Pizza hut staff are getting bad to worse.. They work as if they are forced to work.. The staff at the cou ter dun even know what type of crust they have.. When inquire, they were showing face.. Really bad attitude..

Fast and reliable. Ordered online at almost 9pm, order complete within 15 minutes. Definitely will come from here again whenever Im nearby.

Such a bad place to dine in, they dont have proper air-conditioner or maintenance of that place... We took a sweat bath to finish our order...😔 The excuse they given is aircons are under maintenance

Ordered at 12:06PM through website, wait until 2:40PM also havent receive the pizza, 0 calls and updates from the rider/hub at the end request for refund.

Think a lot of people also mention about the service... order at certain time after 2 hours also havent arrive... thought im the first person to complaint... but it seems lots of people having the problem also...

I order at 5.30 until 8.00 havent get my pizza... Call to the agent they like do not want to take any action...

We are order pizza in website 11:30am, the delivery until 1:30 pm also not yet come, we are go to the store, The waiter said they delivered it at 12:00pm, The delivery guy say location not found, in there got phone number why don’t call, we are waiting 1 hour 30 minutes, we are taking pizza go back inside the pizza also doing wrong 😑

Ordered 4 sets of smokey chicken wings but only 3 sets received. Total lost about RM7. Next time, need to check the order before taking out from shop!

went after peak hours (8pm), after ordering, pizza was done in ~10 minutes. pretty quick, enjoyed the warm pizza

Not rich pizza

Before Rmco , This is my favorite pizza outlet . I always order the same three pizza Hawaiian Supreme , Aloha Chicken and the Hawaiian Chicken . Because it really make me so happy , is very delicious !But since Rmco , everything have changed. During the operation control order ， I haven’t eaten for two months ，so I go to the pizza app and order but I found its shows that the store is closed , whether is delivery or take by ownself . And it shouldn’t close the shop so early in time because other outlets are still open . I dont why but is OK fine , so I go to Setia alam outletsand order , the taste is so different not delicious at all .I will no go for second time .Just yesterday , I miss the bites of pizza . Fortunately this time it showed still in business , so I ordered it again! About 8pm I go to take by my ownself , when I just stepped into the store , the staff saw me they all ran inside.There is an employee eating , looks like it should be a supervisor or others ? But no one came out to entertain us. I been waited for ten minutes , finally one staff came out to entertain us .Its doesnt matter at all , I went home gleefully, but I found out why it was different from what I thought?Both in appearance and taste are too far away , I spent for 41.90 Is this the kind of food you eat? I don’t know is changed staff or other reasons , But I am so disappointed . Bye : )

👎bad service. On line order to pickup 7pm. Wait till 7.20pm food ready to collect. Lot of staff in kitchen not wearing face mask during covid-19 pandemic 😷

Pizzas not given according to queue. Too many staff n they are not trained to make the pizzas properly n very unhygienic. Also staff very rude. I was given a pizza without much ingredients had to throw it away. This pizza hut the staff are not well trained
