Pacha Reggae Bar & Restaurant in Amed

During our stay this bar and especially the lovely guys working there were fantastic!Always in a good mood, nice and very good live music and also freedom to participate yourself!I guess its lower season but definitely worth to go there and get in touch with the nice employees!We will come back for sure!

Place with live music/open mic. Like that it’s possible to play the guitar in the end of evening. Of course hard to speak on the table due to noise. There is old pool for fun.

Typical coastal bar with live music, good food, party times! As with all party places, takes a huge effort to get attention of servers.

Such a nice place to enjoy live reggae music and friendly local people. They were all so welcoming and easy to talk to. The drinks and food are not too expensive and have really good taste. One night one of them just brought his guitar to our table and we sang with each other. It was an experience I will never forget! Matur sukseme and untill we meet again.

Initially a good vibe, but ended far from that. We were alone in the dorm, which was nice but around midnight when we were sleeping a random guy was using the toilet, and left. Disturbing. He got into the room few times more and started to “praise” (not in a friendly wayhow beautiful one of our friend was. Obviously we couldn’t sleep properly as we didn’t felt safe. I thought it ended there, but for my surprise when I was about to extend another night because I wanted to give the place another chance, I realised that my money was gone. So we left. I’ve never write a bad review, as I adapt myself quite easy, but this is not ok. As solo traveler you should feel safe, and I love the hostel vibes, but this time it was a really big disappointment. The place itself it’s ok, fairly clean, but for me this can’t help for what happened.

Great music and loads of space. Pool table and a large stage. Also sitting platforms super great! Stag arte Lipo asks lovely they have a lot of fun here

Planned to stay for a night, ended up staying 4 nights at this hostel.Regular live bad twice a week and people are friendly.65k for clean room with ac and spacious bathroom.The staff are nice and friendly.Breakfast was good, can choose between pancake or omelette.They also clean the room everyday.I also managed to get my shuttle ticket from them and it’s cheap.

Went for a reggae night, but had to leave shortly after as the music was so so so loud, had to keep ears covered until finished the juice. Also fries 🍟 were almost raw, but at least they give popcorn 👌

I spent in this hostel 2 nights. Quite nice place, close to the beach, quite friendly, stuff. Many of local people chilling and playing billiardI had just a breakfast there and it wasnt so good.

Been waiting an hour for food, we order 3 meals but get 2. Third one was forgotten. Food was just OK and generally cheap. Nice place.

This hostel might be the weirdest hostel but most memorable for me and my friends. At first we missed this hostel as its located behind their bar, Pacha Bar. The staffs are very friendly and chill even though the owner is very difficult to be contacted by whatsapp since they always partying every night and probably need some time to hangover in the morning lol so we need to walk to the front desk just to get new towel. Love their puppies. Worth the money. Will consider to stay in here again for my next visit to Amed.

Stayed at the hostel. Nice clean place, excellent all-day a/c and very helpful staff. The only thing is the bathrooms get a bit gross and with it also being a bar/restaurant you cant bring your dinner there

Good place to have a great time and dancing with the live music

The hostel is really nice, all the stuff is helpful and friendly. 2 times a week, there is a reggae live concert. The included breakfast is average and small, but all the rest is really perfect!

Its ok. Prices are fine and it has quite a hippie vibe. Opens till late.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and loved it. Its in a nice location with lots arround. The staff were incredibly nice and the room was spacious with a very comfy bed. We ate dinner here several nights as we found it to be the best Satay in town. We rented a scooter for the day at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will miss it here.

Lovely place to stay in Amed. We had a private bungalow across the street from the main bar area, and we loved it. Cute garden, clean, comfy. Everyone was so nice and the banana pancackes for breakfast were delicious.

By far the best hostel Ive been to, ever. It is a bar with a few beds upstairs. It costs 65k for bed which is half the price of anywhere else Ive been. The atmosphere is great, they had a live band and people were dancing. The owner and its staff are the nicest people, we played pool together, they brought us to their food joint where we didnt get ripped off. The rooms and amenities are clean, the beds comfy... I cant recommend enough.

The chillest spot in Amed. Pacha offers a relaxed, beach-vibe atmosphere with delicious food at good prices. The staff is awesome and the live music is unbeatable.

No hot shower. Not very clean. Staff lied to us about the public ferry from Padang bai to Nusa Penida only to rip us off with a taxi transport to Sanur and the speedboat ticket agent ... not very friendly.

Great place. Great hostel. Full of brothers and sisters. If i ever go to Amed again, gonna visit there atleast one more time. Good place to meet new people. Also many diving schools nearby.

It is hard to explain how i loved it to been there. Everyone ist so trust- and helpful. The owner Wayan is such a cool and funny guy. It was so hard for me to go. The vibe there is fabulous. The beds are very big and comfortable. Everything is clean. The bathrooms could be in a better way but i think you have to remember how much you pay for one night. Wednesday and Friday is a Band playing in the Restaurant. You need Earplugs but thats it. It was amazing and i was really sad to leave. But i know i will come back sometime.

Warning!!! Don’t sleep here! The rooms are crawling with bed bugs (the rooms opposite the street as well). I had to sit outside on a chair all night because I discovered it so late at night that I couldn’t find another place.

Great place to hang out and chat with the staff, locals, or other tourist.Unfortunately, live music is a hit or miss during the low season. So visit and give them a reason for a live band!

The only place to go out in Amed. Good atmosphere, the live music was ok.

The girl (the ownertried to cheat us. We needed a taxi, so she told us that her husband would do it. So we show her in a map our destination and she gave us a price that it was a little bit over an uber price (+1€), so we accept.In our way, the taxi driver (his husbandstopped in the middle of nowhere and he told us that the real price was twice the one the girl told us. We refused to pay, so he brought us back to the hostel to talk to the girl. When we arrived, we were waiting for her in the bar, but I think she was hided.... We took our stuff, canceled the reservation and we leave the hostel.

This place has an amazing atmosphere with excellent live music (mostly reggae). If you feel like a good party with live entertainment, this is it. During the day and days without live entertainment it is a quiet place to relax and have a cold beer or drink. The food is fantastic. The local people make you feel very welcome and its a good place to connect with locals and learn more about their culture, and also meet people from all over the world.
