P.F Chang's Plaza Antea in Queretaro

As a frequent customer. I can honestly say it is a matter of luck. I have had some very good experiences and just as many bad ones. The food is always very good, as expected from a restaurant chain. However the service is another story. My last visit was a CJS Pete let down due to the bad service.

I order sushi 1.5 hour ago and its still not ready for delivery in uber eats. Its ridiculous! When I try to call, the restaurant doesnt pick up

Unexpectedly same dishes at PF Chang in the USA have different ingredients and tastes than the Antea PF Changs location.

Good decoration with ordinary class Asian flavor food. Staff work unprofessional, pour out the source and send wrong food at beginning. Pay more to the environment rather than food itself.

My last experience here left me deciding not to returnThey do not possess a printed menu and expect elderly patrons to use a scanner to be able to read it. We left and ate elsewhere.

One of my favorite food chains, Im so happy theres one located in Querétaro.

Really like the place, of course for its food but also the service.Unfortunately, it is not a place for bringing your children because there are no kids activities, entertainment nor playground.

Good commercial asian food, has different plates from various asian countries. Priced are a bit elevated, quality is good although not at excellent level. Nice lemonades. Service is attentive and nice. The seating outside is very nice, it has a great ambience.

Visited this place on a Saturday night. It is clean, the food is delicious but the prices are exaggerated. The portions are good enough to share with others so that justifies the prices a little. One thing we didnt like was the waiting time, not sure if they were understaffed but they took long to take our order.

Best chinese food in the area and our server Fernando was exceptional! He went out of his way to to be kind and courteous and was very attentive and helpful. The hot and sour soup was very good, the drinks especially the Rising Dragon had a great presentation and tasted wonderful. Fiance had sweet sour chicken and I the orange chicken was equally delicious. The dining experience actually made a rough day more pleasant. Thanks again Fernando!!

Really like PF Chang. Its not a place for intimate conversation here in Mexico. Unfortunately, especially in the evenings the music is loud. The waiters are very nice and the service , great . So all I can say is enjoy the food.

Not a Chinese cuisine lover but still had some time.. they have good menu which serves vegetarian, chicken and seafood.. we tried the veg spring rolls and the budha rolls.. was nice experience overall with the awesome staff which tried their best to speak in english and were very welcoming... recommended for a group or family outing...

Changs branch in the gourmet corner of this shopping mall, enjoy their famous lettuce tacos or some makis for entree but make room for their shareable dishes; kung pao chicken or mongolian beef are famous. Great drinks like their house lemonades, beers and wines available.$300.00Visa, MasterCard, Cash.Mind what you order, sometimes they miss ingredients.

The lighting is poor. The service is very lack luster and the food was okay. In some of the meaty dishes there was too much fat. There was a lot of people and it seemed like they were understaffed in waiters.
