Place is hard to find with a good view. Food is fancy for my taste, I’m more into Romanian traditional food, prices are spicy. If you into fancy food you might like it, if you into views you might love it … not my cup of tea and I don’t recommend this place.I order a beef soup, was tasteless with couple of beef pieces inside 🥲.Never been asked how was the food by the waitress…

Great stay, the room was beyond beautiful, the view is breath taking, spotless clean and modern.I would highly recommend it!❤❤❤

Excellent food!

The food was good overall. The service not so much (we were a table of 6): we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and one of the cocktails had missing ingredients (mint and berries). The food took longer than one hour to arrive and the waitress was in a hurry all the time forgetting things. When we asked for a straw, she said that we should be more considerate with her. After that we ordered a bottle of water and asked for two glasses that never arrived. And in the end we had to ask for the bill 2 times and wait another 20 minutes for it.Too bad, the restaurant had a lot of potential and the hotel is really nice

Amazing food, but pretty expensive

Really good food, nice view over the city from the terrace, staff was amazing, everything was perfect!!! Great place, great experience!

Nice enviorement, giod food, giid service.

Hard to find without GPS, narrow street, one way, restaurant at 5th floor, panoramic views, cheap furniture on the terrace, dirty table cloths. Food was presented ok but very salted, both mine and my husbands.

The food is delicious every time I come here in the summer. The service is very good, the personnel is friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to eat fine food in a beautiful view, be smart with your money but you can forget about your wallet sometimes. I am not trying to say that the food is very expensive, but the quality is worth the above average prices.

Wow food and nice staff

We ordered two of the most simple dishes in the menu and after waiting about 1.5hours, we asked the waitress who served us about our food. Her reaction was they did not bring it? and she was at the bar all this time, watching us. Then she added that the cook forgot about our order. In the restaurant were only 8 customers besides us. From that moment, she was more interested in canceling our order than our situation, so we stood up and left. Poor staff selection, the food doesnt matter.

What a pleasant and, gasp, unexpected surprise! The restaurant, that is. Definitely worth a drop-in visit if you happen to pass Râmnicu Vâlcea and are looking for a place to eat.

The restaurant and hotel itself was a very nice surprise. The restaurant serves very good food through fine dishes in a great atmosphere. From burgers to beef and from lamb to salmon all dishes we have tried were very well made and delicious. The deserts are very good and special. The wine selection is good as well. The prices are a bit high, but reflects the quality.

Superb place for visiting and spending quality time with the family

A really really fine restaurant, verging on the edge of gourmet with a rather wide selection of vegetarian options and also some vegan ones.We had several dishes all superb.The tagliatelle truffle was absolutely amazing, rich in flavor, cooked just right and large portion to boot.The white basmati rice was the surprise of the meal - cocked with butter and white wine. it looks so simple and plane but it is really packed full of flavor.The roof seating is very pleasant, cool breeze overlooking the city views.If you, or your date is cold, they also offer snuggle blankets :)Highly recommended

Simfonia is a very good hotel & restaurant. I stayed here for approximately 2 months. Their staff treat you as family, always smiling and ready to help. Each floor has different themes so you can choose a room as per your taste. Recommend to inform in advance while booking if you want a specific type of room.Simfonia has a dry & a wet Saunas and gym.Restaurant offers a good quality food. Breakfast is included in hotel where you can find good options. Eggs items will be cooked fresh upon request. They dont have any vegetarian items on menu as such but upon request, they specially cooked vegetarian food for me which was really good. I recommend Legume Thai (Vegetables prepared in Thai style with gravy & served with ricefor vegetarians.Very clean & hygienic place.I really enjoyed my stay here.
