Excellent Italian restaurant rather expensive but good quality food

Terrible.The food was bad - the fish was served raw!It took soooooo much time between corses.Waste of money - find another restaurant!

Excellent old school Italian restaurant, service was impeccable.. very professional , Amadeo on the floor make you easy and happy to enjoy the time there .. food it’s so good , perfect temperature points , tasty mix flavours … it was a fantastic meal . 💯 recommended

Absolutely delicious food and service! The server composed the menu for us, around 5-6 dishes and they were all super! Of course this makes the food quite expensive, but I think it was worth it none the less.

Simply the best

I dine a lot in fancy restaurants and I appreciate good quality of food but this I nothing without the soul that the owner and the staff pull in. I was fairly disappointed though when celebrating my birthday there. Bread was at best average but the waiters were really attentive. When we decided to not go for the menu we sort of got dropped. Portions were mini and startes were also not exciting.The main was great but too small to feed anyone. The staff was aware that we had a twin birthday to celebrate and they completely ignored that. After a large bill we didnt even get a limoncello or the occasional grappa on the house. For a restaurant of this price level and especially when you claim "its about love" as your slogan I would have expected that they walk the talk.

Delicious food, outstanding service, great wines and Negronis too! Just tell the chef if you have any food restrictions and he will prepare the best for you. I love this place

Food is quite good, service was good as well, its an upscale place so for personal meetups would be too expensive. Good for business meetings.

Lovely atmosphere during a highly congested Bauma season. My first time here and the food was tasty. Only reason not a 5-star rating was because of slightly slow service

Food was good! We feel completely taken as we told the waiter that the 4 of us wanted to eat light. He ended up bringing us 6 small courses and the bill was $325.We were recommended here by our hotel- Beyond by Geisel. I should have asked but felt the waiter knew what he was doing!! We told the hotel this so they could follow up with the restaurant.Big lesson to always ask how much!!

Nicely located, friend staff, good food - you cant go wrong here except for being slightly heavy on your wallet.

Poor Performance. Expensive wines, menu not printed, only on mobile boards . Pasta served too hot and tasteless. I can‘t recommend this Restaurant.

So tasty and friendly staff, they dont have English menu but they speak English very well and translate the menu for us.I like it and i will come back soon to try another dishes❤️

Classical italian place. We had fish which was good, and a nice tiramisu for dessert.The waiter was quite sassy and very attentive. The only bad part about the place is that the service was quite slow, we spent quite a lot of time waiting.

Authentic italian restaurant, warm welcome, nice dining area. Clean and fresh flowers on rables. Waiter (Amedeowas great and attentive. Most of the dishes are delicious.

Fabulous Italian food in a well hidden Munich gem! Service may have been perceived to be slow by some but I thought it was well paced for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Excellent Italian wine selection but the highlight was still the marvelously prepared and presented food. Looking froward to my next visit to Munich when I will dine again at Osteria der Katzlmacher.

Fantastic Italian food very close to the center of Munich. Dont let its proximity to the Hofbrauhaus scare you off. A bit expensive.
