My daughter loved it

We had a blast with family and friends of all ages. Prices are reasonable and the place is very clean.I wish they had kid bumpers on a few lanes for the younger ones, but the amount of bowling you get for the price, they have ple time to sort it out!

Had not been bowling in years but decided to check it out. Turns out to be a lot of fun, if not a little pricey. Would definitely go again

I cant believe some of the reviews on here. This place is great. Music is awesome, the lanes are kept up very well. electronic scoreboard (no more math skillsAnd it plays funny videos when you actually do get a Turkey). (three strikes in a row). Great Place I will definitely be back. TRY THE PIZZA!

Fun place to bowl with the family. The music and glow in the dark bowling make it extra fun for kids. The pizza made on site is also quite good.

So expensive $33 for a half an hour for one adult and a toddler and they only have 5 pin. They also have nothing for kids, no bumpers and no bowling aids.

Good facilities with reasonable pandemic precautions in place - masks, dividing areas. Entrance stairs make it difficult for handicapped. We will return.

This experience has horrible customer service and it’s so disrespectful to paying customers that are making there pay check ! I had called and asked how much it cost and I said “ is it more expensive the more people you have” and the disrespect the girl had on the other side of the phone was crazy !! She just said “bowl in Barrie then” and hung up I personally will never go here again nor will I recommend it. It was so bad I wanted to give them a zero but that’s not possible so I gave them a 1

We visited on Saturday afternoon for some fun for a birthday. We hadnt made a reservation but we were able to score a lane just walking in. The rental shoes we the newest and nicest rental bowling shoes I have ever worn! Some of the stitching was glowing in the Glow-in-the-Dark lighting. Empty lanes were left between each bowling party to allow for social distancing and masks could be removed while bowling, which was nice. 90s and 00s music was playing while we bowled and our group enjoyed the Throwback feeling of the music from our youth. Overall we had a good time and stayed for two hours. Was nice to see the bowling alley attendant cleaning the bowling balls after each group. Well done!

Great little gem in Orillia! The owners are on-site, managing, working and greeting customers. Delicious food, excellent service; definitely recommend Orillia Bowl for a family outing!

Had a wicked time! It was glow in the dark style and everything seemed very new and updated. Nice to see its still going strong. They serve alcohol and other bevvies, food and clean facilities.

We took our staff for an evening of bowling and we had a fantastic time. The place has been renovated and it looks great. The staff were wonderful.

Took my 4 children here today and was in shock at the way me and the kids were talked to by a man a woman that I found out after are apparently the owners. These guys seemed so moody everytime they spoke. It was almost like they couldnt be bothered by their customers and it was so bad that we didnt even want to "bother" them by ordering anything else which actually turned out to be a good thing because the prices were outrageous plus the quality was poor. I will NEVEW take my family here again and I wouldnt recommend this place to a soul.

Over priced and absolute rude owners. The two workers were ok but the owner and his wife were moody and ignorant, they would talk to all the customers so snotty with disgust in their voice. The other familys there also couldnt believe their behavior. The food and drinks are also over priced and disgusting even the over priced fountain drinks that they sell for $3.75 is absolutely disgusting. Its a shame to have a place like this in our community that treats families and their children like their all scum. This place should be boycotted to the max... ABSOLUTE DISGRACE..

Went bowling today the place was mostly empty and my wallet went missing from my purse, pretty sure it was the sketchy guy working there. The place was empty except for the seniors bowling league.Thanks never go there again! We spent over 100 bucks, on gross overpriced food, now Im down an extra 75 (my grocery moneyfrom my wallet and all my id. My mother thought she would take me and my kids for a nice day out, they have cameras but seamed very put out by me asking for them to check them, and didnt seam to eager to help. They never bothered to call me back to let me know, so customer satisfaction is not something they value. Ive only heard bad things about the people working there. We still managed to enjoy the time spent together, and bowling was fun. By far the worst place unfortunately its the only place people can go so guess thats why they domt care to do better. Monopolies.

I had a great time with my family bowling and the environment was fun and welcoming I would recommend. My only problem was how comfortable the shoes were which was not great but still worth it to put up with

Theyre so friendly!! The design is great!! They go all out Black lights a pool table a bar. And the food is top notch!!

Great place to go for a kid friendly night out! The old school 5 pin bowling lanes, diner food and upbeat music make this a fun spot for all ages. They have great, friendly service and the prices arent bad either.

