We arrived at about 14:00, there was only one other table occupied, and yet it still took about 40 minutes to get our food. The waitresses seemed to be more worried about talking to a friend at the bar, than about serving us and rolled their eyes and made a terribly sour face when we called them over.When we were getting ready to pay, a big tour of German-speakers came in and suddenly EVERYONE was in a great mood, including the manager (older manwho didn’t say anything about the behaviour of the staff. The food was nothing special.Terrible experience…

Best​ place​ for​ BUWAR experience.

Its a desaster. Superslow, horrible organisation and waitresses (without a planwho seem to get paid for empty kilometers.If you make a reservation in advance, 2 hours (!!for the meal is not an option.

If you like beer and also like not being sure exactly how to get somewhere from the train station because Google maps wont show you how to get somewhere by public transport, forcing you to walk for over half an hour in 30+ degree heat and sunshine, then come here.Seriously, Budvar on tank is the winner here. Get into it. Restaurant has a decent menu too and the brewery is next door, where you can get the things we crave (t-shirts I guess(oh and beer).

Really cool designs in a crisp clean environment. Food was good and Budweiser fresh! Service was just okay.

Awesome experience. You get to watch how the beer is made, bottling etc. Very knowledgeable guide. you get to drink different samples. It is a very soothing feeling to experience the entire process

A very modern and cool restaurant for Czech Republic. Tastefully renovated and decorated, including the very clean toilet. Waiter and waitress are friendly and polite. Well done! Tripes soup is epic delicious with lots of tender tripes, liver and cheese ball soup is also delicious. Beer beef goulash is epic good with fresh red onion and spicy fresh chopped chilis on top. Overall food is just too salty. Black beer from tap is great but the non alcoholic beer taste as bland as water. Will go back again but will not order the non alcoholic beer. Drivers better order kofola.

We stopped by to kill the time before the tour starts in the brewery. We enjoyed the soup and the coffee, however the waitress was not very kind to us, and she also couldnt speak English.

The tour was great, however dont bother to go to the restaurant. The staff is very unfriendly and you have the feeling, you are not welcome here

Nice end to the tour if the brewery. Quirky manager. Food was typical fairer for the region.

The interior is nice and beer is great. Food is ok but prices are low so it’s not a problem BUT I do understand it is in fact a brewery but still, is it appropriate for the waiter to be COMPLETELY drunk while serving customers, make offensive comments and serve sausage soup for vegetarians (after ordering vegetable soup and telling him they don’t eat meat). If I ever went back then only for the entertainment value of all this, it was beyond ridiculous.

Modern, expensive and can be crowded. They offer most of the types of beer and have more affordable lunch menu.

First of all when I sat at my table I noticed that it wasnt cleaned so there were Brad crumbs and the table was the table was dirty with some red sauce and this is unacceptable. The food was very bad cause my ribs werent cooked enought and I have waited for them for more than 45 minutes. The waiters were very rude and the service was very very slow. The only thing I think is MEDIOCRE is the beer so I have given 2 instead of 1.

In my decade-long experience of travelling in europe I had not been offended this badly in any restaurant in the UK Italy, Greece, France, Germany, Norway. FOOD was tolerable but the service was horrible. The waitor somehow thought me browsing on the phone for tourist information was his business and requested me to put down the phone. he started throwing dishes at our table and took away some of our plates while we were still eating. Then he started muttering angrily in czech. We are just some tourists trying to have a good time in Czech and I see no reason why he has to kill the mood man. SHOCK HORROR. Anyway Ive emphasized my point my tourist guide and I hope my tourist company would never take any of its guests to this place again. SHAME. Maybe its racism man

I got beer normally, but then after more than 30 minutes I couldnt order a meal, everyone was saying wait a moment. So if you alone go for a beer but skip the meal.

One star for the beer- because beer is really tasty, but food and servise was oblivious.

I am very sad about this restaurant! We have organised a lunch for 45 people. Unfortunaltely we didint get a 12 portions of fish (3 diferent meals were reserverved for whole group a week agoand instead of it we get a a some kind mix of meats called Basta. When we tried to investigate what is happening, everything what we get from staff was no fish, no fish. No communication, no information or atleast oportunity to choose from menu! Maybe some of them were vegetarians?! Furthermore most of meals were terrible, especially duck was so salty... After all we tried to get some kind of discount (because most of them couldnt eat Bastaor at least an explanation or apology what happened. I asked a waitress three times and she just ignored me! Very negative experiance about this restaurant. Very sad when waitress cant (or they pretendthey cant speak English or Russian in such a place and we didint get any apology. It seemed thats is our mistake and we bothering them whit theese kind of questions...

Great food and service, nice new modern restaurant with delicious traditional food and beer. Id recommend getting a reservation on weekends.

Good traditional cuisine (the special Budvar tastes really goodbut sadly the waitresses are not quite friendly and mindful. Please dont clear the table when other people are still eating, thanks.

The "pub" style restaurant part of the neighbours Budvar (originál Budweiserbrewery. The many consists mainly from Czech cuisine meals and meals that go well with the beer. Even though the food looks nice and portions are quite big it sort of lacks in the taste...

This place was fantastic, as with most Czech establishments, great beer at a great price. The food is fantastic, especially the snitzel. I also recommend the sauerkraut and sausages. Lovely place to check out a game and get lost in mugs and mugs of pivo. Go give them a look before or after your brewery tour.

When we arrived at the restaurant without having a reservation, the waiter grimaced and went on without a word. We hardly could believe this behavior. They must be disillusioned volunteers without any salary...

Quiet Wednesday evening. Quick pleasant service. Most of all, the best Budvar I have ever tasted. The Original was good, the Special just perfect.

Food and beer is ok. The location is more like a café and not like a restaurant. Not a place to stay for some more beer.

Nice place , good beer, but the service is no that good. Should try the beer on spot , but also ignore the staff otherwise really ruins the taste of the drink. I didnt complain since I know that they dont care if I come again or not, because there will be visitors all the time. Such a shame on the hospitality.

Good food and of course great beer. The goulash was excellent. The prices are reasonable and the service was just OK.
