Excellent service and food!
Excellent food (delicious mealand excellent service (very friendly The only thing is that the restrooms was a bit unkempt and the floor was slippery.
MoreNice vibe! Crowded with people, food is good and service is great!Feels more authentic than the ones in the US.
MoreYum just yum !
Great service....good food!!
Excellent food and great service..
Great Experience. Great Customer Service. Great Food.
Came with family yesterday hoping to eat fast without waiting time. We were blessed to have food serve in a reasonable time and the waiter name Kevin was very friendly and served with excellence.
MoreFood was good, service is slow at the bar.
The assistant manager Torres for this place are arrogant and the way to attend are not the best way to do. On another way the employees are very good and serviceable . The air on the place need to be adjusted the food get cold very quickly, the distribution of the plates are not consisten of the amount they serve.
MoreThe food was OK we ordered about 6 dishes and 4 of them were barely warm the other 2 were nice and hot.
MoreWe are from PR and live in San Juan for many years we have eaten here many times in the past TODAY we ordered our usual pan fried dumplings(11$and a Maduro Roll(15$). The dumplings were soggy and the roll was one third the size it was last time we came here (one year ago). Also I like to get the three sauce combo to mix together for the meal but now they don’t allow that and mix it themselves and bring you a plastic dipping cup. We really like this place and now feel let down by the managements choice to downsize the servings and quality of food to save money. We do understand the times are hard for everyone but seems like a lot of companies are taking advantage of the general population. And finally the check came and the inflation is obvious as the bill was 20% higher than before. 😞 What’s the world coming to when you can’t get a decent mean anymore.
MoreOn vacation in Puerto Rico and my family wanted to eat here. They had a vegetarian option. Beware, the fry rice potions huge so you can share with others. 4 stars because the vegan options are few.
MoreThis used to be one of the best Chinese spots on the island but the quality of food has gone down tremendously the past few years. I’ve been eating PF Chang’s for maybe 20 years and it’s not what it used to be but especially at this location. The Mongolian beef has been my go to meal and it’s been disappointing the last 4 times I ordered it. The meat in Chinese food is supposed to be sliced thin, it’s called velveting. It allows the marinade to completely saturate the meat and leaves it tender and juicy. The meat here has become thick, chunky, chewy and often times flavorless. It used to be such a treat eating here but I’m done wasting my money hoping the food will return to the way it used to be. It’s like the kitchen is rushing the prepping/cooking and the food is made with zero love.
MorePF Chan’s Las America PR customer service it’s questionable. Sitting at the bar while four employees are chatting about their lives an no one turn to ask what I would like to drink. On the corner another group of employees are majoring their manhood doing arm reselling and telling stories, the general manager is talking to another employee just few feet away from where all this is happening mean while about three tables have only water served.Puerto Rico is a great Island, however their employees do not customer service skills at all.
MoreCompared to pf chang illinois prices, orange peel chicken was $4.05 higher, fried rice $3.05 higher and mongolian beef .55 higher. Portions were smaller and they even charge $1.49 for the wonton strips. Total of $9.14 higher, and add tax and tip on top. Lunch specials mon-fri
MoreI would Honestly say not impress from couple years back i came to this place. Pretty Pricey for what you get. The Drinks are expensive for the size of the cup that you get in front of you and then to order a Moscow Mule and you are still trying to figure out where did they pour the Vodka cause it had no Vodka at all in it. Appetizer was Ok i gave it a 7/10. Rice so so. And mongolian beed not impress. Service was Slow. And barely got any attendance to the Table. Ima honestly say im Not coming back, better places out there better service and better flavor for a lot less. Came in here not caring about price but wanted to enjoy good service good food and good drink and disappointed
MoreReasonably priced and tasty. Needs a refresh on the aesthetics. Didnt enjoy the ribs but the lettuce wraps were worth the price.
MoreWent solely because of how good friend and family told me this place was. Was a little disappointed. The food and the drinks were good, but I think I had waaaay higher expectations. A bit expensive but nothing too crazy. Wasnt my cup of tea.
MoreGreat service and delicious food 🙌🏻💪
Came here Saturday afternoon to celebrate our grandmother’s 90 birthday! No wait for a table! We ordered family style! Food was delicious! We all enjoyed it tremendously! Grandma was very happy! She even got a chunk of chocolate cake we all share! Great service!
MoreInternet and door said it close at 11pm.Its was only 9:15pm and the host (Ladysaid they had a long waiting list and they closed at 10pm.When look around the place had more the 8 empty tables also at the bar was empty, no one was outside waiting or in the waiting area on the inside the restaurant.
MoreGreat service, delicious food and the waitresse very amigable
I got served cold dumpling soup that only tasted like mushrooms. The front desk lady and the waiter were really harsh.
MoreGreat place, love the food. Great treatment. Only problem is not directly connected to the mall.
MoreExcellent service and great measures for the pandemic. Really controlled the flow of people coming into the restaurant. The food is good but you can get the same Chinese American food on other restaurant with the same service and lower price. The ambience is great. The dumplings were great and the fried rice was awesome.
