Fairly nice one night stay

급하게 하룻밤 지내기 위해 늦은 밤에 찾아왔던 호텔. 안락하고 컨디션 좋은 방과 간단한 조리가 가능한 부엌. 그리고 따뜻하게 유지되고 있는 건물 내부. 너무 좋았습니다. 사장님 친절하세요.

Very nice, well kept, disegn fornuture... but also very expensive wrt to other alternatives. Needed to leave shoes at entrance of building and not entrance of apartment... quite strange and not easy if you carry family luggage alone from parking on the second floor if price is ok, the interior will not let you down. Our children jumped a bit and owner came immediately to reproach: correct but feeling was fsmilues not as welcomed as adult only. Which is steange when you rent a 6 bed apartments Bonus: washing machine to wash clothes on the go.

I loved staying here a couple of nights to dodge some Icelandic weather. The owner Gunnar was hilarious (very dry sense of humourreally helpful and friendly, as is his daughter Isabella (apologies for any misspelling). The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. Great history to the place too, reflected partly in the photos in our room one depicting Gunnars father on a small whaling vessel in the fifties.

Sehr schönes Gästehaus, zentral in Akureyri. Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. Schlafraum, Wohnraum und eigenes großes Bad - alles schön modern und sauber. Auch die Gemeinschaftswaschräume und die Küche sind tip top. Der Eigentümer wohnt auch im Haus und war sehr freundlich. Vorbehaltlose Weiterempfehlung!

Everything is new, perfectly clean, quiet, and the host is very nice ! We highly recommend this guesthouse :The bed is awesome. After 5 days camping, Im glad we found this very nice place to rest in the heat. Thank you !

A nice hostel right in the heart of Akureyri. From many times there is sea view but there is a large construction pit right infront of the accommodation so the sea view wont be forever. Kitchen is well equipped but doesnt have an oven. Bathrooms are clean

Wunderbarer Hotel mit dem Blick auf Hafen und Berge. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Sauber und schön eingerichtet.Wenn man Vorort bucht, dann kriegt man Rabatt (einfach fragen).Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Great service and great room. The owner was awesome! The room was very cute and modern. The shared kitchen and restroom was nice and had everything we needed. The owner helped us get our car out of the snow after the snowstorm. He’s a hero!..haha definitely one of the better places we stayed at this Iceland trip. I will be back.

Buena habitación. También disponía de una buena cocina a compartir. Los lavabos compartidos también estaban muy bien cuidados y limpios. La ubicación no estaba mal, podías ir andando a la zona de restaurantes y tiendas. Aparcamiento fácil junto al hotel. El check-in/out podría mejorar. No había nadie que nos atendiera ni en persona ni por teléfono.

Очень хороший гостевой дом практически в самом центре Акурери. Все бары и магазины в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рядом потрясающая церковь. Хозяин весёлый и с юмором. Номера уютные и чистые, у нас был с видом на залив. Большая кухня и хорошая ванная комната.

Overall nice place! Nothing really to complain about and definitely appreciated the washing machine.

We spend 2 days with my mum and sister and it was really perfect . The owner is someone really nice with full hospitality. This guesthouse has big bedroom and bathroom and especially kitchen with everything ( the owner let for you coffee , tea, suggar ,salt and pepper free. ). Really it s nice place . So don t hesitate 😊

Habitaciones limpias y funcionales, lugar acogedor y muy cerca del centro de Akureyri. El hombre que lleva la guesthouse era muy majete y bromista. Con la oferta de Booking nos salió bien de precio. Recomendable.

We had the apartment for 8 pax on the top floor - tiring climb with luggage. There was only one bathroom in the apartment but this seemed to be the norm in Iceland. Equipped kitchen and washing machine in the apartment which were great. Not all the radiators in the apartment worked though. Good location with easy access to shops and eateries.

Great value for this price, everything is VERY clean and tidy, I mean extraordinarily clean, I havent stayed in such a clean hostel ever before. For Iceland the price they charge is really low price and its fair, because as a young traveller you dont have that much money and its nice if you can go without spending a fortune and still have a comfortable bed (yes, you have actual BEDS in this hostel, not some old shaky bunk beds like in many other hostels).The kitchen is also very good, I was missing a stove, but then again you have free tea/coffee which is awesome.The staff/owner is very nice as well. (Verylate arrival was no problem at all, I sent an email and they responded within an hour, arranged everything for me and I had a warm and cozy bed waiting for me after a very long and tiring drive.Bathroom / restroom is very clean as well, you also have a sink in the room, which is nice, so you dont have to go to the bathroom to shave/brush your teeth.Really appreciated the hospitability.10/10 would recommend!

La struttura è grande, e abbiamo avuto un po di problemi con il bagno in comune per via del rapporto non ottimale tra numero di camere e numero di bagni. Però le camere sono nuove e molto pulite, e il gestore molto disponibile. Attualmente ci sono lavori in corso proprio di fronte, per cui la vista dalla nostra camera era su un cantiere, ma normalmente sarebbe sul fiume. Struttura comunque consigliata, a parte il discorso del bagno.
