Family-friendly chain offering creative takes on Chinese fare in a striking space.
Possibly the most boring and bland meal Ive ever had. The Ginger Chicken my wife ordered had absolutely no hint of ginger or garlic which was also supposedly used in preparation. My Beef with broccoli has a little more flavor but was hardly worth the price. The food was barely warm. I used to be a fan of P. F. Changs, specifically the Easton restaurant, where the food really is amazing. Ive read some of the other reviews of your restaurant that described the food as amazing. Those reviewers must have been family members and friends.
Ask for Lori! Best service weve had in a very long while. All her recommendations were spot on and delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful, and Lori went above and beyond to make our whole experience outstanding! Cant wait to return
No comments on the food since my delivery order was cancelled by this restaurant after sending a confirmation email for the order and having over two hours for the delivery. The cancellation was 10 minutes after the confirmed delivery time. The manager, Nathan, blamed the issue on "the IT department and took no responsibility stating "we have no control" in this case.It must be great to have a business that takes no responsibility for clearly was a major mistake on their part. There are other Asian restaurants I will be using in the future.
Excellent experience awesome food I really dont know what more I could say, it was pricey but I knew that going in and I took a party of 4 and everyone was happy so it was worth every penny!
Staff was very friendly. Food great as usual.
Im new to Dublin ohio and I saw this place and immediately wanted to try it... The food was great... Also the staff were very nice and friendly and the manager James was great... I highly recommend this place if you want some really good food... Thanks James for your great hospitality...
Thoroughly impressed with our dinner and our server Sophia was incredible.I got the “Crispy Honey Shrimp” and as an appetizer we ordered the “Crispy Green Beans” I would get both again.Very deserving of five stars.
I gave it a 5 star because our waiter Matt went over and beyond for us. Hope to get him again.
I cant put my finger on it but I didnt enjoy my experience here as much as most PFchangs. After writing the review- now- I realize its clear why... overall we didnt enjoy the experience although some of the food was amazing!Service was just ok....Food was awesome to not warm enough. We got the shrimp dumplings as an appetizer and they were amazing.. the presentation, the temperature, and flavor were all amazing! In fact, they present them better then any other pfchangs I have been to so the start was great.Diet Coke was flat and I requested a new one. They had no other to give me as the issue is a week long and still not fixed but there was lemonade as a backup. Anyway, I am a Diet Coke person that loves it with anything salty so this was hugely disappointing. And a known issue that long in a major chain restaurant is a bit crazy but these are the times. My husbands Korean glass noodles were hot and really flavorful and he loved them.My kiddos meal was also quite good- chicken fried rice with an awesome little side of fruit... and some broccoli- i LOVE a restaurant that has healthy kids meal options!! Good going!I got the Mongolian beef and chicken with a side of sauce. My dish was barely warm and theirs were hot so I am assuming mine was finished first. Waiter wasnt around much (and I was sick of bothering the bartender- she was very friendly and helpful)so I decided wed just eat it as leftovers and I would try that apple pie dessert that looked great...big mistake as we were ready to leave when we ordered the dessert thinking itd be a quick sweet treat for us to split.... it took over 20 minutes to get the dessert... Argh!!! Apple pie dessert- skip it... no where near as good as the description.Oh and when they brought the bill the 4$ for the Diet Coke was still on there (flat one they knowingly served me.... such a hassle to ask slow moving service to fix)I would never return to this PFchangs but The flavors are on point just like all the other ones....This one was drab to me.
Absolute slowest restaurant I’ve ever been in, no one else was was even in the restaurant and I waited 45 minutes for one entree to-go, then was told that order was behind another ticket and that’s why. Literally doesn’t even make sense and is completely inefficient if true. Staff was friendly but still not going back
I’m not one to usually leave reviews. However I’m going to. I dined in here today. The service was good other than my server spilling my entire drink on me, and I had to sit there sticky from it. I am a little disappointed I didn’t even get offered a discount or to pay for my drink. Bc I literally am so sticky I had to come straight home to shower. He was a nice waiter and brought a fresh drink which I’m grateful for. But I’m not one to ask for discounts or free things but given the circumstances I would have liked at least the offer. This was my first time at a PF changs. I wasn’t super thrilled with the taste of my food. However, the green beans app was amazing!
