get the spicy garlic eggplant, with pork, chicken, or beef, and it is perfect. I little bit of heat, a little sweet, a little savory, the texture is exactly right. The egg roll is delicious, the fried rice is subtle, but also delicious. I cant imagine getting poor food here, mine has always been outstanding, and comparatively inexpensive. I dont go anywhere else anymore.
