Lovely room clean great facilities,tea coffee water in room, there is a kitchen you can use ,tv with firestick. Mary the host was lovely very helpful and accommodating.Would highlyrecommend this accommodation .

AMAZING...EVERYTHING you could want and need

Stayed there two weeks, Mary was warm & friendly really helpful, the room was excellent with en suite bathroom and shower, a great location with really close by, an overall positive experience

Great place, massive room

The lady is called Mary, honestly I’ve been to a lot of hotels The hospitality I was given in there was not normal.I felt at home away from home.Really clean n lovely warm.Very good I really in-house my sleep. Nice n quite That’s why I often tend to stay there.

Great place to stay, the rooms are cozy and warm with all the needed appliances, theres a kitchen available for all the tenants and many shops around the place. The landlors are extremely nice people that will welcome you in Stockton in the nicest way. Definitely approved.

Great room for the money. Family run business and has that personal feel. Sky tv, kettle with different boil settings and various beverages with plenty of milk and sugar. Stargazer lilies for decor with a desk and chair for catching up with work. Parking spaces too.Would certainly recommend

Friendly owner and nice and clean room. We booked the room with ensuite. Good sized room and was quite. Great facilities in room including sky and codiments. If ever in stockton again would definatley book again. Massive plus is its dog friendly

good place to stay， the host is really nice

Really enjoyed our 2nd stay at 26 Outram with Mary and KC.Beautifully clean with access to a kitchen for cooking our own meals. Bathrooms very well equipped with lots hot water, shampoos and cream soap.An Aldi supermarket is at the end of the road so meals and shopping easy.Finally there is a small park nearby and the River Tees is 5-10 minutes walk away with Tees barrage canoeing a 10 minute drive.

Not bad apart from there being some issue with people beneath being loud and noises till 2 am.

Lovely Air bnb visit

It was a good place for the short stay. A work in progress as it was still being refurbished. Had everything we needed for our stay plus pretty quiet too considering it was a house with shared facilities. Would happily stay here again.

It was a great place to stay for 2days. Shower is a bit disappointing but still it had great room and lovely staff.
