The mall was just basically like iulius mall and just same but auchan is replaced with Cora. Even we just didnt wend all of it (because not from constanta), we had no interest, we just went to the parking group floor, Cora, fast food area, and the entrance. Plus they have an balcony for people for fast food. They have little bit more of fast food and an excavator stair. Very Nice mall

Large, spacious, nice food court, but mir local shops instead these boring "everywhere-brands" would make the mall even more interesting.

Small mall has most of what you need.Go to Orange and get a local 30 day sim for data. Best value. Vodafone was too expensive.Lots of scooters outside that you can use with the Bolt or Uber app.

This seems to be the biggest mall in Constanţa and I spent some time in two different days here. Unfortunately I could not find any postcards in any of the shops. The mall was rather loud (as you would expectbut very clean at the same time. In the food court there werent enough free seats and the mall does not have free WiFi.

Lovely place to spend an hour, two or more in... There are plenty of shops for all tastes and budgets. Great restaurants and entertainment options.

HUGE Shopping centre. Whatever. From the top brend of clothes - to basic/casual things. Watch. Jewelry. Plenty different fast foods & cafes. Have all necessary transfer ways for people with restricted abilities. Plenty sales. Money exchanges. All payments in cash & cards available.

Various goods, cheap, very good value for money. Even if the prices are not too much, the quality is good.

I like this mallno matter the fact that you cant find a good place to eat around KFC or McDonalds because of the great number of people there 😅😂

Not great not terrible. Best shopping mall and food court in Constanta/Mamaia and basically all of the resorts nearby. That being said, quite meh compared to european shopping centres.Good food at acceptable prices, typical rude staff overall - as it is around the whole country, so nothing that would stand out too much; if it doesnt annoy you in other places it wont be any different here.

I came for a holiday and Constanta is a shopping center with many popular stores. Its a big place and you can find free wifi :the only problem is that its crowded, but its normal since I live in İstanbul💗

Good selection of shops and food court, could do well with some more electronic and similar consumer goods stores also though. Taxi drop off and pickup is somewhat problematic here

I went here as I had time to kill before a flight. The mall was pretty nice with many shops. I enjoyed the sports shops where I found some cheap Reebok shoes. Also the food court on top floor is nice for a meal.

City Park Mall has many different shops (clothes, jewelry, books, interior decorations, florist), many types of restaurants, fast food, cafes. There is a World Class gym, cinema, beauty salon, tailoring, a Cora supermarket, etc. The mall has three parking lots. Probably the most beautiful mall in Constanta.

Nice Mall, good variety of shops for any buget, but could be a bit better. the view from the terrace next to the McDonalds makes up for a lot though. Solid 4 stars

Large shopping mall with lots of brands. Car park is a bit confusing, but once inside you have a lot of shops to explore.

A surprisingly large mall in Eastern European Country.Top name brands are sold here. Free parking and Starbucks is here as well.

Its an OK mall. Food court is large. Parking space is plenty except for the really busy occasions when the city is full of tourists. I cant say anything bad about it.

The parking underground not very visible the new exit on the main street. Need some extra big signs to see it. The resting bench in the corridors not enough . Toilets cleaning can be improved. All AC vents around are full of dust probably since opening the mall nobody saw them or the people responsable not doing their job. If you need to buy something fast go there buy and go away. Doesnt have nothing to spend time around. Doesnt have any main attraction on it. Its just a store.a bigger one.

Best mall in Constanța overall. Used to be better with quality clothing brands which have all since vanished (Massimo Dutti, Braiconf, DSbut the jewelry aspect and the location keep it above Vivo.

Parking is terrible. People not park the car properly at all. 2 cars block me and waiting 40 minutes to be sorted. Shame City Mall. They said cant give a simple warning at all and no mention about tickets to people who parked illegal in the car park. No justice. I should scratch both cars.. and leave a nice message to the two idiots.

This place is quite nice even if everytime I visit it is very crowded. I dont like the parking, I always find the right way out quite hard. It is clean, the food court provides a good variety of options. There are a lot of brands available, also a supermarket.I didnt like the prices that were quite high.
