Outback Oasis Caravan Park - in Carnarvon, Australia
After being cheek to cheek in a park during school holidays, this place is wonderful. Lots of space on the sites and very relaxed.
Very accommodating for our needs
Good deal at the moment 3 nights 99.00
The caravan park is good & clean. All van sites are on lawn with trees separating each site. Very popular with seniors traveling for short stays or for a while longer The park has good ablutions & other facilities including a campers kitchen, swimming pool & a dump point
Yep best value in town and really it supplies everything you need. Yep it could do with a refresh but no doubt that will drive the price up. Overall we would stay again as the staff are helpful and the place is clean all the time.
Always come to this caravan park to stay when in Carnarvon. A quiet facility, well run by friendly staff. Love its amenities and cleanliness.
Great caravan park, good size parks with grass and cement slabs. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Very nice cant fault this park
Very cosi place. Small, well maintained, provides everything needed for a decent rate. Very friendly owner and staff. We stayed there even two times, on our way to and from Exmouth😉
A great find. On site cottage. Very clean and smartly appointed. Air conditioned. Basic, but everything you need. Ill go back!
We booked on the phone and checked in late. They were very accommodating and friendly.Great sites very clean facilities nice green and clean sites well looked after.Would highly recommend.
Older amenities but very clean. Spacious sites & friendly staff.
Very poor experience here. Dirty shower. Both fans were filthy. Bedroom lacked privacy due to large gap in blinds. Bedroom door squeaky. Fridge very, very noisy. Make sure you dont stay in chalet number 1.
We stayed for an overnight stay with the caravan and paid $43.Amenities were clean and also very staff. They have larger site available for big rigs.
Very clean, comfortable and neat cabins for an overnight stay with accessible parking for our trailer right near your cabin when travelling.
Its a great little park, well looked after, quiet and good amenities. Seniors discount also. Certainly recommend this lovely little park
Looks like the owners have given up. Lawns not mowed, garden beds full of weeds. The pool is behind a colour bond fence with a sign saying closed for servicing, looks like they just cant be bothered cleaning it. Maintenance shed has junk everywhere. Toilets and showers good. Could be a great park with a bit of effort.
Great park, great staff, very clean ablutions, plenty of washing machines and hanging lines
What a pleasant surprise. Grassed sites, shady trees but still able to catch the sun. Ammenties smell fresh and are neat, tidy and clean. Will be happy to recommend to others and use again.
What a great park. Staff are warm & welcoming, park is clean with grassed sites,,and-- NO DOGS. The only park in Carnarvon where you dont have to pay to live with spoilt animals and owners who think dogs have more right than people in CARAVAN ( not kennelparks. Well done OUTBACK OASIS, bouquets to you. If you are looking for a great " dog free" park, this is it.👍
Lovely and clean great overnight resting point. Friendly staff would recommend to family and friends
Fantastic place to stay .Park owner was so helpful and went out of his way to help us.Would definatley go back again.
Clean amenities, large shed with tv and tabletennis, camperskitchen. $5 to wash your car or $9 for car and caravan, yet sprinklers watering slabs all day? Lol Could use some whippersnipping or lawnmowing and overall cleanup.Pool was small and unnoticeable.
Nice little one-bedroom chalet I was in #7 has all the mod cons I needed passing through for work, TV,AC unit, hot shower, stove top, microwave, kettle, fridge and all utensils needed for cooking, very well priced and the admin were very nice and accommodating
Great stay. Bathrooms n toilets are lovely. Even got to wash motorhome for small price. Very easy going. Thanks guys!
Awesome, clean and friendly park to stay at. Nothing was too much trouble. We have a 40’ Motorhome and there was drive through bays easily big enough.Plenty of green grass, a great camp kitchen and plenty of bay space. The modern looking cabins onsite were well patronised and the overall feeling of security is great.Close by shopping and a bus stop right at the front gate complete the picture.Cheers Denis, Gabbi and Laurie.
Very good experience and happy to choose this camp for my night. Big room with lot of clean toilets and (hotshowers. Kitchen available and a big shed with TV, ping pong, poolroom. Camping place with nice grass.Nice staff. I recommend it.
We stopped here with a campervan on our trip to Exmouth. The staff welcomed us very warmly and gave us a lot of helpful information about the area and for our further journey. We had a nice and shady place close to the pool. The facilities are in very good condition. We will stay here again on our way back to Perth.
Nice and clean facilitys. Also the personal and the other guests were very friendly. It really deserve the name oasis after a long ride through the dessert😅👌
Quiet this time of year. Lovely green grass...probably a few weeds but Im putting that down to letting the grass recover before the summer holidays. Great hot showers.
