You guyz pretend like a one and only options for customer. a customer run away from 200 km for phone service and your few words " its not in our policies you have to pay for it" disappointed. Then how a customer will be happy customers 😏😏

Awaiting my TV Display Replacement from Last 3 month. Now latest is that Part Arrived but still no replacement happened. Pathetic Service. Customer Support is also of no use- No care for any customer

Official OnePlus Service center. It will get your work done..eventually. 15-20days is avarage time if you want something Done with your phone.

Im trying to call the number of service center from 4 days at working hours but there is no reply from service center staff, very bad service.

I went to the store to get my one plus 6 repaired which was out of warranty. The staff told that the motherboard is dead and need to replace the motherboard costing ~15k. I decided to not replace the motherboard. Then I went to a local repair shop and they told we just need to replace the power IC and repaired it for 1200/- INR. The phone started working like before. I expected better triaging from the service centre staff for my phones issue

Not answering the customers phone or solving the problem plz close the showroom forever

There is no meaning of this service centre for any type of problem they are asking huge amount of money.

Worst service i ever get in my life.First of all they never pick up your call.I came here for replacement of my OnePlus wireless z bass addition but they cant provide me. I came here from almost 250 km away , they again told me to come after 3 days. they dont have value to their customers and their time. i go to the service center 2 times but they dont give me a replacement of the OnePlus wireless z.i travel almost 500 km for replacement and I dont get it . if I know about the service then I never visit the service centre. my travel charge is almost 70% of brand new OnePlus wireless z 2. if I know about this third class of service,then i never go to the service centre i should go for the brand new One.

Frauds, asked me to pay 13500 for screen and 24000 for motherboard to fix my sim port and biometric scanner.Got my sim port fiex from outside for 900 and my biometric started working.Frauds.

They dont even pick the phone. Why OnePlus is spending money on this Jodhpur service centre. Hire some good service centre. This service centre is giving bad name to oneplus

Not upto the mark, I waited for 1 hour for a simple replacement of headset and after 1 hour I was told it is not possible. Very poor service.

It was good and service is fast However you need to wait half our before getting new one

Useless showroom....had an issue with display being loose from the top a bit close to front camera....these people told that no repair is possible and it will require complete display replacement which will cost 9500rs. Came home in kerala where they just stick with some glue for 20rs...and phone is working absolutely fine and smooth...I doubt these people would have done the same and looted my money telling that they have fixed a new display.....

It provides services of Xiaomi and OnePlus both.....but it only keeps xiaomi accessories.

They dont have required items to repair the phone..if u want to get ur phone repaired u need to put ur phone here atleast for 15 days...and when i reached there...there wer already 5-6 person where there who wer not satisfied with there phone...evryone was like...this phone is waste of money..noone was satisfied with the phone...n above that service they give is not satisfactory....

Rude staff unwilling to help the customers. Didnt even listen to my query and sent me away saying we cant do anything.

They are rude, secondly to repair a charging port they ask you to give your phone for 10 days. And then they will order a port only if you give your phone to them for 10 days.

Very bas experience theres is no response to any one and parts also not available he says parts come from banglore so it takes 15 to 20 days in this service centre there is only 1 staff so its very bad experience

Very poor service, such people should not authorised for service related issues, the person seating here is quite rude, he don’t even have etiquette to talk with the client, they just wasted my one hour to provide me a printed receipt of my invoice even after being paid for their service, they are just hopeless, i would suggest one plus care centre should be given in better hands for their own sake, they are not even wearing mask, horrible staff and idiots.

I travelled more than 7 KM to the service center to find out they dont even have the charger for OnePlus. Executive suggested to buy from Amazon. Pathetic. OnePlus need to keep a tab of there service centers.

Oneplus does know how to take care of us customers with great after service. I visited the place with a friend and was amazed to find that they have volunteers to help you out. Very minimal waiting and a place with such comfortable sitting.

These guys are Professional...You have to be in the specified time period if you want your things done in right way...These guys are Busy like Hell, n wont be attending you whole day...I had gone for repairs of my system which had been malfunctioning since long...Well it was done...Ultimately....
