Were went today in Oriental Gourmet Gronau.. lunch buffet for 12 euro per person is cheap,, and the food was okay, except theres no Gril section for Lunch buffet.. AND staff cannot undesrtand and speak in English,, they speaked only German..and for me for a Tourist ,Enternational Language is Important speacialy in Restaurant. and if your comming from other Countries and you wanna Try Asian food this Rest. is not for you bec. you having difficulty with Conversation. And 1 Thing your not Allowed to take a video eventhough small video.

I could say I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of food quality in this restaurant. The good looking restaurant is the only reason why I give 2 stars instead of 1. The chinese food turned out to be a very basic selection, nothing outstanding, the noodles were horrible and the sushi was mediocre. The desserts... well the desserts were okay-ish, but you also dont expect much when you go to a chinese restaurant. In the end we paid more than €50 for two, way too expensive for what was offered. Dont intend to go there again, this is completely over-rated.

Incredibly overrated restaurant. Nothing Gourmet about it: just a run of the mill buffet with an ok selection of Chinese food (that went from fair chicken all the way down to horrible noodlesand sushi (with a rice that was much too dried and sticky). The desserts were also indifferent and clearly industrial made. Not worth the detour I made.

Nice meal and good price

That was fun! Highlight for me was the Mongolian grill and the Sushi, but the place really shines due its over-all concept. There is good stuff to find for everyone and the inclusion of drinks makes the pricing competitive

Excelen all in even beer and wine

The restaurant dont have a big parking space. Doesnt have air conditioner and is very hot inside. The food is good. But not all of it, many of the dishes are full with cooking oil. If you pay 15 euro it is ok but 25 it is to much for the quality of the food. + Sushi is tasteless

Very good food

WiFi was only working outside at the restaurant and toilets.The food wasnt fresh while certain things even were straight from the box of a freezer microwaved and served.Only thing I seemed to like of this restaurant was the free beer.

Good selection of food with a variety of drinks. Unfortunately this is the first time Ive visited and the air conditioning is not working. Outside temperature 37c, inside much higher. All staff have portable fans for themselves, not offering to customers. Food is labelled poorly, some dishes labelled vegetarian but include meat. There are also lots of flies in the restaurant today 24/07/19 - surprised that this has not been picked up by the local food standards agency. If the AC worked, and there were no flies in the restaurant it would be a good place to eat.

Delicious food choices

The all- you-can-eat Asian buffet lunch or dinner and all- you- can- drink tea, coffee, Cola, apple juice, orange juice, water, located in Gronau- Münsterland Region. Super service and clean and quality of food is great. Huge restaurant but it gets crowded and noisy most of the time. Toilets are clean and they have separate cabins for Men and Women.Came here for lunch- buffet.. so impressed with the beautiful and neat imterior decors. Very pleasant ambience. There are many great choices for foods from appetizers, main courses and desserts. The sushis are freshly made and salads are always fresh. And I warn you to come here hungry and sure you leave happily satisfied. Price is fair.. buffet lunch for 11,50Euro and dinner buffet for 23,90Euro inclusive hot and cold drinks is not bad. There are free parking lots around the shopping center but it gets full most of the time. Staffs are friendly and very quick in cleaning up your used plates and glasses. I can highly recommend!

Very delicious and very nicely decorated. With a healthy mix of curves, cubes and a whole bunch of LEDs, this place owns the calm vibes. We tried the all you can eat option and for 21.99€ it was a pretty good one.At the buffet they offers every kind of meat from rabbit to zebra and vegetarian options like fried noodles and spring rolls. The cold buffet, located in the center, offers traditions like sushi and a variety of salads as well as desserts like jelly and two chocolate fountains. Obviously there is much much more but I just wanted to mention a few to give you an idea.As for the staff however Im a bit disappointed. The staff in the welcoming area were nice but one of the others collecting our silverware and plates every couple of minutes almost startled one of our group members multiple times trying to remove their plate behind their back, not asking, not saying anything at all.Other that that, Im very pleased and would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, looking for a pleasant oriental evening.

Plenty different types of food to select from open buffet. Also, you can select raw food of your choice and to give it to cooks to cook for tou. (Fish, shrimps, squid... vegetables.. noodles).

Pleasant surprise to find Oriental Gourmet in Gronau. A large selection of food (some are made fresh to order). Good Beer, Fruit and dessert selection. Well worth the price you pay.