Arrived here after enjoying the beautiful dublin downtown attractions. It was a little late in the afternoon around 3pm. Too early for dinner. Had a very pleasant service and the food was great. No rush, no noise, no waiting. They seated us away from other small groups rather than seating every one in one section like some other restaurants. This gave us a very private and special family lunch atmosphere. It allowed us to enjoy the food and have a great conversation without bothering others or being bothered by others. 5 star to the service and food and ambience. Been to PF Changs in many locations. I have to say this one was best. Very thoughtful of not closing out sections of the restaurant in non peak hours.
Amazing food and such a nice waiter. We were coming back from a funeral and this nice man worked his magic and gave us 2 humongous slices of cake. Thank you Matthew. Your forever known as the nicest waiter ever. Thank you so much!
The BEST fried rice I have ever had. No more words needed. *mic drop 🎤
My wife and I were traveling by the area and stopped to stay for the night. We came in to eat dinner and we were both blown away. Not only were we both completely satisfied with our meals but I want to make note of our server, Dan. He made the experience special and made both of us feel welcome and important. Dan made suggestions on the menu and gave us honest opinions about his personal favorites. And another thing about Dan, the man can make a drink. I ordered the Japanese Old Fashioned and it was probably the best drink I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Thanks for the experience, Dan! My wife and I will be back to see you next time we’re in the area.
The dumplings were lukewarm to cold and you would expect since its fathers day that you would have an abundance of one of your most popular entrees. The braised short ribs with rice. Not running out by 6pm.
Lettuce wraps and sesame chicken were very good! Our server Matthew did a great job serving our big group of 11. He was super friendly and funny and all our orders were correct.
I am a loyal customer and will continue to go back due to Dan and Emma and some other. However this location got 2 new managers 1 is never seen and the other is at the hostess station always on his phone. What is that showing them employees?
The food was good as always. I had Sesame chicken and my wife General Tsaos. Our service was inconsistent. The waiter was trying to remember what we ordered instead of writing it down. We had a few mistakes, items forgotten or incorrect i.e. I wanted fried rice. I had to wait for it to come out instead of with my meal.. We ordered some Lo Mein my wife likes it plain, I prefer vegetables etc. Both came out plain. It was nothing catastrophic, just annoying. He tried to pass it off on the kitchen, but the billed showed otherwise. He rang it in wrong.. Also, we noticed he started using an order pad on his next table. Its OK to write it down so you get it right!
This place has been a family favorite for years. When I moved to Columbus in 2017, I was thrilled to find out that P.F. Chang’s had a location here. I’ve been coming here consistently since I moved here and the service is always great. The food is top-notch as well. I always order the honey chicken and the fried pork pot stickers. My family and I go here for every birthday, special occasion, and sometimes just when we feel like treating ourselves. They give you free banana spring rolls on your birthday too which is very nice. I used to order takeout here every Wednesday as well and I haven’t had a single negative experience. While the food takes a somewhat long time to be made, it’s still worth it. If you don’t want to wait very long, come during non-busy times which are usually weekdays during lunch and sometimes dinner.
Food was great but it seems they have definitely reduced their serving sizes compared to what I used to order at other locations. Food is still great but I do think they need to add more “non-spicy” options, as my wife is intolerant to most spicy foods.
The barbecue ribs are probably some of the most absolutely delicious ribs Ive ever had...every single time; its pure perfection! The sea bass dinner is amazing and perfectly cooked also. The shrimp and lobster sauce is probably one of my favorite dinners to order out. And the service is always fast, friendly, and welcoming. Great job PF Changs!
We stopped here for lunch during our roadtrip. It was no wait time. Lucky us! Server was super nice, got us seated, served drinks and took our orders. We shared 3 dishes among 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids). Serving portions i believe for lunch are always more sufficient than dinner. Overall experience was good and food came out quickly too.