MoreI shall never go back to this location, not even if you pay me. Food is not cooked well, and services were slow. I am shocked at all of this as I went to another one of their locations, and food was outstanding. Plaza location is just poor cooking, and the money paid I would have gotten better in @Fuddruckers in Caguas. Better yet, I would go back to @East Asian Bistro.
MoreIt was all a disaster except our recently hired server and the wall of chocolate for dessert.Waiting an hour to be seated, to then trying to order food for 50 min because they kept coming back to our table to say they ran out of everything: low Mein, every main dish, drinks, . When we finally got out food nothing was good. My food was completely burned, pad Thai was extremely spicy, the kids could not eat it, crab wontons were old tasteless, rice was not their usual, shrimp and chicken fried rice had no chicken or shrimp. sad for this location. Hopefully they will be what they used to be
MoreLast night my wife and I were refused service because we were not vaccinated. We had proof of a negative test result but was told it wasnt valid. We eat here all the time in the states and have never had a problem or been discriminated like this. Pretty shocked...
MoreI have been to many different PF Changs and this one was the worst one by far. I came to PR on vacation this past week and this is literally the only thing I have to complain of about this trip. The hostess and her manager are absolutely rude and disgusting. We arrived and their dismissive attitude and lack of customer service was unbecoming to what is accustomed at PF Changs. Our server was extremely nice and hospitable and is the only reason Im not leaving one star. To the general manager step it up and hire people who want to work !
MoreThe food was very good and the service was great. I will be going back.
I loved! delicious food and good prices I recommend it 100%
A must call for reservations ahead of time or max an hour wait. But once you are in this place its amazing. Lots to see. You will enjoy the experience. The food is great!
MoreGreat service and food! New plating is very heavy, that could be a problem for not too strong clients (elders or disabled). Safety protocols are great, and tables are naturally separate enough to feel safe.
MoreWell, the website isnt working so I have to go directly to the restaurant to make the order and pay. After that I waited in the car. They were fast and punctual. Im on my way to taste the food but I hope is like always, good.Update. To my surprise the quality of the food has drop a lot. I updated my review to 3 star and Im being considerate. The taste and the texture of the orange chicken was off, too sponge.
MoreVery average. Rice slightly undercooked and the spring rolls were too oily. Other than that the food is good, but nothing you cant get somewhere cheaper. If the portion sizes were "family style" as they were described, Mr Chang mustve had a pretty small family. Not a bad choice but a local Chinese rest. will probably satisfy more. (or P express if you really want that glazed chicken kind of Chinese food)
MoreQuick and courteous service, waiter was great, the food was served quick and was delicious, beer was cold, staff is still wearing facemasks, family friendly atmosphere, definitely would recommend!
MoreVery good food, friendly and attentive employees.
Great food!, secure measures against COVID, great time, excellent taste of Japanese whiskey!!!!
MoreFor an american take on Asian cuisine its pretty awesome. Absolutely in love with their Cecilias dumplings and California rolls!
MoreNice place. Good service. On the pricier side the portions are big, like sharing big.
MorePF Changs Pad Thai: The Best in the San Juan MetroUnless there are any other restaurants in the San Juan metro area that serves Pad Thai, I think the best is PF Changs. Please let me know if there are any others I dont list below.PF Changs doesnt compare to just about every decent Thai restaurant stateside.Make sure to ask them to exclude the carrots and cilantro. Ask them to throw in a lot more bean sprouts on the top (there were barely any). They didnt scramble the egg very well into the dish.If you dont like it so sweet, youll probably prefer the Bombay and Bangkok Pad Thai more. From best to worst:PF ChangsBombay & Bangkok (but no bean sprouts)Nam Pla Street Food (but they dont put Tamarind Sauce)Mai Pen Rai (their fish sauce makes their food inedible)
MoreAfter getting giant portions of greasy fatty food in San Juan we wanted to eat something smaller and healthier with vegetables. PF Changs was the right choice. We ordered stirfried asparagus and fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce. Asparagus was a little bit salty but was still okay. Finally we got to eat some vegetables without cheese in San Juan. The waitress was also very friendly we were very satisfied. All together with green tea it was 30 Dollar and we paid 34 Dollar with 15% Tip.
MoreService took too long! Mongolian beef too many green onions & celery & carrots! Wasabi from rolls was dry as same as the pickled ginger.
MorePF always has great food...and it was. The Mongolian beef sushi was a little dry and required some soy sauce...The service at the bar was not the best. Some of the staff perferred to talk to other staff than wait in customers. Other than that wonderful!!!!
MoreGood service by Amarylis. The only thing was my wife order the squash shrimp dumpling and I order wonton soup and spice crab salad. My food came and my wife dumpling came much later. Celebrity our 8 anniversary! God bless you and your family!
MoreExcellent food and service.
Can’t go wrong loving Lo mein and sweet n sour with fried rice and tangy chicken
MoreBigger on the inside! Great food! A little expensive, but worth it.
Delicious foods!! Great service!! Definitely come back!!
