Bei Reservierungen online muss man explizit angeben, wenn man draußen sitzen möchte, sonst sitzt man mit Reservierung auch bei 30 Grad im Keller.

We had the all you can eat ribs. Everything was amazing! Great homemade lemonade as well.

Wollten schon lange Spare Ribs essen gehen und sind durch die hervorragenden Bewertungen dort eingegehrt. Wir hatten zu zweit die BBQ Party Platte und es war der Hammer. Exelenter Geschmack und super Gewürzt, sowohl die Wings wie die Ribs...und ja wir hatten zu Zweit zu kämpfen die Platte zu schaffen, was auch gelang. Großes Lob an Küche und dem Service die trotz vollem Hause sehr Aufmerksam und zügig die Bestellungen gebracht haben. Dankeschön für den sehr schönen Abend bei Euch und wir werden bestimmt wieder vorbei schauen...

Waren gestern zu Acht im Our Place, wurden freundlich empfangen und haben auch sehr schnell die Getränke bekommen.Dann ging es los, dass große fressen !Nach 15 min ist die erste Platte gekommen und wir haben reingehauen.Das Essen war der Hammer der Service ebenso.Immer wieder gerne, danke für den schönen Abend !

Overall both money and food wise its a good place to dine out. My wife and I ordered the grill plate for two and we ended up taking quite a bit home. Excellent service, food and prices.

Best burger in Middle-Franconia outside the USA.Also good, that the ribs have nothing to hide -> bbq-sauce is on the side ;-)

The food is amazing!We had the bbq platter with three different kinds of meat and chicken wings and all of it had great flavour and was tender. 🤤 The coleslaw tasted freshly made and the sauces compliment the food really well. We also had the homemade lemonade which was also good.Big plus is the building with the wooden beams and the comfy cellar which has a lot of seating as well.Of you want good, tasty food and especially meat, come here. We were blown away and will come again 😊

Amazing food, drinks, staff, service and place. Highly recommend this place for your BBQ Cravings, rib platter, ribs were packed with meat and very tender fall off the bone incredible smoky flavor bbq sauce was not over powering and not to sweet, the sampler appetizer come with a little bit of everything and all of them were great. They do have a kinder menu. Kinder hot dog plate was huge. Family friendly you get bar vibes but they are family friendly.

One of the best meat-lover restaurants. Spareribs were delicious. Not too sweet not too smoked. Pulled pork burger was hot 🔥🌶 but very delicious. Luckily the refreshing beer was by my side to assist me finish eating it. The quality of food was very good and pommes were delicious too.In conclusion we were 4 people that had a great time, a belly full of delicious food, some extra spareribs to take away because we couldnt handle them all and our wallet was still half full. Definitely will recommend and Ill go again.

My family and some friends went to "Our Place" last weekend 2 November 2019. We ordered food and drinks for about €200--all together we were 6 adults.My son and I ordered the dry aged, Tomahawk Steak for 2 persons @ €75. and order it "well done." The waitress brought it out, it was medium well, so we called her over and requested to have it cooked a few minutes more.When we informed her, she questioned us as if we couldnt see the meat was still medium so I opened up the cut we made and showed her. Then she nodded and said, "it still needs a few minutes on the grill."After taking it back to finish cooking, It finally arrived, done well and tasted great!!Now, if this were a normal restaurant and they needed to practice cooking steaks, Id understand and would be a bit more understanding about the issues.But "Our Place" cooks steaks, burgers, ribs and wings all the time-its your daily bread, so to speak!So, getting the customers order right, shouldnt be difficult.Now, as we all sat down and started ordering food and drinks, one of my guests ordered after we ordered the big steak, and ordered a burger, but wanted the chili cheese fries, instead of the regular fries.The waitress simply replied to my guest, "no, you cant do that, its not possible."Now, all in all, the experience at "Our Place" in Fürth Germany was good, up until that point.First off, when you have a customer come in and are ordering something on your menu, you may opt to charge them a bit more for the upgrade to their menu, or you are cordial and give it to them for free as a substitution. Especially with such a big food order!!BUT YOU NEVER TELL YOUR CUSTOMER "NO!"This type of poor customer service tells your customer "you being our customer and having a great experienced does not matter, because you as our customer do not matter." Sorry, but theres no excuse for this type of behavior and its from poor leadership and training of the staff.Im taking the time to write this review, because this type of poor customer service has became the "trend" and is also a reason many restaurants and fast food places get so many bad ratings and yelp reviews. Furthermore, its also why many businesses today are losing customers and are going out of business. Think about that.Now, as a business, you may have excess condiments or straws, but you do not have excess customers and your certainly dont have excess customers spending €200 or more at a sitting!I do not blame the young lady who served my friends, my family or myself.I blame the leadership at "Our Place"....or perhaps the lack there of in the business.You can look at the tickets, we reserved at 20:00pm and sat on the lower level, to the right of the bar at the 1st table. Used to be good tasting quailty. Nowadays low quality and too many guest waiting too long for their food especially when having a u can eat. Sad but during my last vistis in the past 7 years the reastaurant went from 4 to 1 (0stars.