Its important to note this is March of 2022. I say that because our experiences is past months havent been great. We havent been there in two months, but used to love their food so we tried again. Its like the PF Changs of 15 years ago. Service was perfect! Our server Julio was new to Changs but not serving, and it seemed like Changs recruited him out of the majors because every service concern we ever had here, was gone. The food was back to what we had at our wedding rehearsal 17 years ago. It came out hot, it wasnt dried out under the heat lamp (again, service was great), and the food was 12 out of 10. Lettuce wraps were amazing. Kung POW Shrimp was the right amount of spicy, but perfectly moist. My wife had Honey Shrimp, which I have never enjoyed, and I wouldve eaten hers. We got desert to go, and it was like they gave us half a chocolate cake, and it was amazing.Talked to the manager just to compliment them all, and he mentioned they are working hard to improve some things. Its working. We cant wait to go back!
Went for my brothers birthday dinner. Everything was very good. Hot and sour soup was excellent. There was a small snafu with my order but they handled it well. Our server and the few other staff we interacted with were all very helpful and friendly.
Service was impeccable! Too bad the food did not live up to the hype of P.F. Changs. The entire food experience was a let down. The sushi was generic, the meat was like rubber, and just green onions as veggies? For $100, I would have liked to see a little more put into my food. But again, service was amazing! The staff really knew their stuff and tried so hard to take great care of us! I had the coconut mojito and would return just for that. And the Japanese Old Fashion was to die for! Just wish I could say the same for the food!
Changs has been one of my most favorite places to eat for over 15 years! The food and service are consistently good. Im so thankful for the vegetarian options (especially now that they have the vegetarian lettuce wraps!!!and that they let me order off menu without making me feel like a pain. The double pan-fried noodles bring immense happiness into my life! Lol
We ordered dynamite shrimp along with family meal at this location and the portions are very small. It hardly has five shrimps for 12$ and also the quality is bad also
This location has been going downhill for some time now. While the portion size and quality decrease, the prices have only jumped. Also, Ive had more than one occasion where my takeout meal was either overcooked, missing rice or some other problem. The final nail in the coffin was ordering a meal online on a Tuesday evening only to find the restaurant closed. Its a shame because I used to love this place but not anymore. There are better and more affordable Asian fusion restaurants out there. Au revoir.
I called the restaurant 10 minutes before closing and they still took my order. I’m going through chemotherapy and find it hard to get up but when I do I’m looking for food. That Mongolian beef was hot and fresh. My lettuce wraps were fresh not brown and wilted. I just appreciate good customer service! Thanks!
First time. Server Dillan was excellent. Food was amazing
The food I got to go was NOT evenly portioned. Me and two of my friends went to sit down at the restaurant. They ate there and their food did seem evenly portioned; however, when i got home I barely had any rice or chicken and my meal was the most expensive.
Walked in to use the restroom, very clean. Waiters ignore everyone except those at their tables, which is great. I wasnt told restrooms are for customers only so, Ill be trying this place and if the food is good next week and the staff are timely, I could see myself becoming a regular here.
The menu is always spot on for this restaurant, but the service is sometimes questionable. We waited 45 minutes for a seat and once we finally sat down, our waiter was not very helpful. At least five different times we had to flag someone down to get a refill on drinks, get a fork or napkin, etc. Maybe they could use just a few more staff to help out during the busy peak times.
Great selection. Every bite was delicious. We visited for Valentines Day for something out of the ordinary. Staff was polite, and food came fast. They had tables spaced very well. They also have take out.Dynamite Roll was pretty spicy, but not eye watering. Each ingredient tasted fresh. The steamed pork dumplings were my really good, not great, next time Ill try fried. Korean bulgogi steak was fantastic, a quality steak with a unique flavor spin. All this was enough for two people to split and be extra full.
I felt like PF Changs were off their game for a while, but they are back in force. We used to enjoy them back in the 90s and it appears they are back to the high standards of quality and service that made them famous. I would give 5 stars to every dish we ordered.
Just had a wonderful lunch along with wonderful service here. We chose to visit because of the special Lunar New Year items on the menu, and they were all excellent! The special cocktails, including the red lantern punch were yummy, and the lobster dumplings as an appetizer were phenomenal! We also ordered the fire and ice dessert and it was fantastic and required a dramatic fire presentation. 🔥. We really enjoyed it.
Great atmosphere, love the music vibe. Service was "ok" and food was great!
