One Resort Aqua Park and Spa in Skanes

When you arrive you fill in this card and get given a room key, if you arrive past 10pm you cant get any food though. The accessibility to get food is amazing as there is a burger place and ice cream and dessert area near the watermark which open at 11am and 12pm both close at 5pm.There are 2 pools in both there is entertainment, music and games in which you can participate. The food variety is great and they have a kids area inside of the restaurant, they sometimes play music in there during lunch and dinner time. Evening entertainment is good some nights and some not. There was a scummy change of shows where it was supposed to be The Greatest Showman, which they announced that would be the show at the pool entertainment. They changed it to a Tunisia show and tricked people. Other than that cant complain about the cleaning, but the co-ordination between the hotel was not great, the day we left we paid for a room extension so we could stay longer and at 3o clock the manager showed up and tried to charge us more for what we already paid for, bit scummy if you ask me. All round good though

The reception and staff is critical. They asked for a “present” (moneyso that they can put you in a better room. We gave him and he just said go that way for your room. Nobody helped us with our luggage, they even didn’t showed us where is our cabin and they are a lot. The food is not bad but small variety. Only two polls with not a lot of sunbeds. The Aqua park is nice but only a few girdles and you have to wait in line so that you can get one.

We loved this resort and the staff so much in 2019 we returned again this year.The barstaff remember us and were even more helpful and kind. Thank you to Ezzeddine we are so grateful to you for your professional kind service and youre always smiling. Chawki, Fares and Omar in the Lobby bar, Mohammed at the pool bar and Aymen at the beach bar you are always happy and so helpful. Each and every one of you work so very hard. My husband and I will be coming back to see you all next year, you made our lovely holiday perfect. The cleaners and kitchen staff all work hard too. Ali Baba thank you for the great quad bikes again. We really do feel like part of the One Resort family.

A bit boring no adult entertainment really. Food was bland looked pretty but you can tell in was yesterdays. I guess to stop food waste.

Very good resort, ideal for family, alot of activities to do and wonderfull swimming pools, friendly staff, great animation team, lovely food and spacious rooms are well kept and clean. Its one of the best hotel I have been in tunisia and will be back again.

Have been before when was thomas cook and this place was immaculate unfortunately it has lacked a little TLC since it has been taken over by TUI the food is not the best but could always find something I liked the pools are very clean the beaches are very good but most of all for me were the people very helpful and friendly

Fabulous holiday at One Resort, the Animation team were AMAZING keeping us entertained day and night, took time out to come and chat with us to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Rami and Hedi especially. The rooms are very clean with beds and towels cleaned everyday, food is wonderful too. highly recommended hotel will be back next year! Chokran!

It was ok food was ok not much for the kids really entertainment was great always something to please people with wwterslides for the kids ice cream needs different flavour and melts fast pancakes where good it was the lady what was working there told kids that they were being greedy even know she was takeing them for her family as well we went to reception about it they did nothing room was ok needs to be more animal protected because we had a lizard come in are room as well and a beetle and a ant so please sort that out really busy all the time apart from those flaws it was good pasta was amazing in the day time had fun

Its a great place to go for a break away with friends and rooms are very nice and very clean food was very good.

