A very nice place to chill, with a good swimming pool. The only problem i had is that their stuffs are a little bit expensive.

Ozome hotel experience was really not good. Lack of staff, the water in the rooms is bad. All colours. WiFi networks suck, phone networks suck, the place is clean outside but dirty inside.I think the hotel is just too big for the current management.They made us check into a room that was not cleaned. We asked for towel and toiletries severally, it never showed up.The rooms are like parlour and room and they are nice when cleaned, but most time they are left unkept.I think people that regulate hotel should go and check the place out.

Looks good and quite beautiful. Well positioned with a spacious parking space and a calm environment.

Ozom hotel is a great place to stay.I stayed here and used their hall for an event. We had guests staying in various rooms and our stay was indeed comfortable. We were given a decent discount on the rooms and staff was very pleasant.The furniture in the rooms is very lovely and room service is on point. I would say that the only issue I have with the rooms is that the bathrooms seem to be added as an afterthought, as they don’t match up to the expectation the room sets.It felt like home staying at Ozom. Thanks for a great time 👍🏾

Friendly staff and good service.Place could do with some maintenance, towels and bathrooms looked very old, inner curtains needed a washSome facilities advertised are unavailable and WiFi was slow.However they managed power outages very well and were accommodating to my my requests when possible

I was in the shower and the water stopped running,had to wait for almost 30 minutes before the water came back.The doorlock of the bathroom I was in wasbad.The rooms are small for their pricesTheir food prices are awfully expensive even though the ones are ate are nicely cooked.

Nice hotel with quiet environment.

It was so nice spending two nights at this home-away-from-home where everything works perfectly. In addition, the friendliness of the staff is so inviting. The rates are surprisingly moderate and I see no reason why I would lodge elsewhere when I return to Enugu for another meeting in November.

I was only opportuned to be at the hall of this hotel, it is an okay space. But the only issue I had was the toilet, it was nice but the smell was discouraging. Plus, the road to get to the hotel is tedious.

Pretty good, with working elevator and anti smoke alarms, the AC works pretty good and the room service are efficient too

I actually visited the pool side.it wasnt too bad and its way affordable if you want to go swimming on a hot day.

Wow, its a nice, neat hotel. Very good for relaxation and lodging. Their staff are friendly and sociable. Its located at Independence layout Enugu. Give it a trial and you will testify to it.

Theres so much to do here. I didnt have an impressive experience staying here. However, I believe that it could get better if management decides to put in the work to be better.

The environment is quiet and friendly, the hotel structure is awesome and has modern facilities. I mostly enjoyed my stay at their suite. Although I must add that the hotel wifi is very slow but every other thing was great
