Small paradise on the earth very nice view, excellent service & helpful workers 👍
Awesome hotel with direct access to a pristine beach. I loved my stay here, its a simple hotel but it has everything you need for a good time.I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Turk. Also the reception Lady was very nice and helpful. 10/10
Great food and atmosphere. We had the grilled fish and jerk pork chop - so good! Service is great.
Overall "a good spot" as it has a lot of locals here, 1st class beach, great food (3 times a dayand super clean rooms.Very good "vibe" and pleasant people visiting and working here. Also, its within 100 yards of blue water and grand turks dive shops so it is "hooked up" super convenient. Its a bit pricey but a solid choice IMO.
I forgot my smart watch and they sent it to the Boat, an excellent place and the best view and access to the sea that you can never imagine.....
Bird Cage Bar & Grill was excellent for lunch!! They have a great menu of items to pick from. The kitchen is busy, so if can place your order ahead of time then do so. We had the Island Style Fish (salt water fish in tomato based sauce), Blackened Pork Chops, and Chocolate Rum Cake and everything was flavorful and yummy!!
Booked in hotel for a week whilst on island , had double room for myself, more than enough room for two , and my patio doors opened onto a white sand beach , which was so quiet, absolutely best located room ever , bar and restaurant overlooking beach sea and you view all cruise ships as they call into island , I cant think of a better located hotel in the Caribbean area five stars
AC very noisy. Beach just steps away. Sunsets are glorious!
This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was all warm and welcoming. The snorkeling off the beach was fun. Our room had a spectacular ocean view with a spacious deck, including Adirondack chairs and an umbrella. Food was all good. Service excellent. When we had a problem, it was promptly dealt with.
Ate at the restaurant and it was charming and delicious. Had the Lobster Alfredo, which was to die for.Wait staff was personable and charming. There were 11 of us, do the meal didnt come all at once, bit nobody was disappointed.
Way back in 2006, I was an employee on a cruise ship. I missed my ship at Grand Turk and had to stay the night on the island. I stayed at this hotel in a room on the beach and I absolutely LOVED it. I was super freaked out over my predicament (left behind on an island, amirite?), but my stress was eased by my stay here. Glad to see it is still in operation! Thank you!
We only ate dinner there. It was good but the service was on island time. It was worth the wait.
Food was average at best. Service was good, view was great, bathrooms were clean
We have been for lunch time with friends...it s perfect even for kids.. awesome location in the beach where the colour of the sea are amazing...the food was delicious.. lobster local fish...nice wine list and very friendly staff!!!
Only went for dinner after a walk through town but the dining area and courtyard located seaside is very nice. The food was good and I recommend the key lime pie. Photo is the view from our table.
Had a great time here! Beach is absolutely beautiful, exceptional customer service, great food and lovely environment. Majeour the waiter is a great person. Would definitely come back!
Lovely view and great character in the rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly.
During our 10 days on Grand Turk we ate here 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it... Every keeps speaking of the high restaurant prices, but I thought that that were extremely reasonable. Excellent food and drink, I would highly suggest that get on the next plane and enjoy this wonderful island...
Unparalleled beach front views. Easy. Great service. Authentic beach front views.
Good place great views right on the beach. no TV and intermittent wi fi
Great place with a beautiful view of the afternoon sunset. Good service, good food, great social environment to meet interesting new people whether guests or local.
Clean, comfortable with king bed and plenty of pillows. Stayed with kitchenette and made good use of toaster, microwave, dishes, fridge and coffee maker. Had to request the coffee to be restocked and we never did get more sugar. The restaurant organization was horrendous and seating was insufficient. If you didnt make reservations in advance you were out of luck even as a hotel guest. This is further complicated by the lack of decent restaurants. Thankfully the food truck is only a block away and has far better food!!! By a long shot!Housekeeping is fantastic! The room was immaculate everyday.Dove with Oasis and the walk each morning was less hassle than expected.I think Osprey could do so much better communicating information to guests: Where restaurants are located, when special meal dates or closed dates are during the week, where the grocery stores and bodegas are located... be a friend and asset to your guests. Why do I have to ask for everything? Be proactive and think about what you want to know about a new place!Thank goodness for the constant breeze and the windows on each end of the room. The AC was loud and barely made an impact. We ended up just leaving the windows open 24 hrs a day. We felt very bad for the room next door without east side windows that forced them to leave their door open most of the time to get ventilation.
Didnt stay at the resort, only visited the restaurant. Nice location right on the beach in Cockburn Town. We went on a Sunday and it was moderately crowded. The service was a bit slow but the food was good. Not cheap but considering the location and the fact that everything on Grand Turk is expensive we still had a pleasant evening and found it to be a good value.
Lovely staff. Wonderfully laid back. Beautiful sunsets. The dive boats and the whale watching boats pick you up straight off your beach.
Beautiful quaint hotel. Courteous staff, beach access, ocean views, and a great restaurant on property. Take advantage of the BBQ on Wednesdays and daily happy hour specials. WiFi and cable are not reliable but thats ok as there are ample areas to grab a book and read or enjoy the views.
