Beautiful but buggy. Come prepared!
This is a very cool place to explore with the family. Def a good work out and fun to explore with the kiddos
What an amazing place!! Beautiful, serene, and calming. The only problem was the mosquitoes. Just bring some spray and its soooo worth it!
Quiet and beautiful.
Good place 2 take a walk
We biked through the trails with fat tire bikes. The Overlook tower is currently under construction. There are five parking spots and we had no issue parking on a Saturday afternoon.
Great trail. Go when its dry. Trails flood
awesome trail
Beautiful Park, very diverse, Tropical Hardwood Hammock mixed with Mangrove Swamp and Pine Woods, flooded when I went in the rainy season so didnt make it to the observation point so definitely go during the dry season unless you have waterproof boots.
Lots of cool wild Life
Lots of bio diversity with rare plants, birds and butterflies. Great place to take your dog. Also there is a lot of water so dont bring fancy shoes
Nice trails. Just be careful if you go after rain. It gets slick and muddy in some spots.
Its classic Florida. I love the narrow trail through the shaded wooded area. Its hot, humid, and bugs are thick. After a mile or less you leave the wooded area and come into a sunny bright spot. From there its not far to an observation deck, much like a pier, that extends over a marshy wetland. In the wooded area Ive seen butterflies, turtles, and of course many lizards and chameleons. Dogs are allowed and you will meet a few here and there.
Checking out the sunrise and sunsets
Beautiful grounds! Easy to find. Its perfect.
Nice hiking trails
Very quiet calming park to hike through. Leave your every day problems and get back to nature. Some of the paths could use a good weed wack session, but I am sure they will do that soon.
Beautiful scenery of the Park. Very nice trails.
Not that great. Seems like undeveloped land that they turned in to a "preserve". Plus there are local hanging out in the woods just drinking beer and whatever. I would NOT recommend for nature/photography folks.
Love it
Great hiking trail
Great place to walk your dog. Be careful if rainy, as trail can be water covered or muddy.
Trails were a little overgrown but overall it was such a cute adventure!
After the storms..not that bad. Couldnt get to tower though. Looks like they maintained the trail, branches are cut. Light rain coming today, more flooding. The color is coming with the leaves.
Awesome place to walk. Wear good shoes as it is often muddy and occasionally wet.
Nice place to go for a walk as long as it isnt after a hurricane and the tides are still HIGH. Ingress portals along the way.
This is a great hike but its low lying so if there has been heavy rain the trail will be flooded. We had to turn back before the first bridge on the map.
