Service was excellent the food was good.

The interior is badly in need of an upgrade. The one in Vegas is far superior. Maybe it was the cook that day.

Took my nephew to dinner here. Unfortunately, they brought out a medium rare steak cooked well and I had to send it back. The replacement was fine. Staff was courteous, understanding and very helpful.

Very disappointed in Outback Steakhouse. Terrible food. Everything comes frozen and the cooks just warm it and toss on plate. Absolutely will never go again.

Service was excellent by Claire ( I hope I have her name right). Cheerful and upbeat and very attentive...the food was good too!!

Typical Outback. Food was good. Had the prime rib and enjoyed it. Service was slow. Servers sent more time playing in the kitchen. They were loud and rowdy, their voices carried out to the front.

Ate at the Palm Desert restaurant on Friday 10/22. I ordered ribeye steak cooked medium. I was served 1/2 inch steak, cooked med well that was 80% fat. It was very crowded, didnt have time to wait for a manager to voice my complaint. Will not go back there again, this was the second time Ive been disappointed with the food. I am visiting here, I live in another state.

This was me and my husband first time here.We thought since we both never been.It would be a great idea to celebrate our 8 year Wedding Aniversary😊Our waitress was beautiful Ms Illiana.She was spunky,fun and knowledgeable.Our food was delicious😋And the Cocktails was even better🍸We will be returning yes😎

Steaks were substandard quality and broccoli was old with dark cut marks on stems and overcooked. Service was lazy.

5 years ago I hade a sirloin steak, medium. It came back as a tough piece of rubber. Today, my son suggested we eat here. I said to myself that maybe they have improved on their cooking. Well, I was again disappointed. Not only did I get the same rubbery steak, but it was also cold because it took 40 minutes for my food to arrive. If it wasnt the concern of one waitress, we could of waited more than an hour. "Never again, Outback." Applebees has cheaper and better food with good customer service.

Very bad costumer service. My wife, son, and I arrived at 915pm for a late dinner but was denied service because they were closing in 45mins.

It was a special event “birthday” and we received good service but when the sirloin steak we ordered came we found it was rotten. Was told that’s the second time it’s happened today. No apology nothing! I understand things happen but after the second time we should received at least an apology recount something! Not happy! I do want to thank the management for not charging us for the rotten steak👍🏼

Aussome ! The Salmon was delicious. It was seasoned and cooked just right. It wasnt fishy. It was accompanied by Rice Pilaf that was moist and Broccoli that was just right. The sauces included were not overpowering or concealing anything, but complimented the meal well. Hadnt been here in years, so I wanted to try it. Will be back.

I just want to say our server, Boyd, was fantastic! So kind, hardworking, and attentive. He deserves a raise 😊

The last two trips to Outbacks have been below average. The meat looked like two pieces were put together. The restaurant smells like it needs a good cleaning.

Great prime rib. Outback is our to go place for prime rib and this was one of the best ever. Matt was our favorite server of our three week road trip. Personable. Appropriately attentive and resolved ussues with a smile. Thanks Matt for great service with a great meal.

Its okay, nothing special. Meat is usually overcooked despite pleading for med rare, lol. Service was better than in past. I recommend not sitting near bar. Its loud, tight and claustrophobic. No refills on lemonade

The appetizers are great and the food is delicious. The service was really great. Our server was Chris was right on top of what we asked for. The prices are good for what we had and I always have some Desert I take home.

Bizarre experience. Ordered 3 steaks and and none cooked as requested and one plate had side order missing. The one well done order arrived on rare side of medium. Waiter removed steak to correct leaving only potato and veg on plate returning with same steak 10 minutes later.When pointed out that full plate should have been removed and hot items redelivered he said thats what should have happened but its not the Ritz Carlton - were cheap hereWill not be back

Im not sure what happend this visit at this location but Ive been to outback often in different states and cities, its our go to. We arrived around 6ish after a 45 minute wait which is pretty normal because outback is great. We were seated and our waiter didnt even know we were there and sat waiting for someone to greet us for about 30 minutes and waited an hour for hour food. Didnt get some items we ordered. Overall food is always great but the service was the thing that left a bad taste in my mouth. I expect more when paying 150.00 for dinner.