Excellent hotel. Low key yet clean and well organized and probably the best food in town (I saw a lot of locals enjoying it).
Very comfortable accommodations. Friendly dining room staff... the Jamaican waitress is the best! How warm and responsive she is.
We did not stay here, but only ate dinner and it was the only bad experience we had on the island. Reviews were good so my wife and I thought we would try it out and it was anything but. The rum punch should have been called just punch, as it was sweet with no hint of alcohol whatsoever, unlike other rum punches we had everywhere else. The red wine was served ice cold, and tasted like it had sat out all day before being put into the freezer. We watched as our food was brought in from outside in takeout boxes and plated in front of us and then served. The “sautéed” veggies were steamed and plain and the fried plantains were 90% batter and tasted like stale potato chips. We split our dish and left probably more than half before deciding to get up and leave. We then went to the grocery store to buy $1 boxes of mac and cheese gor dinner. This meal was a waste of money and I only am giving it one star because google doesnt allow zero stars.
My friends and I stopped here for lunch. It has a great covered patio with a view of the ocean. The menu is simple and wont break the bank. I had the chicken club sandwich and it was around $15. They also have one of the best Happy Hours and bbq days on the island. Definitely one of the best places to be from 5-7pm.All in all I would recommend checking this place out.
Were didnt stay here but ate BBQ there and the food and service were both good
Great little hotel with nice pool, good bar, great food for breakfast and dinner. Best, of course, is the beach right in front!Rooms are neat and clean, good showers. Recommend this place!
Loved eating delectable coconut shrimp with an ocean view for lunch . Their evening grill is also superb . Try the combo platter!
The restaurant on the sea shore offers an amazing view! The staff are great!
Great location on the beach and next to dive shops. Rooms are a bit dated. Good service. Good restaurant. I recommend shutting off the ac, opening the windows, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.
Great food, friendly staff. Its an easy walk from almost anywhere youre staying.
Nice, vintage place...old furniture..seems like grandmas beach house, ac, tv, hairdryer...waves under balcony.. quiet...not so cheap though
This is a little gem of a place on Grand Turk. The staff make you feel like youre at home. Wouldnt stay anywhere else. Excellent bbq evenings with live music. There is no better place to be.
This place was absolutely amazing!!! When they say beach front... it is beach front. Service was fantastic... The food was Phenomenal. Would suggest to any who are looking to shut off. Highly recommend!!!
Second time here in two years, my wife and I absolutely love it. Staff is so friendly. Cant wait to go back!
Burger was way better than I had any right to expect. Happy hour rum punch was delicious.
Gorgeous hotel and the staff is amazing! If you come to Grand Turk definitely stay there! The ocean just lulls you to sleep.
Probably the best place on the island. Things are in process of getting repaired so maybe it will get better. Restuarant is nice but kind of spendy. Internet isnt great. Room was good but tv didnt work. If you are going to grand turk then go here.
Great food, cold beer and good service. They take credit cards as payment. Open for lunch and dinner, which can be challenging to find on the island.
Great food and lovely view. The hotel rooms are beautiful but it is a little pricey.
Nice vistas right on the beach, service was fast and excelent, rooms are very spacious aand clean. The staff is very helpful, a real Grand Turk experience. A must visit when you visit the island.
Quiet hotel on the beach. Beautiful views from your room. Have restaurant on site. Office staff are excellent and can help with any rentals you might want. Dive stores across street for scuba and tours.
Rustic Caribbean feel with a touch of class! Great for a business trip or bringing your spouse for a getaway. Serene, friendly, and beautiful.
Right on the beach. Decent rooms, not luxurious. We had a kitchenette. Get one of these, bring some food, save money. Meals on the island are expensive.
Room is nice enough, view of beach is great. Sometimes room service forgot to replace something like tissue box, water, coffee filters, etc. Front desk is nice enough but misplaced our confirmation for golf cart rental. "Tapas" and bar drinks are a joke at their outdoor seating, we tried it once and not again. Breakfast is good there. Service is incredibly slow though. Their Atrium restaurant across the street does not serve cocktails and the food was dried out and badly seasoned, and again service was very slow. In the room, air conditioning unit was so horribly loud and the vents in the room made noises constantly. Bed is very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the water pressure seems to be very poir and water in the shower is not hot. Decor is ok but dated. Taxis come to the hotel all the time which is great. You can book most of your activities via the front desk which is nice. The beach is fantastic and we loved that part of it. Sunsets are wonderful to view from there too. Interestingly enough, the Birdcage bar and grill looks nothing in real life like it does in the photos. Its very dated and its no wonder its always quiet due to the poor quality of tapas and drinks and very slow service. The location is so great and its near enough to other restaurants when they are open, it would be great if the hotel upped their game a bit.
Cant wait to go back. Simple hotel in a beautiful spot. Staff is friendly, food is good - BBQ night is defiantly worth trying out.
