Found this little treasure of a cafe the other day. Friendly staff, great gluten free options and a nice, cozy little place. Perfect spot for a quick coffee and bite to eat!

Tasty little Brazilian cafe.The feijoada was delicious and well proportioned and the chicken Prato feito was also scrumptious.Cafe has a great chilled and welcoming vibe and the staff are super friendly!

Staff are lovely and my eggs bene was the best I have ever had. Perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise and plenty flavour in the potato hashes. Great atmosphere

My partner had the carbonara, and I had scrambled eggs on toast! The portions were very generous, and the food tasted brilliant! The coffee was lovely, and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming! Would defo go again :)

Ours Cafe has a wonderful vibe. Annie and her team are so warm and welcoming. The food is yum with a variety of traditional cafe brunch options and some South American dishes and cabinet food. Yummy sweat treats too! Something for everyone. And the coffee is my favourite on the Mount High Street. A very friendly place to eat, drink and chill.

Just grabbed a takeaway hot chocolate and apple pie and it’s was perfect! Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Food looked great! Thanks guys ♥️

Highly recommend- the food was beautiful and authentic and there were multiple efforts from at least three different staff members to check in and make sure we felt welcomed. Real hospitality is increasingly hard to find but it is celebrated here. Obrigada!

Looking at the reviews and saw the owners post in a customer comment.I think being an owner you should not be angry about customer feedbacks, in fact you should be learning from the mistakes you make. But the owners comment was totally mental, he was talkimg about the customer education and background , i think this is a humiliation to the customer. Customer pay for the service and they have right to give the feedbacks, instead of fighting with customer in comments i think the owner should have managed in a nice way so the customer feel motivated to come again.. but i think bcoz of the way the owner made comment he lost many of the customers.. i love brazilian food and music but if the service is like this plus the rude behaviour of the owner i wouldnt even think to go to this restaurant... i think the owner has the same brazilian education as the brazilian customer, as the owner was humiliating the customer regarding his brazilian education in the public. otherwise he would have handled it very politely and professionally...

Amazing food had the eggs bene and curry with fish and prawns and iced coffee was soooo good, staff were super friendly, would def recommend to anyone :)

Lovely vibe in this cafe, run by a friendly young couple. I enjoyed my date scone, and the coffee was excellent! There was a nice option at the till to "pay it forward" with a coffee purchase if you wanted to. Ill definitely be back!

Amazing food and friendly staff! We had the feijoada (so good!And the pastel (mince). It was delicious!! We ended up going back for coffee and desert, which were also great! I would definitely go back there and I really recommend it!!

We brought our wee pup along for his first cafe visit here, and the staff were an utter delight, both for us and him. The food was delicious, and we left full and welcomed.

The owners are south American and make a banger of a bean juice, scones also are very good. Coffee and scones are a hobby of mine so I know.

Coffee was good, customer service was wonderful and the breakfast was nice but the price didnt match the quantity. We felt it was a bit over priced.

My favourite cafe in Mount Maunganui. The staff are so kind, welcoming and attentive. They take an interest in their customers and know us by first name which is really special! Great food and coffee too - Henrique makes an amazing flat white :)

The food was not good at all so as the service. We had to wait one hour to get simple egg Benedict. This place is over rated, not recommended.In regards to your response: I think you must’ve had other people with the same issues as I never went to the counter or complained. I ate the food and didn’t say anything to you or your team.

The food is delicious, the staff are always super friendly and go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Acai bowls 10/10 and the best in Tauranga! We have been here heaps of times and standard is always the same :you won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous little Cafe. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They assisted a disable wonanenter and again when leaving and the same with me with my grandson in his pram. Food was delicious and great coffee. Highly recommend. Good role models for catering services.

With Kiwi and Brazilian fare, Ours Cafe gives you the option of having your trusted favourite brunch or something alittle different. Dont leave without trying their Pao de queijo - they are delicious. Shout out to their superb hospitality. If your looking for a new regular coffee spot in the area - this is the place!

I had high expectations because of the amazing reviews, so not sure if it was just an unlucky day for the chef.My poached eggs were rather soft boiled eggs and completely overcooked, and the mushrooms could have been cooked for a bit longer in my opinion.Shame, the staff is so lovely and the rest of the menu sounded good.

The coffee always is good here. The Aacai bowl was frozen and the Cesar salat salty. The original Brazil dishes are the best.

Amazing cafe in Mont Maunganui. For brazilians visiting, they have pão de queijo, açaí, coxinha, and much more. If youre in Mount, you must go on this cafe.

Some of the best food in Tauranga, their Brazilian food is authentic and their breakfast options are amazing. Lots of healthy options and incredible service, definitely worth a visit.

Whats on my mind, well time for more reviews of the coffee scene, its been a while. First off is "Ours Cafe" at the Mount, Owners from Brazil, decaff Latte is now stronger, creamy and satisfying, staff lovely, relaxing decor, tables cleaned regularily, the food is beautiful, lots of organics, Eggs Bene takes the top city position, Crispy toast, perfect poached eggs and I do mean perfect, crispy lean bacon. Whole experience heavenly.I recommend this establishment to you as your local Google Guide. Try it soon, slightly more expensive but the quality is there. Make Ours...Yours.

The breakfast was really yummy with light fluffy toast. But the service was wonderful! The staff knew the area well and answered all my questions about the area and how to get to different places!

This cafe is very open, bright and welcoming. It gets super busy in the summer but the air con is amazingWe had the granola with honey and poached pear and the big breakfast.The granola was good but the honey was already added and I found it very sweet. There wasn’t really anything special about the big breakfast. It was pretty standard, but my partner was not a big fan of the cashew capsicum butter.The coffees were good, choice of sparkling water is always good and the staff were very friendly
