The female cashiers are very polite and cute as a button. The mall is very clean. A great place to while away the time.

Good place to do groceries and loads of things to find. Easy access to all.

Dated shopping mall. Time to renovate.

Good place to shop with lots of variety. Sad thing is I can only buy what my two hands can carry as they dont give free plastic bags any more to carry what I purchase. Hence, no point to walk around to look at order stuff. Just pick and go.

A single floor supermarket with shops and local food court building as one stop shopping mall.

Big supermarket but the mall has a general lack of variety beyond the supermarket. Good location if you intend to get groceries but not for other types of shopping.

I dont like Aeon Parmas..no restaurant no thing..no brand things there.

I buy yesterday in non halal food,the aunty dont follow the price she make my payment bigger on what I buy ,,sooo badddd no wonder she wants me to buy the expensive one than what I want.. now only I realize when I check my receipt and the prices...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Wow, aeon branch permas Jaya.Has sushi king, d laksa, KFC, tealive, old Town kopitiam, secret recipe, etc.Has aeon food court also.Teh ice or teh tarik very delicious, at low price RM 1.60++TEH lovers must try.Hope you all enjoy this shopping mall.

Dirty food court, jusco supermarket looks very lok kok, poorly done and items are near to expiry date. Less people compare to before covid 2 years ago. Management not doing their job

One of the worst AEON in JB, size is small, doesnt have many kind of shops, better go to others like Tebrau or Bukit Indah instead.

Vast variety to choose from. Affordable and decent food, trendy clothing, household needs, you name it.

All stores that i need on 1 level only from food to electronics. Have decent but not great choices of sushi and bento.

There are better AEON elsewhere like Tebrau city.

This place is needless to share anything. The fact is if you are in Johor Bahru and you not coming here. You will regret! Enough said

This AEON is the closest to my residence and although the premisis isnt the biggest among other AEON malls, the sorting of items, plus navigation is quite easy. If youre looking for an outlet to complete your weekly groceries and where there arent a lot of people / rush - this mall is the answer.

7.39pm, all cashier closed and left one counter at clothes area, others inside cashier chit chatting without doing anything

I have called so many times to tis outlet...not even once they ans my call..the customer service staff are so busy till they cant ans my call(20 x)..if u cant ans customers call pls remove ur contact no from the website..🤬🤬🤬

Sales promoter busy with playing phone rather than assist customer to looking up size of clothing . Different area buy clothing , should pay first and then come collect the clothing again.... Far far..very bad system.Tired oooo.

Good location without heavy jam. Not too crowded but food price at food court expensive than others hypermarket.

Plenty of car parking space. Not crowd at all. Friendly staffs. Love the 70% discounts.

I can find all the groceries here with affordable price , just not happy with the old Makcik at the poultry , she is so grumpy and rude .. always there is some thing not satisfied with her , dear management pls give her some counseling how to be polite to the customer.. if first time it’s fine but many times she did that as if we are begging with her .. maybe she need to do all by herself , anyways the Chinese aunty is helpful..

This Aeon looks like a hypermarket to me because it is only on ground floor level wide and long. The shop outlets are pretty simple and no major brand name can be found here. You can find Aeon supermarket and departmental stores. Medium size of food court serving local food is available for you. It is simple and not luxurious at all.

Not much crowded. Visited the place to buy some clothes. Managed to get them. But could have been more choices.

Dont know why but this particular Aeon outlet always have a soft spot in my heart. Its not overly congested, Cosy environment and most importantly, squeaky clean toilets.

Shopping mall with about only 2 place that have restaurant that actually served foods, excluding their food court and the air-conditioning system only focus on their supermarket and their department stores,other than that the whole building is fairly hot and suffocating to breath especially when nowadays people be wearing double face mask. The management should be considerate of this situation and not be selfish to focus only for their department stores.

Few times I couldnt accumulate points into my aeon card due to their system down, and the meat section there was a boyish lady kinda impolite towards the customer.But overall is good, cant expecting more, because its a local supermarket.

On 18th Jun 2021, around 11:30 am, I encountered Verbal assault and accused of improper SOP check-in by the security,at the entrance. This was totally unjustified as I always update my MySejahtera and check in.Better clean your act up if you want people to return here, just keep in my mind the amount of newer and cleaner shopping centres nearby! Good way to scare away your customers.

I used to love to buy grocery here.... but...Obviously there’s too many extra workers here and 5 of them are just hanging around gathering at certain area and chit chat without SOP. Customer are here to buy things, they saw these workers gather there without SOP for more than 20 minutes and no one dare to approach that area.Check your CCTV, pet food area B1, 22nd May 2021, ard 10:50am.We need a safe place to buy things, thank you.

Has an pleasant and airy, high ceiling look and feel. The supermarket and general merchandise store is adequately stocked for your daily needs. There are other shops in the mall area offering food and drinks, mobile phones, shoes, gold/jewellery etc

During covid MCO & a week before CNY, the place is packed with people. Doesnt have a wide a variety of foreign brands like Jaya grocer but enough to fulfil most tastes.littlewet n smelly the fresh seafood n meat section but thanks the masks. Price is ok. Complex has mac city, vivo etc, Baskins, KFC..OVERALL ok place

Visiting this place after a gap of 5 years. This place has not lost its old vigour and class. The discounts on clothes is really attractive and you feel like coming here everyday if you stay closeby. This is a one stop attraction to fulfill your home needs, be it provisions or any other item.

Btw, if you parked in GM floor. Youll have to walk down the slope alongside cars making it dangerous for children and the elderly. Also, please enjoy the checkout line. Cheers

The nearest family shopping complex is between the city center, Singapore, Pasir Gudang, skudai, Ulu Tiram. Complete range of childrens playground and equipment, and a wide range of facilities for families and tourists.

Nice shopping mall. All is here 👍🏼 food court, kfc, Pizza Hut, secret recipe, atm machine, pharmacy and other shop or kiosk. The aeon mall have spacious supermarkets area I love it