Beautiful grassy spots for our camper trailers. Lovely clean amenities. Happy, helpful staff. Walk to IGA and yummy bakery with great coffee. Would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat.
Stayed in a cabin. Spacious. Air con. Own bathroom. *Tiny* TV in an awkward spot, that got very few channels, a bit fuzzy with static. Plates, cutlery, etc. Decent kitchenette really. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. Pleased.
Check in was quick and easy.We had a deal for 2 adults with p & w for 4 days for $125.00.The amenities are fresh and clean and the staff are very friendly. They had a sausage sizzle on the Friday night $2.00 each in aid of the RFDS.
Good sized grass sites. Some with concrete slabs. Clean amenities. Very quiet. Very neat park with cabins separated from the van parking area. Small pool. Helpful friendly staff. We would not hesitate in recommending this park.
We love staying here with our van on a powered site for a week or so or just passing through. The park is central, close to IGA and a number of other shops and a good restaurant within walking distance. The owners are lovely and very helpful and the amenities are very clean, the washing machine and dryers etc in good working order.
Stayed two days. Friendly staff. Grate location.Very clean condo. Room to park 4x4 and small trailer beside condo. Awesome kitchen for cooking a good feed on the road. Would stay again.
Very noisy neighbours. Lovely staff and nice grounds but the adjoining neighbours dogs barked all night and the neighbour had the loudest domestic fight I have ever heard. It went for over 40 minutes. Im surprised that the police werent called. I wouldnt recommend or stay here again.
This is a great caravan park at a very reasonable rate. Amenities are excellent and spotless, swimming pool, dump point, boom gates for security, GRASS, trees for shade. Highly recommended.
My rating is from staying in the cabins. There are some maintenance things that need attending to- broken toilet seat, leaking shower, mould, broken window and the beds- not sure how clean they are. For fellow med/high pillow lovers, pillows are rubbish. The kitchen is great! Everything to make a meal.
Could be a good place but apparently having few beers after 11 on saturday night is disrespectful. So if you are an old grumpy australian its the perfect place for your boring stay. We got kicked out at the morning with few minutes to pack up our stuff while the owner were insulting us. Never saw this kind of disrespectful behaviour towards me in Australia. Sad to see that the owners cannot handle and discussion with respect instead of talking to us like we were dogs. Shame on them to disgrace the usual Australian welcoming. To avoid if you enjoy life, except if you love turn other people in because they having fun while you have a boring life.
Love this place! Really nicely maintained and equipped, compact and clean Chalets and grounds. Laundry & Camp kitchen available. Reasonable Rates. Short drive to town.
Loved their recreational room! Free pool, table tennis, darts! Definitely best camping amenities I have seen so far (11000km around Australia), the bathroom felt even kind of luxurious!
Great place. Toilet blocks best we have seen on this trip (12,000kmsso clean and modern. Huge games shed with pool & table tennis tables. Big screen TV and DVD player. Separate camp kitchen with all the gear. Pool up the back for the warmer months. Close to town.
Beautiful clean park . Immaculate grass sites and laundry area. Good camp kitchen (sausage sizzle Fridayhuge games room ,bingo, fitness classes. Very well run park.
Booked in for a week but after first day booked another week. Beautiful park with drive through sites and newly renovated ablutions. Very reasonable prices. Sausage sizzle on Friday nights with profits going to the RFDS.
Take care on the way to the toilet at night or you might lose an eye on someones washing line. And whatever you do, dont suggest they move it.Also didnt appreciate someone dumping their toilet in the ladies loo and washing it in the laundry sink
Very happy with our stay. Large grassy site. Friendly staff. Spotless Amenities. The pool needed attention.Stayed 3 nightsQuiet park at the right price. Would recommend
The cabins were tidy and were of a comfortable spacious sizing. The common room was cool with pool, ping pong, and darts and the pool was clean and warm. We needed the place for an emergency stop and the staff were so friendly and helpful and got us The cabin we needed right away.
This is the 3rd time weve stayed here and have left happy each time. The 2 bedroom units are comfortable, well appointed and clean. The beds are comfy and the pillows are pretty good too. The price is really great, considering some of the dodgy places weve stayed at along the NWC Hwy that cost more than this did.
Just arrived to the park, was greeted by a very friendly lady named Vicki in reception. We have travelled from Adelaide to Darwin and down the West Coast, and have not found a park with the customer service we have experienced here.Wonderful clean ammenties block. Good Camp Sites.Good Quiet Park.
