P.F. Chang's in Riverside

Great Asian fusion menu. Food is excellent. Good packaging for delivery. Always excellent and tasty and fresh, as if I was in the restaurant.

Went for a late lunch. I thought the prices were pretty high for the type of food. The food was very tastey though and the service was great.

Our food order was correct this time and the food was still nice and warm when arrived.

Service was good. A little scarce on the meat portions in their dishes. My wife and I got a rib and a chicken dish with rice and vegetables. There was literally less than 2 tablespoons of meat on the dinner entrées.

Came to celebrate our daughters birthday and had to remind them about setting up the table for special celebration. We come to this location often and every special occasion they have set up the hole table nicely for special occasions if mentioned at reservation.

Food arrived at the perfect temperature, the delivery driver was great - carried our food to our room at a hotel in 106 degree weather. Quality of the food is consistent with P.F. Changs standards - great.

Ordered on app. Easy as long as you have credit card in place. I forgot to put in info and I had to redo my order adding credit card info. Good thing it was just the great wall of chocolate free for my birthday reward.

Decided to bypass CPK today for PF changs, and the food was great, Mongolia beef super good, the kitchen mixed up out potsticker order and gave them to a different table but the manager made it right and gave them to us, will be back soon

To start it off you know I keep it real. P.F.C for lunch At the Tyler mall In riverside Order the chicken lettuce wrap. The waitress was excellent Very friendly And she may sure we had everything that we need it.

Much faster delivery than DoorDash and the order was correct. Good still warm and very tasty

I love the lettuce wraps. And the main dishes are amazing. Staff is friendly and pricing was reasonable.

Took about 10 min before they came up to our table to take our drinks. Service was really slow and the food was not like I thought it would be with the prices. Not coming back.. will not recommend this place.

Our server Romney was so fun.. he made The event absolutely wonderful. Our whole party was enjoying his service and we enjoyed the food tremendously! We will recommend P.F. Chang’s to everybody because of Romney.

Ive never posted a written review before but this situation I cannot let slide. I had placed an order with PF Changs through Grubhub. I was informed by the Grubhub driver that the Manager SUSY was very rude and unprofessional to them when they had asked about the order and if Susy could check the system regarding payment for the order. She refused to give them any more information and just cancelled the order because she suspected it to be fraud. It makes zero sense to me how she could suspect fraud when PF Chang’s is listed on the Grubhub website. I understand that there is a lot of fraud going around now and days BUT that does not give SUSY the right to disrespect and threaten the Grubhub driver to have them thrown out by security just for asking a question regarding the order.

Great food.service just as good. Been a few years since last visited. Chicken lettuce wraps never disappoint

I have been to this restaurant a number of times. This one last time was a little different. We were rushed to order and I will not say the waitress was rude because she wasnt but just straight to the point. The food was good and so were the drinks.

Totally disappointed food was horrible. I have had better frozen/ microwave food than here and at 65 for 2 peopleNever again. Another big chain restaurant that let quality slip under fast food quality!UPDATE: company contacted and offered to fix this

Overpriced Chinese food with limited. Selection. You can find much better quality food by surrounding nearby smaller mom and pop restaurants. You eat here youre paying for the name only.

The place wasnt busy so food was quick to get to our table. Our server was friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. Found the fried rice to be a bit underseasoned, but everything else was excellent.

P. F. Changs has Excellent food and we never have to wait for a table or booth because the restaurant is huge! Took my mom there for her Birthday on Monday and they brought her out a chocolate souffle with a candle in it free of charge and I thought that was totally cool and my mom loved it!! They take care of you there!! One of the Best restaurants in Riverside.😀👍

Excellent food; however, vthere are items no longer on menu. I had the Chiliam Sea Bass. It was great and the Service, and drinks, were so great!

I took my daughter for her graduation, I really want to stress that they had 70% of tables open and dint seat us for about 50 minutes. We were told 30 minutes. I rather go to the Vegas location were it is MANAGED WAY BETTER.

4 of us went for lunch noticed we were charged 50 cent more than the menu price , manager said prices went up, ok fine, but chg the menu dont slip us a bill thinking we wouldnt notice,. That is deceptive practice so for the $2 that the manager refused to take off, u leave lost 4 good cistomers.

Menu prices did not match the bill. There were literally three pieces of chicken on my plate and they were reluctant to add chicken. They said they weigh each portion, but there were four of us who all witnessed the lack of chicken. Overall a VERY BAD experience.

The food was served cold with no flavor. Shrimp fried rice wasnt fried, but soggy Shrimp not done and werent cooked, just mixed into soggy rice 😅. Poor customer service reps. Was told that all of the workers help to prepare the meals including the manager and assistant manager!?! We got there at 8pm, left at 10pm closing time with nothing to eat.

Wonderful atmosphere. Tiffany was an outstanding waitress. *TIP HER*. The food was great; definitely will be coming back!

