I love the beyond meat, it’s nice that there are vegan options at a shawarma place

This is the worst Shawarma place that I have ever visited and placed an order. The food is horrible. I have ordered Chicken, Rice and Fries. Chicken and rice were so cold and dry like stone. And they havent placed my fried in my bag. I paid for nothing. I DO NOT Recommend this place at all. Looks like you will put your money in garbage. I wish I could give the a review less than 1.

Came on national shawarma day, the staff were all working super hard with a line out the door. One of my favourite shawarma restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I live in Ottawa and came to Kingston for work so had to search on google and read some good reviews about this restaurant so thought of giving it a try and it was totally worth it.First of all ,the customer service is amazing (among the best experiences I have ever had).The owner is the one who served me.They didnt have arabic shawerma plate ,but he customized it for me with a big smile on his face.The food was fresh and he loaded the sandwich with chicken.The taste was really good.It was juicy and the garlic sauce was just perfect.The fries were perfect and I even tried Baklawa and it was not bad.Highly recommended

I went there for Doordash pickup, but i think they do not have any plan or priorities for delivery orders. I waited for 25 minutes and i see that many customers came and order there food and get instantly but when i asked for my pickup, the girl over there was too rude. Worst experience ever. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great service with a smile. I messed up my order and asked for rice instead of fries. They gladly changed them out for me. The food was very tasty and full of flavour. I disagree with anyone leaving a bad review to be honest. Every restaurant has there ups and downs and to leave a review because of cold fries does not represent the restaurant as a whole. Would eat again

The food it self is one of the most delicious thing I’ve tasted, but they got an issue on making customers wait for longer than they should be.

Staff arent the friendly north American type staff youd expect and I couldnt be happier about it.They truly make the best food in Kingston and ibwould eat here everyday if I could afford it

I like Osmows. But honestly this one in particular Ive had issues with. Bones in the shawarma, fishy taste to the chicken and so forth. The original in Mississauga is by far the best one.

Osmows has the best food and service. I really enjoy their chicken on the rocks a lot! The person at the cashier who took my order today even gave me free extra toppings which is such a kind gesture I wasn’t expecting! Can’t wait to visit this place more often :))

Yum! Absolutely delicious, food was very flavourful, prepared fast, staff were wonderful, price was great, and the portions were so large we had a lot of leftovers for the next day.

Osmow’s is one of my favourite shawarma place, specially for Chicken on Rox. I have had been visiting this place since I moved in Kingston, 2019. But since last 4-5 months, I felt quality and quantity, both went very poor. Please take it seriously and improve it. I always try to make fare review, it happened with me two times so I decided to write my review. Thank You!!!

I heard from friends the chicken shawarma wraps were amazing. They were right ! The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. It was a great experience and I will definitely be heading back soon.

Our order was big but the staff collected everything with patience. We’ve been greeted nicely. 5 star for the customer service. Coming back again for sure.

I dont know what happened to this place?Used to be so fresh and good.Ordered chicken on the rocks and the rice and chicken were cold. The chicken tasted dry and the rice was dry too.They used to carve the chicken and fry it up right in front of you. Sure youd wait a little longer, but at least it was hot and fresh.Now they keep the chicken in a warming tray probably sitting there for hours!Come on, get it together and serve customers some hot fresh food!

This new owner since take this us scand time I am buying chicken on the tox first rice is hard a like a rock scand the put %80 rice and %Chicken I dont think so I am gonna back there again at least cook that rice well

Ordered one chicken on the stix and got dull fries and stale chicken. Never ever going to visit it again.

Not sure what happened. My first order here ever was literally mind blowing 10/10. Everytime after, maybe like 5 times I was served greasy meat that was full of gristle. I kept going back hopping that it was just sombody new who had messed up but I was consistently let down. I want to experience the good food again but I just cant risk getting a plate full of disgusting gristle again.I dont understand how that much gristle can be in chicken. I get chicken from the grocery store and its minimul because it has been trimmed. So Im not sure what kind of meat they are using.I dont see myself going back again, its has been such a let down.

I wish there is -10 stars to give. I couldnt wait to give this review as each time I order food here, a different worst experience. I ordered chicken on the rocks with extra sauces (paid for itbecause how many times I tell my order, it has been dissappointing. And now, all I could see and taste was just sauces. I had to search for chicken. It was the worst thing ever. I dont get if they understand what the customer wants.

Ive had good experiences at this location but this wasnt one of them. The Beef on the Rocks is horrid. The "meat" was inedible. Nothing but grizzle. Stick with the chicken. About the lamb I have no opinion.

Great quality/taste chicken shawarma, for a very modest price. Highly recommended! I ordered a supersize one, as was hungry, and I dont think I can finish now, will save for the evening :)

Taste like Taco Bell and not in a good way.Not sure what their sandwiches were made of but nothing I would want to experience again. The only thing mouth watering about their food is when you rinse out the taste.

Besides the smells of unclean meat and chicken. Look what I have found in the restaurant enjoy your toppings with 🪳 . Taste is 0 out of 10. Lot of spices and the sauces are not even near any middle eastern taste. I dont even think its Halal. Halal is always clean a smells delicious.

Preface - I like spicy food. Ordered from here on UberEats and asked for “medium” spicy level on a wrap. However, the wrap was so hot, hot - extra hot levels, that it was almost inedible. My mouth was on fire! Didn’t really seem to me to be as advertised, since I don’t think a normal customer would expect that much spice. Otherwise the wrap was tasty, just too spicy.

Sure you want my review? First time order; watched them make my wrap; tear it half open while grilling it so the contents spilled out and then proceed to try and wrap up the mess and hand it to me. Gave them benefit of the doubt that maybe it was good so I took it home and emptied it into a bowl and can only describe it as badly spiced hamburger helper; tossed it and made hotdogs instead.

Black fly in my salad. This is roooooookie mistake. This echos a bigger problem of procedures of pest control, food procedure, employee training most importantly liability, if the food where to make me sick.

Fast and friendly service, fresh hot food, great flavours.

One of my fav foods but really disappointed every time I order through a food delivery app.Hardly any garlic sauce ever. Repeated problems.Only good when you order in person.Other branches in GTA give quantity with a good heart but not Kingston. Seems like Garlic sauce is worth more than gold here!

I always order from skip the dishes, and this was my first time in store experience.Staff very nice and friendly, and the owner was very friendly as wellI do highly recommend this place, clean place and healthy food.Lots of options, I got vegan gluten free shawarma and it was delicious and taste just exact the same.Definitely coming back again.

Chicken shawarma is $14.99, if you want to have « normal rice and frites component », extra $0.49, extra garlic sauce $0.79, btw it’s non garlic taste sauce... also no pita included.Compare to other libanaises restaurant, this one is western restaurant.