Arrived on 10th Sept.. right away the hotel looks lovely! Check in a bit manic, paperwork to be filled in before check-in... what happened to simply scanning passports etc? None the less we got there eventually. Tourist tax paid. Good to go. We were asked to leave our cases with no explanation as to why. Despite arguing this we left then. We were pointed in the direction of our room. After a 10-15 search, we found our room, 456. A map could have saved us walking in circles. The room was clean, but basic, maybe in need of refurbishment, and upon closer inspection our bathroom door was off the hinges and a wall socket loose with wires exposed. However this was quickly rectified after reporting. We spent everyday by either the main pool or the aqua park, never had any issues with securing beds, at any time of the day! The entertainment team never seem to stop! They are always looking to get people involved in activities but never felt pressured once! They definitely earn their wage! Only thing that bothered us was the relentless people selling nuts/trips/jewellery... a firm but polite no kept them at bay. We spent some time at the express bar every day, the man who works there during the day was a delight, always brought our drinks and food to our table, and always smiling when it was heaving and never seemed to complain! We found that only certain staff would make the effort, these people we did tip every day for their efforts with us. We found the main restaurant to be pandemonium, regardless of turning us for opening, people would just stampede like they hadnt been fed in a week. This isnt a reflection on hotel, just a general insight. The food was ok. Im the picky one and managed to find something every night. The fresh pasta bit is just lovely! I had to use the infirmary out of hours, the poor nurse travelled back just to see me, he couldnt have been any nicer. Spoke very good English too! We left the complex at the beginning of the week to visit a local pharmacy, the hotel booked our taxi, arrived almost immediately. Our driver was amazing, took us to the closest pharmacy, ensured we were first to be seen, and returned us without any concerns. Security was on point too, on return they done thorough checks on the vehicle before allowing us back in the resort, also lots of security on the beach, Im guessing due to past incidents? All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our week here, even with a few minor blips. We will return in future but probably closer to the end of season, our scottish skin struggled with the heat Haha. Please dont take notice of negative reviews, its a lovely place to holiday!!

A very nice hotel just need the management to go obj hospitality management training to better understand their clients/customers. Some waiters also need to learn how to speak to customers.

Great Hotel staff are great the lobby bar has fantastic bar man who is called Zidan and Sammy from the shop is a good Guy we had so much fun that we are going back next year, the food has a good choice of dishes and the entertainment staff will keep you going all day and night great fun for kids would recommend this hotel.

It was good fun, not super fancy but good for kidsAdults can relax and let the kids play on slides all day. Food is average but no real complaints

Just come back from 2 weeks here. Had amazing time here the day we arrived guest relation made us feel really welcome and checked on us through the 2 week stay . All staff in restaurant bars and entertainment team we amazing with us and my son. The staff looked after us as we liked it that much we have booked to come back for a week in October with family .

Went as part of a group of 13 (all agesand we stayed for 7 nights in mid July. The resort was amazing, very nice rooms - almost all were individual ground floor apartments so great for us with a pushchair. Pools and slides were never too busy and as all the entertainment staff are trained lifeguards, we knew they were all safe.We did a day trip with Ali Baba, which was well priced and well organised. I wouldnt recommend going out of the resort with anyone else.

Our second stay here and a third has been booked for next year. Friendly staff, variety of things to do across the site, rooms are always clean and tidy and the animation team are amazing with great shows every night.

Absolutely brilliant resort so much to do food great staff amazing beautiful clean beach and enjoyable entertainment each day and evening will be going again and would definitely recommend this place.

Just come back from a 11 night stay with my partner. we had a lovely time together. However, this place had a few downs. First night the air con broke (they fixed it pretty quickthen another time it broke. Then on the 3rd time I was getting abit annoyed now. Had to stay in another room as they couldn’t fix it.The food.... the only way I can describe it is, what I can only imagine prison food to be like. It’s not for the fussy eaters. The vegetarians, the vegans or gluten. Plain pasta everyday got abit boring.Sun beds.... well!!!! If you’re not a early bloomer, be prepared to not have anywhere to sit. Every bed is reserved. It got pretty annoying especially as they didn’t come back to collect there towels until late evening... if you can’t beat them, join them. Comes to mind.The only thing that made this place worth going, was how polite and lovely the staff was. They’d go far and beyond to make your stay worthwhile. The beach bar gentleman during the day, are such hard workers. The rooms were so clean and the little extras of our towels turned into swans was lovely.

upon arrival you are greeted with a cold drink,friendly and helpful staff,hotel is nice and clean,- very big on recycling materials !! plenty to see and do in the area - THOUGH FISH AND MEAT DISHES SHOULD BE OBVIOUSLY LABELLED IN A BETTER WAY (TO HELP THOSE WHO ARE VEGETARIONS &VEGANS)

