The environment is comfortable, but the maintenance is getting worse and worse. Currently, ordering by scanning QR codes is a good thing in saving manpower. It was dinner time and there were no staff out there, we were the only ones dining, and the food was served quickly. However, the customers who came to take out all waited at the counter for a long time, and it took a long time for the staff to place the take-out order.I had the pasta with white sauce + iced lemon tea.Not sure if the food caused the diarrhea after going back...

You can enjoy great facilities such as clean toilet and huge spaces..Good food too

waiting for almost 2 hours with a call complaint to customers service but no avail. My pizza is missing and there’s no refund as well. I have never encounter such issue. So irresponsible.

Long ago was ok, now the service & meal served getting worse..watery mushroom soup, garlic bread with garlic paste uncooked, etc.

Strongly advised to closed this Pizza Hut Branch because of very bad service here.. never want to come again here for PH. Better go to another branch which is better!

always close early, like tf. its only 9.30 and the place closes 10.30. if asked why, they said no stock, not the first time.

Very slow service. Only 2 staffs working during peak lunch hour. Management need to do something to improve this.

Service ia rather slow. Few of my order also did not arrive. Even after I asked, the desert took soooooo long until I was about to leave. They have the guts to ask me to tapau... 😑

Very slow service. Although the price has increased significantly, the service has getting worse than before. Although the store short of the staff, the management didnt bother to hire new ones thus creates this all mess. Their also prioritise Foodpanda delivery first than the actual customer on the store.

Service is terribly slow. Waiters don’t even know what they are serving. Pizza no longer served in hot pan?

Update review 2022. Service very slow. If u dont mind to waste at least 1hour, then ok. Management pls take look on this matter. Totally not recommended

This branch in Bukit Kemuning used to be my go to guilty pleasure. However, the lack of staff has really caused me to not go back anymore. I ordered my food on the app for collection. It was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes or so but ended up waiting for almost 1 hour. Cant even get hold of the staff as that one staff is mending the kitchen and service area. When I finally got my order, my pizza was cold ( clearly had been sitting on the counter for some timeand they gave me the wrong pasta that I ordered.Was very disappointed with my last visit and will probably not go back anymore.

Really a very bad outlet no staff at all we need to wait for 30-40 minits for take orders, even no people outlet but need to wait for 30-40 minute ,, pls take staff for work !! Disappointed

Placed an order at 6.30pm for 8pm delivery but the pizza was delivered at 10pm. Called the customer service but was informed that there’s lack of manpower & they’re unsure of the estimated delivery time. If there’s less manpower, why there’s a delivery option in the first place??? Such a bad service!!

Very less people to take order n serve to customer.......1.10 pm and we receive it 2 pm......almost 1 hour......i we just order syoke combo rm 8 .....2 set......better add extra manpower.......plz take decission........not only one day......long time this happen......

To the manager for this outlet, you really gotta put a big banner of man/women power needed. Your staff and customer are literally dying just to serve/eat pizza. And lastly, "FAST FOOD" ya

Clean and beautiful.I would really recommend the spegeti aglio oilo salami and Hawaiian chicken pizza with mushroom soup.

The service is spectacular and the pizza toppings is definitely substantial compared to other pizza but branches.Speed of service is good and the staff is very alert.

I saw this customer without wearing mask while i was waiting for my pizza.

The french fries were soggy and totally cold. I didnt expect KFC to have great fries but it was still unacceptable to serve fries that looked and tasted like they were done 3 hours ago!Zesty Crunch chicken was outstanding though.

If youre looking for place with less people to dinner in or buka puasa, this place is not crowded, if you come early youre probably the only ones dining in. People here tend to prefer to takeaway. Food is good.

Good servis and tasty. Pizza awesome than other. Soft and not to chewy.... Always buy here, but for ramadan not so many people to dine in.. try some island tuna,

Good place to enjoy meal with family. Lots of parking space as this pizza hut is attached to KFC. Not so fast service but better compared to other places. Very helpful staff.

Went there on 12 January 2021. With the attitude show by one of their staff that night, they actually didnt deserve even half the star. That staff spoil our mood to have a nice dinner that night. If pizza still hire him, all customers will have the bad experience as my family and eventually no one will going there anymore

Usually, the service is quick and someone comes and checks if you’ve received your orders. But now, service is slow, no one checks, food isn’t served as hot as it should be. Lacking manpower and it shows. Environment and surroundings are good tho.

I ask for extra mushroom in foodpanda and they give me so many mush mush mushroom.. Love it! 😍😍

very bad experience. its was very quiet when Im coming. usually when quiet we can pick seat at another pizza hut. but I was kick away from 6 persons sofa and must sit on not comfortable place for 4. all waiter & waitress face very fury, no smile at all and not hospitality at all. I made complain email to address on table, but they never seem care at all. no reply for my email. I suggest find another pizza hut, this one is very not friendly, and the food taste awful, so hard to chew 👹

Service super bad. They get the order wrong and wouldnt even apologise. Hats off to you if youre a take away customer for the patience youll have but if youre dining in, youll probably need to wait long even if theres considerably less customer around. Pretty poor service given the service guys are often fooling around. Thats what you get if the staffs are all school leavers.

located at very busy traffic road but this outlet still less customers and empty tables. looking good and system very up to date. the truth is that staffs are just being busy for the sake of being busy but not productive. whats the point. unable to apologise to customers for bad service...

Very bad experience. Why so late to cook our order. Nearly 45 minutes, but still havent have our order yet. We just order pasta only. WHY TAKE SO LONG!? Other people come later than us, got their food ahead. Why?!

Waited for 1hr for food and wrong food was served. Took 30 mins to pay the bill. Many unhappy customers that night. It was our first visit, hopefully service will improve next time. However, the staff attitude was good though.

The atmosphere is quite nice,I like the music and the aircon. I think Pizza hut make a good change, for those order take out can enjoy free cola cold drink at the waiting area.Last time is not so comfortable like this.and The food delivery has been improved.The dine in preparation time also has been improved, take around 15 to 20 minutes for meal.This branch is bigger than many others outlet, so it is good to take your time enjoy the meal in less crowded place.The pizza quality is the same standArd as the rest pizza hut outlets. Nothing much to complaints about. Spaghetti also taste standards, for me it is ok ok level.Cannot says is very delicious or tasty, it is good standards taste.so Im giving 3 stars for this place.Nothing special.

Ive thoroughly enjoyed coming to this particular Pizza Hut. While the food is pretty standard to the Pizza Hut level of quality, their staff are friendly and they do their job well. Ive dined here with my children, and the crew were very accommodating. So kudos to them! Keep up the good work. Id recommend this outlet to anyone passing through.