Can never go wrong with an onion bloom and they just added a shrimp bloom lol oh my goodness great food good bread an awesome steaks for reasonable price it’s a great deal for your buck.

My family came here to celebrate my wifes birthday with our family. We had good service and food. Our server did a good job attending to our table. And the establishment was very accommodating.

My brother and I went for dinner and even though it was not crowed We decided to eat in the bar area. There were three people sitting at this huge bar so we sat directly in front of the register in front of the bartender ElaineI politely asked her for a glass of water as my brother had allergy issues and was having trouble breathing. More than five minutes passed and I could see that we were not on any ones welcoming list so I asked the bar back if he would pass me a glass of water well immediately the bartenders bionic ears opened up and she grabs two waters from the waitress station and says " wow someone has no patience" ! and she pounds the two glasses down splashing water on the bar. My brother and I look at each other with disgust and surprise like what brought on this attitude ? I then asked her what was her problem and She replied in a disrespectful manner "are You going to order anything else but water?" If someone needs water because they are ultimately chocking they should be prioritized because thats what any other establishment would do. There was a gentlemen sitting to my left that had sat down 10 min after we arrived who was completely served food and his drinks. At this point i had enough and asked for the manager whos name is Mathew stroggins. I then explained to him the situation and he was being completely disrespectful and not hearing me out, not listening to what I had to say. He replied to me with " Im sorry mister but you and your friend will have to wait just like everyone else." I was in shock by the way I was being treated All I wanted was a glass of water for my brother who was ultimately choking and still made him wait as if his health was not a priority. I feel that Elain(bartenderand Mathew(managerdo not have the proper training to carry out their daily jobs. My experience with this establishment is absolutely of the very lowest quality.

The staff was nice, but our food was cold and unenjoyable. I did let the server know but they “reheated” instead just making my food fresh. I probably will not be coming back.

We spent $111.00 for a delivery and did not get items we ordered, did not get butter with our bread and no extra dressing that we ordered, our steak ordered well done came medium rare. We called to let them know and they shoved us off to Doordash. Disappointed. You lost a regular customer.

Not busy. We were seated immediately. Attentive staff. We have used various other branches of Outback before - so were able to compare. Decor a bit tired. Could do with some cosmetic work inside. Food portions huge. Food quality good. Cost comparable with other chain restaurants. We had mushrooms & wings to start, filet & ribs plus salads for mains. No desert. One cocktail plus sodas. Check was about $100. Would certainly return to this particular restaurant.

Bone-in ribeye steak was raw on the outside (not just rare on the inside, that’s understandable!), not properly seared and unsafe to eat. It was literally completely red on the end, glossy-red raw and unseared next to the bone. Not even remotely cooked. It looked as if the end was hanging off the grill and didn’t get touched by the flame. Unfortunate as Outback used to be my favorite steak joint, and I never had any issues before. It completely ruined my belated wedding dinner gift from my in-laws who were briefly visiting from out of country.

Very dirty, old furniture and dated decor.As for the food it had its ups and downs bloomin onion was overcooked and dipping sauce was rancid.Asked for a medium rare steak to get an extra well done steak after, when the correct temp steak arrived it was a cut full imperfections and ontop of that they had added the corrected steak to the final bill. Service was pretty good beyond that.

They have the best bread-and-butter. Liked it so much we had seconds. My wife ordered the filet. She loved it. I had the sirloin and rib combo. I ate the ribs and took the steak home for lunch tomorrow. These were the best ribs Ive had in a long time.

I love a great steak and Harris has never disappointed. The first time I came here I ordered the steak diane which I wasnt crazy about but I think that was more of a function of not liking that particular dish than Harris. Ilike the feel of the restaurant and the service has always been great.

This restaurant really stepped up their game from the last time I visited. The service was amazing and very quick. The food was delicious and hot when they served it. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of service and food at Outback. It has definitely improved from the past.