Being American on extended visit ..Our Place BBQ was a nice reminder of BBQ back home.

Nice place with an American vibe and friendly staff. I had the ribs. They been the best Ive ever had. Just great and the bbq sauce, amazing. Totally recommend!

Nice funny place for a dinner with friends

My last visit at Our Place in Fürth was great. There were five of us and we got a big table. The service was really fast so we got our first drinks very quickly. The waiters were very polite ans sympathic. We all had different meals which came nearly at the same time and no one had to wait to eat together. The taste of the meals was delicious and had a good smokey flavour like barbecue should be. The waiters regularly checked in on us. In summary, I can fully recommend Our Place.

This place is so good I can highly recommend. If youre looking for a good Baby Back Ribs then this is a good one. Bufallo wings too was beyond my expectations. Cocktail was also superb and the price is commendable. I gave only 4 stars because i dont like so much the Spare Ribs.

Mega Service Mega ribs

Unfortunately the worst experience ever in a restaurant worldwide. A pleasant Sunday evening with friends turned in a disgusting nightmare. First negative impact as soon as I arrived was about the location and the hygiene. Our table in the outside area was next to a "Service table" where all the dirty dishes have been stored (at least from the afternoon according to the amount), before being prepared for the dishwasher. You can imagine in a hot summer evening the smell and all kind of insects flying around. Drinks and starters OK, but then when the steaks landed on our table it was the beginning of the end. All 3 Rib-eyes we ordered had a disgusting smell and a very strong taste. At the beginning I gave it a try to eat (seasoning was strategically A LOT and super strong, coat of black pepper), but then we stopped to eat and I went to the kitchen asking to see the meat we were eating. At a first glance the Chef said that he finished the Rib-eyes and had nothing to show me. He proposed me immediately to take the steaks back offering us something else. He did not want neither to smell our steaks. I rejected this offer asking once more to see the meat, how does it look like, how is stored, how does it smell... And he found a pre-cut steak in a plastic box. He opened it and told me "I know the smell is really strong, but this is what the director left me to cook and he is not here currently”. Receiving such an answer there was really nothing to do – except calling the Health Authority – so we agreed to cancel the Steaks from our bill and that would have been the end of our dinner. I came back to the table and the waitress started kidding saying that we left the steaks cause we as Italian are not able to appreciate the good meat (no comment). Suddenly the waiters disappeared and after 5min went back all together (Chef included). One smelled my meat – the only dish remained on the table – and told me that the smell was normal, typical of that kind of meat. It was not, believe me. It is not polite to say, but that Rib-eye was really stinky like garbage. In the end we left the restaurant, sad because should have been a pleasant dinner and disgusted for the meat. 3 Rib-eyes (250gr / 29.90€ eachhave been cancelled from the bill. A Rump-steak of my friend was acceptable, and the Burgers of other 2 friends were below the average. I had that awful taste in my mouth for all the next day. No pics available because there was nothing nice to be captured.

Highly recommend this place.Its a bit pricy but so worth it. Fresh nice food and massive portions.On Mondays All you can eat.

Its a nice place for burgers and spareribs. I would recommend to get a seat in the cellar, which is quite stylish.