Just got back and already looking to book for next year! This place is great, we stayed in a family superior room, 2 adults and 2 children 14 & 16 yrs, the first night one of the air conditioning units stopped working, they came and fixed it within an hour, the 2 rooms are perfect with everything you need , kettle , cups ( tea bags etc available at every barhairdryer and 2 TVs , the resorts is brilliant 5 pools although we spent most of our time in the lazy river and on the slides 😁, the entertainment team are fabulous so friendly and worked so so hard , you can not fault them, the buffet food is what you would expect , plenty of options and we didn’t go hungry, but also a pasta bar , burger bar and sweet bar around pool area and 24hr snacks/pizza available at beach bar, a market came into the resort on a Monday and set up so lots of haggling to be done and goodies brought, the shops on site are abit pricey but don’t be afraid to haggle with them, the waiters can’t do enough for you and definitely did not hold their hands out for tips as other people have suggested!! But if you want to tip good service that is your choice, Ali baba comes round and asks if you want to book a trip (or 2out, we went on the quad bikes , very good value for money, security in the resort was also good, felt safe , overall a great holiday and can’t wait to go back ,

the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I was made to feel at home straight away and was made to feel like I belonged. all the team made me so happy and encouraged me to keep up with the sport I do. I want to come back to do it all again as the service we received was top quality. I am looking forward to come back as I am proud to say I came and did everything.(Boxer girl)

I rate this not bad because its not good and not bad. But not ok as well. This is about everything. The room, the pools, the staff, food, drinks. Its always not bad enough to complain about. But definitely not good enough to enjoy it.Some advice: staff are not allways part of the hotel and try to sell you lots of things. They will try to guild trip you, push you to take it and make you feel bad.I wouldnt not recommend this place.

Best thing about this holiday was the animation team they made the holiday expecially sabeur elkorbi aka(linkoand sagon made this holiday perfect for us and the whole team put in so much hard work to make us feel welcome can not thank them enough they was the best part of my holiday thank you all again 😊👍 animation team gets more than 5 stars from me.

Condition of accommodation and facilities has fallen into below standard conditions. We certainly wont be returning, only reason for two stars is there are a few (not allmembers of staff who were great.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at one resort. Perfect place for all the family. Staff were excellent and were on hand whenever you needed them. Special thanks to ANIS the lifeguard at the kids pool, who looked after all the kids and even had time to entertain them. The food was fresh and lots to choose from. All in all well worth the money.

We had a great stay at this hotel - rooms very clean and spacious. Great with children to have the extra space. Food in restaurant was excellent and staff were great Mohammed in the restaurant looked after us very well. The teenage club was fab and Julia was amazing with our daughter who has special needs really made her feel welcome and she loved it. Aqua park was great and we loved the activities and coffee and crepes down at the beach bar. Only negative for us was not the hotels fault but we were badly bitten by the mosquitos at night.

Our second visit here was as good as the first one. Enjoyment Team is fantastic. Good food, good facilities and clean, comfortable rooms.

Absolutely brilliant holiday, beautiful hotel roo kept spotlessly clean, fresh towels daily, the staff are so nice and always really helpful , the entertainment team was brilliant with the kids, Ramoz would always make an effort to make their holiday fun, and derbella the waiter at the water park was really lovley and couldn’t do enough for us. Plenty of food choice different pools and places to eat and drink, this hotel as met every expectation and more I honestly cannot find one fault, really enjoyed our week here, had massages and ate at all the al a Carte restaurants all really nice and the service is great, the same maid cleaned our room everyday and she was really lovley to I didn’t get her name but she works so hard and my room was immaculate all week. we come home yesterday but will definitely be visiting this hotel again Its got everything for the kids and they can’t wait to go back . Just got back yesterday 24th April 2019 , was meant to go with my 12yr old son but it changed last minute & had to go on my own , but I must say I was looked after .. The staff at this hotel are amazing , especially Rhama , a delight xx The hotel was spotless , cleaned everyday , rooms spotless , food fantastic and so much choice and so many different places to choose . This is a fabulous place, its clean and tidy and above all the staff, and resident workers are above standard. The food is top class, they dont deviate from the traditional Tunisian dishes, but implement European dishes within there wide spectrum of food, so there is a good variety of food for both for adults and children, which is great for a family of 6, plenty of swimming pools, and activities, plus trips out. We did the camel trip, quite a experience, but worth doing.