Hi,Big John here! I have been a customer of PF Changs for years now. Ive celebrated NewYears eve and many birthdays at the Tyler Galleria location. I try to have lunch there at least once a month. My pics show hot and sour soup on the table. One of the best soups in Riverside. Also, I have crispy green beans with dipping sauce. Excellent! I ordered a California roll and a pot of hot tea. I self taught how to use chop sticks long ago. I never add sugar to my tea. Im a traditionalist what ever style of dinning or nationality I partake of. Ambiance flavor of life. You will enjoy PFChangs. Go out enjoy celebrate ,you wont be disappointed. Peace big John

We met at 3:30 and were seated right away. The waitress greeted us kindly and checked on us often, but not too often and not obtrusively. She also had a good sense of humor and took a few pictures for us! The food came quickly and tasted great! More people started coming in by 4:30 and we left by 5:30. It could not have been a better experience. 👍🙂

Really delicious food, and strong and scrumptious drinks! The staff is awesome and decor is beautiful.

Lunch time wasnt very crowded. The food was okay and service was good. The food was was not worth it in my opinion. Had better Chinese food from take out places.

Food does not taste the same. We did come in around 830 pm. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Lettuce wraps looked like they just put together some stuff from the kitchen🙄😂; chicken pieces were basically non existent. We left it on the table. Salt & Pepper Prawns were definitely looked like the Walmart sized shrimp 🥴 80% of our food was take home because I didnt want to be rude. Stars are basically for the server. She was amazing.Weve definitely had better. Probably wont come back to this one

P.F. Changs is in a great location. Its off the 91 Freeway in the same parking lot as the Tyler Mall. The food quality to me was poor. I ordered the Orange Chicken and fried rice. The orange chicken was soggy and the fried rice was salty. I will say our server was great. She did a wonderful job.

Hadnt been in years. Great appetizers, great entrees, drinks & dessert. Wouldve gave 5 stars except they were out of Calamari!

My wife and I had dinner on March 10, 2022. Ordered 4 entrees, 2 starters and 3 drinks. Cost with a 20% tip $150.We’ve been here multiple times before. It seems as the food quality has declined. The fried rice was more mushy than fried. The entrees were ok but not notable as they were in the past. It should be mentioned the waitress did a great job. To be fair, we ordered more food than we needed planning to take home leftovers, but at $150 we were disappointed. This seems to be a trend as restaurants are being.squeezed by higher labor and food cost causing lower food quality overall. Sadly we likely won’t return.

It was a family lunch, we have ordered, Lo Mein, Lunch special, Kung-pao Shrimp with rice, Spicy chicken with rice and calamari as the appetizer. They Infact took special instruction from us. The food preparation was excellent, extremly helpful server. Clean restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to the readers.

Great first time experience. The drinks were good, the environment was chill but the Sushi I ordered wasnt the best. The dynamite roll at other places is fried and the dynamite roll here wasnt so I was a little bummed. Small portions but it was decent. The brussel sprouts were amazing though, highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to this specific PF Changs for over 10 yrs, and every visit has been a five star experience. We enjoy the food and the experience of great customer service. Not to mention its always clean, just the way we like it.

Great food, good atmosphere. Usually very busy on the weekends.Arrived at scheduled time for takeout. ... Drove up to the sign and made the call. Identified which number I was at... Multiple customers went in picked up their orders.I know many business are having staffing problems. Gave them the benefit doubt and went inside. They had a steady business throughout the restaurant. Just feel it would be a better experience if they just had the customers walk in....Other than that moment delivery is always great also or sit down is more desirable.

What a disappointment. We have had some awesome meals at various PFCs throughout the years. Eating there was always a special occasion, but our visit at the Riverside, CA restaurant was saddening.The hostess, Vanessa, was curt  while she seated us at a table almost in the doorway when the place was empty and booths were available and she handed a sheet of paper with a QR Code on it for us to see a menu...but it didnt work for us. Our waiter Chris kindly found us another sheet of paper with their very limited menu.We usually order a bunch of appetizers. Todays meal consisted of Lettuce Wraps, Northern-Style Spare Ribs, Crispy Green Beans and Shanghai Cucumbers.  It was not what we fondly remember.  It was just OK; not something to write home about.Were feeling that PF Changs cool atmosphere and great food is waning. We certainly wont go out of our way to visit a P F Changs any time soon.

PF Changs Riverside - Excellent choice for take out dining during the pandemic close down.The food was Hot and Fresh and prepared as ordered and served just as described on the menu.This location was not busy when I ordered and the wait time was minimal. The order was brought out to my car and included all utensils and sauces.The server was courteous, friendly and was wearing a mask.

Its a first and last time, place is nice and very comfortable, appetizer is eh, the main course is disappointing, the most expensive item in the menu is a let down, service is okay, well im here for the food and sadly the food is such a let down, no authenticity whatsoever, really bland, its overhyped by your mainstream crowd, let down let down let down, well at least i can tell people i ate here once lol

My first visit was a couple months ago. I absolutely love the signature lo mien noodles and the magnolian beef!! These to entrees are always a must when we go here. I have been here about 5 times already.

Excellent service and food. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are. Definitely will come back. We went during lunch time and the atmosphere was very calming and the decor was tasteful.

Good service overall. The entrées are hit or miss, but the food overall is pretty good. I love the lettuce wraps, beef and broccoli is good, and spicy chicken is great. Id say a solid four stars if the portion size was better, especially given that theyre over priced.
