PHO 61 in Antwerp

Delicious soup served in a humungous bowl. Great atmosphere with rapid and friendly service, right in the heart of the Old city centre.

Good food, Good interior. However, pretty pricey for waht it is (due to location).

The visit was really delightful. It was extremely tasty food and the dishes authentic.The ambience is quite nice. Theres outdoor seating. Can be visited by groups and individually as well. Seating is comfortable and cosy.

So if you’re from the states, you must know that it isn’t exactly like the pho there. It doesn’t have tendon, tripe, etc. The dishes have exactly what’s listed. The broth is also a little more seasoned than what I’m used to. That being said, it was good food. Just can’t expect what you already think you know.Also, the place is really well decorated. They really paid attention to all the little details. And no, they don’t serve tap water.

Its a great and relaxed location. The food was amazing. I had the vegetarian Pho.

Serving authentic vietnamese cuisine and as usual satisfying and delicious! Alot of fresh raw vegetables in most dishes. Very extensive options on menu. Quick and friendly service. Reservations are recommended especially if u r going as group.

Excellent pho broth with good beef! No fresh basil available which is a real let down for pho. Water is priced insane, 4.50 for 50ml bottled water. At closing time switch off the music, blow out all the candles is not really the way when you still have guests in your establishment.

Amazing place. Really the best pho I ever had in Europe and the staff was really helpful as well. The chicken wings in cola is recommended highly! Tasted surprisingly awesome!

Delicious flavours. Very authentic Vietnamese food. One of the best we have had outside of VietnamAnd probably the best fried dumpling I have ever had.

This week is “Culinair Festival” and most restaurants have a special menu for the event. Pho 61 no exception. Unfortunately after we ordered only two special dishes, they took the order and a few minutes later told us it’s not available anymore.

Nice little Vietnamese. Friendly service (but there is a small language problem), very tasty food, and well presented! We had a cosy night out. Seems on busy days they work in shifts, but we went on a Monday and did not have to think about it.

Great if you want a large bowl of authentic pho. They also have a super large option for a few extra euros. Friendly staff and prices for pho are okay (15-20€).

Food is OK thats why they get 2 stars but if youre a party of 4 or more dont go there because you have a little choice of menu (apparently the kitchen is too small to accommodate different combinationsand they will refuse card payment. Also the price is a little too high for what they call as "street food" ...very disappointed :-(

Found a toenail in my food. ewww enough said, I literally almost threw up right there at the table. Can you say disgusted to the max. After I pointed it out to the waitress she acted like it was my toenail... SO CRAZY. Its winter and i am wearing boots why would I put a toenail in my food? The health department needs to check this place out. Very unsanitary.Not to mention we forgot our gloves there and when we came back the waitresses acted like they had no idea about out gloves. Why would they steal our gloves? So crazy, bad experience.

Bad service (inattentive and not able to deal with feedback when they asked us how we liked the food). The restaurant looks nice and the interior decoration plus location is good. Food is not authentic though and service below standards.

If you are looking for a bowl of pho bigger than your face after a long day of exploring the centre of Antwerp look no further. Waiting staff were quick despite the volume of customers and the food was delicious. Our pho was served with a large bowl of extra beansprouts which we could each add to our soup which was a nice touch :)

Having recently moved to Antwerp, I was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant and all research results give this restaurant a very high rate.Restaurant looks really chic and is well located, however I dont recommend Vietnamese people to eat here because the food is more adapted to the Belgians liking. Even though the food is pretty good I am not really convinced of the quality and the authenticity of the dishes. Also too expensive.If you just want a good time to chill with friends or in couple then this is a good place and Instagram-worthy.

My wife finally found the best pho in the EU! It took almost a year, but shes happy. Really nice modern decor inside...friendly staff, and really delicious vietnamese food. Overpriced yes, but still give this place a try.

This place just became my #1 favorite restaurant in Antwerp. Very cool trendy restaurant but with the feeling of being in the kitchen of a very kind and generous (!!!Vietnamese family. Very generous portions, and also the tastiest and most authentic Pho Ive ever had outside of Vietnam. I dont know about you but I just found my second home in Antwerp.