Pros - Great Staff. Good rates.Cons- Missing Ball cleaners and hand chalk stations. Too many slippery balls. Also as no food or 🍁TIM HORTONS COFFEE 🍁can be brought in, the Food pricing seems on the predator side as its all Frozen storage food reheated for premium prices.Like I said, good folks and hoping to return for a better experience and positive review update.

Great option for entertaining kids of all ages. Price is based on time rather than per game which worked out well for us as we bowl fairly quickly. May be a negative with a younger slower crowed. Price was good and the atmosphere was fun.

I went here and paid the price to bowl. When I was very dehydrated I asked for a cup of tap water and they rudely refused. I did not have extra money to pay almost 4 dollars for a bottle of water. I am not coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone. It is overpriced and the staff are disrespectful.

Went here with my sister. Spent 2 hours here. Love the set-up, clean, nice atmosphere. However, the prices are a little high and the rest rooms need to be upgraded.

Would never come back to this place again. Took my young son here aside no one here aside us didnt have bumper boards for younger kids, prices are WAY TOO HIGH...the only good thing about this place maybe the staff....2 thumbs WAY DOWN

Its okay for a place to take my daughter bowling when there is nothing else to do or on a rainy day. I dont like the prices. Its pay by the hour as opposed to most bowling places Ive been to in bigger cities where you pay by the game.Also the bowling balls are all one size and very tiny. Its only 5 pin bowling.They dont have the sides that come up for kids to stop gutter balls.

A family owned bowling alley that Ive gone to several times with friends. Weve always had a great time, and the service is top notch. Highly recommend.

This place was fun, clean and really busy by the time we left. My only complaint is how expensive it was. It want unreasonable, but considerably more than expected.

Called for information about bowling could not hear well, customers services not pleasant and the man who answered was like he didnt have time to answer questions.If timing, staff is a issue please at least be pleasant and post on web site for all the hours of league ,regular, bowling and glow in the dark.Having family rates or children rates would be helpful for first time bowlers and would promote this sport...Just saying this would be good business..Have a nice day.

Good place to go to kill some time. Open almost all day everyday. Staff is friendly and the prices are fair. The food is surprisingly good. I would recommend the fresh chips they make!Bar as well which makes the whole experience a bit better.

We had a great time even though we hadnt been bowling in decades. Drove down from Gravenhurst and ran into great friends who drove up from Barrie. Fun was had by all parents grandparents and kids! Thanks for an affordable fun evening.

Had a great experience there, their Tuesday night special was very reasonably priced. Family atmosphere. Had a great experience with staff who was working there.

We had reservations for 2 hours and when we showed up they said we only had an hour to bowl. When I let them know we were supposed to have the lanes for 2 hours the employee, instead of trying to accommodate our appropriate reservation, told us they are too busy and dont have space. She was rude and pushy. When the owner came over and heard what was going on he also decided to be rude and told us it is what it is. Im sorry but that was their mistake and they could have atleast been apologetic about the situation which they werent at all. Not impressed with the customer service we received there today and will not be going back due to the way we were spoken to

I havent bowled in decades... Rainbow Lanes is such a great bowling alley that I shall return again next week. The facility is top notch, its immaculately kept, the prices are reasonable, the tunes are great, and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly.Thank you for a wonderful time, see you next week !!

Place is way too expensive for an hrs play. If they lowered the price it would be probably packed all the time. Staff was very rude. Its way better then Rainbow Lanes we had but still needs improvement. If you want Glow In The Dark Bowling I suggest you go to Barrie. Way Better.

Dont try and bring an outside drink in or else they will tell you to put it away. When I asked why they said because they would not know if it had booze in it, which is ridiculous. They just want you to buy their marked up stuff. Im still paying for the bowling. So while the bowling itself is enjoyable I wont be going again. Plenty of establishments allow you to bring in an outside drink.

$45 for 2 people to bowl for an hour and we split a poutine. The debit machine asks you to leave a tip. I dont know who the tip would be for or why... it seems anywhere you use debit nowadays they expect a tip. I had fun with my girlfriend but I feel this place is too expensive.

So much better now that new owners have taken over. Years ago, when we had my sons birthday party at Rainbow lanes (old namewe experience some of the worst customer service. We just had my sons 9th birthday party and it was awesome. The have glow in the dark bowling, theyve spent a lot of time and money fixing the place and they have excellent customer service.I wouldnt hesitate to have another birthday party there.