First class joint. Never jammed packed but always busy. Great atmosphere, great food and very clean. Sitting in the bar section is my favorite because it is as nice as being seated in the regular dining are, but closer access to drinks.Been there for lunch and dinner and both are wonderful. I can not recommend this place enough, you will love it too.
The nastiest sweet and sour chicken I’ve ever had. So very disappointing. Also, the price of $16.00 would have been ok if the portion size was better. However, that only helped in this case as I didn’t feel bad throwing it away.*the pic is enhanced to show food, it does not capture the amount accurately.
Good food with good vibes!! Vegetarian options are limited but good, if you like healthy food...P.F. Chang has harvest curry and lettuce wraps. We ordered lettuce wraps, this was the first time we tried lettuce wraps. They were delicious. Another appetizer that we ordered was vegetable spring rolls, they were pretty good. For the main dish, we ordered harvest curry and fried rice. Harvest curry was really good except the red hot pepper. I gave 4 ⭐️, because I ate the hot pepper without knowing the spice level, but after eating it once we removed them all which made it to our taste.Definitely worth trying, if you like Chinese food!!!
Always been one of my favorite place food is always great and as well as the staffNow new menu is very tasty especially Ramen noodles
Great meal, great service. They have lots of options from gluten free to vegan as well as for kids. The food tastes fresh, the overall restaurant is nicely decorated. The staff is friendly, Nice dining. Tha no you.
Great Ambience, great food, nice people..!!I visit this restaurant during weekdays. It’s a great ambience. Rarely waited to get seated.. people are nice. Usual wait time for food to arrive. The food here is great. This time around we tried their newly introduced Crispy Avacado Rolls. Very well made and tasted great.People here are very nice, knowledgeable about the food prepared there.
This is my first visit to P.F.Changs. I do have a negative perception of Chinese food. But everything got shackled after dining here.First of all, very pleasant ambience with bottles of wine stacked in glass chambers to our left which is a good sight. We waited for around 20 mins to get a table. But that’s okay because it is a weekend. We ordered Dynamite Shrimp, Kungapao Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Chicken lettuce wraps and chicken fried rice. Everything is very delicious and yummy 🤤. We ate everything to the last bite and fried rice with soy sauce is a very good combination. KungPao chicken is must try dish.Coming to desserts, Banana Spring rolls is the best, it comes with with banana capsuled in hot spring rolls and delicious pineapple coconut ice-cream. We(Indiansusually have “Gulab-Jamun” with ice-cream. This banana spring rolls combination is also very good and must try dessert. For chocolate lovers, Great Wall of chocolate will fill your tummy with utmost satisfaction. Looking to visit again.
Absolutely wonderful. Everything from the drinks to the food to the friendliness of the service was perfect.
Favorite spot for Chinese cuisine. The dimsum are awesum! Good variety in main entrees. Noodles are not that great but overall a perfect dining place for Chinese food lovers.
Not impressed for the price. Hostess wasn’t polite. Server was mediocre. Server brought cancelled drinks. Menu doesn’t match what it serves. I’m picky and if I had known veggies were going to be all over my fried shrimp, I would have asked for them to be withheld. Couldn’t get a drink refill so decided to drink somewhere else. I requested no green onions or peppers in my Kung pao chicken. It came with celery cut up that was not on the menu. I have no idea why they have a menu at this place. Everything comes out with more things than advertised. And not things I wanted. Waiter said “is everything tasting good?” And walked off before we gave a response of no. We asked to speak with a manager. He said that it was normal to add stuff to the dish that wasn’t on the menu. I won’t recommend this place.
P.F. Changs is a great franchise. I personally love it. I have been to many but I must highlight this specific restaurant. The food here was exceptionally good, the staff were nice! Dan was our server and he was amazing! The food is very good here! We had crab ragoons (highly recommend: made in house, chicken and broccoli, Korean stir fry chicken. All of this was absolutely amazing! We also had the banana spring roll desert option, astounding flavor! All in all I enjoyed my visit and food !!
Class ambience. Cozy place. Good music environment. Good crowd. Friendly staff. Sweet sauce should be reduced in Lo mein. Fresh desserts.