This is American restaurant the food so great, nice location good ambiance, they have free bread if you want for starter, I love soup its good comfort food. The server very busy, but overall excellent service, they have wide open bar, you can sit right away without waiting. Unless if you sit in the dine in you need to wait 10 minutes or more.. usually I eat early dinner.Every body can check it out this outback steakhouse, its close everything in the business place, you can shop as well if you wanted to shop first before eat dinner, either way it is convenience. There lots of choices in their menu… enjoy and have fun guys. Hope this well help for everyone.

Took my wife and kids here for her bday and she got a New York Steak with Garlic and Butter and I got the Sorloin Steak with Sautéed Mushrooms. The kids got Steak and a Cheeseburger and everything was ready as soon as it was prepared! Quick fast and precise service and quality choice meats! Everything was superb!

I have a three for the food as it was good. Porterhouse cooked just as ordered and sides all good. Their coconut shrimp are large and plump with delicious dipping sauce. Im afraid our service was not the same. We arrived at 3 when it opened and were the first ones in our section. We watched everyone else get served seated after us ( 4 tablesto finally asked to speak to a manager. He arrived holding our food and didnt introduce himself, I had to ask if he was the manager. Yes, he said and he advised us that 50 minutes is how long it takes to cook the steak we ordered, what? He seemed genuinely bothered to be talking to us. I suggested that if it in fact takes that long they should let customers know that when they order. Guess you never been to this outback he stated and laughed. Very unprofessional. I will drive out of my way to avoid this Outback in the future.

First dine inn meal in a year due to covid, our waitress Claire was super awesome and real friendly with my child, food was good 👍

Called in (15 min prior to showing upto reserve a spot for my girl and baby and they took us to our table soon after arriving.The server was awesome, brought out a sling for our baby’s car seat.Food and service was exceptional.Thanks for the great service Outback 👌🏾💪🏾🔥

The best time to go on a Saturday is 4pm or 5pm no wait time. Service was excellent, food was so good. Steaks cooked to perfection. Our table was clean, I have nothing negative to say. We had the Victoria crown filet mignon i recommend cooked at medium topped with the garlic herb butter with the Brussels sprouts they were SO GOOD! Brussel sprouts....who wouldve thought?

We had a nice time food was wonderful . I had the Salmon with Mashed Taters and my Partner had the Bone-In-Ribeye with The Garlic Butter which was Gr8!.

For a steakhouse the chicken wings are very delicious. Everything else was good enough. They also have good sides on their menu. I enjoyed the potato soup with everything on it. And there salads help out when eating all the steak.

Where do I start? From the 25 minute wait to be seated (they had 15 tables openlight staffing? To the 30 minute wait for our appetizers(which were much smaller than usual and coldto this "awesome" and in no way misleading $39 steak/lobster combo which took an hour to come to us, my ribs came cold as well.. stale fries.. Perhaps the inattentive waiter? The restrooms are disgusting and old. So is the dinning area and seats/tables. Over the years of coming here as a quick dinner grab for perhaps somewhat "decent food" I have to say there has been a couple good times, but usually its been an utter disappointment, especially this time. Honestly, $100 not well spent. We wont be back.

After over a dozen visits, the service and staff are still the best. On special occasions, the wait can be up to an hour or so but worth getting your steaks cooked right for prices around $$$. For a chain restaurant, food is above par with a good choice menu. Families welcomed as well as couples. Bar service was good. For a mid level steakhouse, I recommend a visit.

Had a great meal turn into just a good one. One of our steaks was a lil over cooked for our liking... but that didn’t stop me from eating my half. When our server came back to check on us, we expressed how we felt about the steak. And that everything was fine. A minute or two later someone walks up to our table with no prior introduction and says is there something else I can get you, dessert or another steak. And we’re like who are you? He says he is the manager Mike. And he heard we didn’t like our steak and wanted to speak with him... we explained that it was mostly already gone and that we were just making a statement about the meal and not requesting that it be took of the bill or anything of the such..... Non the less that your the manager and just walked up to our table without a hint of politeness and not even introducing yourself. Later our server came to apologize and say that she never told him that we wanted to speak with him, just that our steak was over cooked.... She said she should’ve spoke with the other manager there.
