Its pizza, nothing amazing but its not awful.

This place is reverting to what it used to be! Ive ordered here twice in the past few weeks and have had a very positive experience both times.For starters, the person on the phone didnt sound stoned, and has provided accurate cook times and totals as Ive placed my order. The person running the register has been alert, courteous, and acknowledges customers. A welcome change from a year or so ago. The inside also looks a bit cleaner and whatever the cause of the perpetual wet floor sign was, its apparently been fixed.The food itself WAS ACCURATE. Many reviews in the last few years have mentioned this and I had experienced it myself. Im pleased to say this seems to have been remedied! The pizzas have been generously topped and perfectly cooked. The chicken was also very good.I assume there was either a change in ownership or management that happened and it has all been for the better. If youre considering ordering but reluctant due to some of the past few years Ill encourage you to give this place another shot.

Every time it is a hassle. Everything is either out of stock or not what I ordered at all. It absolutely absurd. I would not recommend this establishment as your go to eatery.

I have ordered from them online many times. They have never gotten the order right.I stopped getting food from them for a while.I ordered from them Friday April 5. They called and told me that three of the four things I ordered where out of stock. So I canceled my order.Now it is Tuesday April 9 and I still have not gotten a refund for my order.It took them two seconds to take my money but havnt gotten it back to me and now they wont answer my calls

Ordered a tenderloin and fries online. But it came with onion rings instead. And when I called and asked why that was they told me they was out of fries. They shouldve called and asked if that was ok because I dont like onion rings. Plus the tenderloin and rings was over cooked and cold. Wont be ordering from here anymore.

Best vegetable pizza I have ever eaten. Good setting for enjoying friends and enjoying good food. The service is also very good and staff are friendly.

Ive been ordering from here for 5-6 years. I generally order the same thing, a large Amour-za with hot sausage and mixed olives. Ive never had a problem till this year. All of a sudden, Ive been told it doesnt come with hot sausage. And that its always been that way. And tonight I was told that it only comes in a medium at the biggest. I live 5 minutes from the location. But always takes 45-50 minutes minimum for delivery. It used to take 10-15 minutes ordering in the location. Now its taking up to 30-35 minutes. Tonights the last time I will be ordering from here.

This used to be really great - one of my favorites.The last two times were a disaster. First, they delivered a desert pizza w/o the cream cheese but gave me $3 back as compensation for a pizza that wasnt worth eating. Last time they delivered, the pizza crust was unbelievably irregularity shaped and the bottom was covered in a combination of flour and, what I assumed was, burnt flour or crust crumbs. Never going back.

We really enjoyed the calzones, and our teenage son liked the seafood pasta dish that he ordered

Part of our taco pizza tastes like someone drizzled cologne on it!!!! Wash your hands and dont wear smelly stuff when making your pizzas!

3rd update....finally got my pizza. open it up and husband got his. i open mine and can you believe it was the WRONG pizza. Guy that answered said let me look and yep your rifht it was suppose to surpreme. I said ya it was and he hugged and said guess when driver comes back we can make a new send it out. I told him no nevermind forget it I hung...uugh...beyond furious.....2nd Update...... it has been 2hrs and Ive called twice now. I was told the driver was on his way he made another stop and it took him longer than expected. What the heck....who runs this business.....at this point Im beyond ticked off and requested a credit and gave me $5 off order...really?.... We are staying in Ottumwa due to a benefit and got to our hotel and ordered 2 stone pizzas. An hour and a half later I called and was told they forgot to turn the oven on. Wouldnt you think someone could of gave a courtesy call or at least have some sort of credit? Not good for customer service. I know people have bad nights but I should of at least been contacted.

Been waiting 2 plus hours for pizza finally gets here and order is wrong.Its not rocket science fellas its pizza if I did my job like that Id be fired SMH.......

This is the first time ive ever ordered from this establishment and I must say,we were very pleased. We had our order delivered and everything arrived piping hot. Very good pizza and chicken. Will definitely order again. The delivery person was very friendly as well.

The pizza is great, make sure to get the butter crust.

6-17-18 8:30 pm Sean asked to take my order, but didnt sound like he really wanted to. I ordered 8pc. Family meal, mashed potatoes and gravy as the 2 sides. He told me the total & said itd be 45 min. When I didnt respond he asked if i needed something else, I said yes I need to pay for it. An hour later it arrived & after tip was just under $31. Did not get the 4 biscuits. Potatoes were barely warm, had to heat up in microwave. Both gravies were only 1/2 full. Got 3 legs, 3 thighs and 4 wings none looked or tasted freshly cooked. Beyond extra crunchy, too hard to chew. Worked 10 hours that day, this was to be Fathers Day supper for family and it was horrible and expensive. Ordered Caseys pizza 15 minutes after getting it. Will not be ordering from there again. Couldnt post without a star

All of this food is honestly awful. I’d compare it to bowling alley level, although a bowling alley pizza would have been better. Not only the pizza but also the breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks. Complete waste of $25.

Kept getting hung up on says store closes at 11pm no one would take an order between 10 and 1030pm.

Waited over an hour for our food, place seemed unclean, and everybody that ate there is now sick (February 2018)

One of the better tasting pizza places in town. Still love their pizza crust and their pepperoni taste better than other pizza places in Ottumwa. Would have given 5 stars however over the years their bread sticks have changed, they used to be very full fluffy soft and baked to golden deliciousness.. Sadly they are now very thin deflated bread sticks and a bit like biting into pale pieces of cardboard... and no the salad bread sticks are not great either.

The food is great....if the staff gets your order right. The owner is a wonderful man, and the drivers are great...but the weekend staff has messed our orders up four times in a row now. And when you all to have it corrected, they are SUPER rude. Love the food, but its getting to the point that it is not worth the money or the hassle of dealing with rude people.