Great value for money. Tunisian restaurant was great and animation team were amazing with the children. Down side was the mosquitos. Hotel should really spray rooms to assist. Also no heated outdoor pool. Enjoyable stay all together.

Its in need of some care and attention. The staff are friendly even more so when you tip. Overall I would not return or recommend to family or friends.

Recently returned from a week of relaxing in the sun here with my mum.After looking at the reviews we was abit worried, however when we arrived we could check in early.The room was spotless and the bed sheets got changed each day.Food was good apart from the breakfast we gave that a miss each day.Most members of staff were friendly and welcoming, one member of staff stood out to us Kais Selmi Always finding us a seat at dinner, always making sure our glasses werent empty, Always had a smile on his face and made us laugh.One thing i will advise if you are getting the hotel train into the shops, make sure you are at the pick up point half an hour early as they left with out us, which meant us having to pay for a taxi back.Also watch out for your belongings when at the shops.Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, and shall be returning next year with family and friends.

For relaxing and beautiful and welcoming staff. Go to this resort and let it speak for itself. Beach straight from the hotel, Mediterranean sea will lap you with warm and relax you. The staff are always smilling and the food is mouthwatering. 100% advise you to go here and take a loving and well deserved break from the rat race of life.If you are English and have any worries about Tunisia, then let the Tunisian people show you that you are so safe here.I love the place and I have just returned after a 5 years of not being allowed to come here. Amazing! The resort is lovely. The hotel wouldnt be what it is without the staff. They deserve full credit for the place. The enjoyment team are all so lovely. We liked Linko, China, Lee, Ramirez, Waidy, Ronaldinho, Lexi, Katy and more!!

Dont believe the TripAdvisor haters!My family (2 adults and a 6yr oldhave now been here a week (still hereduring Aug 2018.Big resort with lots of pools and water slides to choose from. Plenty of sun loungers on the private beach (I never encountered any jellyfish in the sea).Food was plentiful and offered lots of varied choice.We dont really come on holiday to Tunisia to eat fried breakfasts, chips, burgers or pizza. We prefer to try the really fresh salad and fruit on offer which was all delicious. The local Tunisian corner during dinner times offered some really tasty local dishes and the local freshly cooked flat bread is also worth trying.The bungalow rooms are basic, but large and functional with bath and shower, air con, movie channels and a free to use safe.All the staff are really friendly and go out of there way to ensure you have a really pleasant stay (especially beach waiter and pool bar bar steward).Id recommend this resort to any young family looking for a competitive all inclusive holiday, away from the usual mainland European destinations.

Hotel is fab. clean, food is lovely staff helpful and pleasant kids loved the aqua park. What makes the holiday is the animation team. These guys go out of there way every min of the day to make you feel welcome and have the most amazing time. From general chit chat, to pool games or kicking a ball about with your kids. The shows they put on at night also are amazing and had us all laughing with joy every single night. Special mention to the boys Ramirez, Raul, Mido, obama, lee, luca, linko, Scotch and all the rest. Honestly they work there socks off for what looks like 11 hours and put 200% effort in to making our holiday the best. Well done team, we will be back 💖😘

Food good, room nice, shower good but could do with some TLC but best shower I have had on holiday for power of water.Staff very friendly. Shop on site a bit expensive.

This is not a 4* hotel as advertised! At best its a 3*, the only thing that makes this resort worthwhile is the staff, who are friendly and welcoming, particularly the bar and restaurant staff and the chamber maids! Could go on and on about the issues there, but one thing I shall warn you about do not eat at the supposedly al a carte restaurant called Blue & Blue...you have been warned!!

been home a week now and really missing this place had an amazing 2 wks holiday .everywhere is spotless staff very friendly and food 100 per cent .we stayed in 011 and our cleaner is wonder woman nothing was to much trouble . the entertainment team was spot on and there was lots to do inside and out of resort we did walk round sousse madina then went to 3d museum that was great for a few quid and had such a laugh .the pirate ship is a good half day we went with ali baba your rep says not to but couldnt get on day for rep and there was no problem with doing it this way had a great time and saw the dolphins and was well looked after .defo will come back as was what we was looking for peace or entertainment it was all there thanks for great time xxx
