On-Yasai in Hong Kong

8月23日 18:50（入座時間）單號：74011795貴經理的態度十分不友善，大約8:05，他指示我們用膳時間尚有30分鐘，如果想延長時間，必須再加單，食物或是甜品，但是我們最後一次加單是19:45。我告知他：入座時並沒有員工跟我說明有用膳時間，如果有用膳時間，我不會選擇在19:45的時候再加單，因為一不夠時間把食物吃完。他態度不好地說：不用跟他爭論，我們一定有說清楚，其後我叫他檢查閉路電視，他便匆匆離開。其實，有用膳時間我是理解的，奈何在我入座後不久，有一台類似熟客的人客入座，坐在窗口中間第二張卡位，入座後不久，經理便親自上前招呼，更細聲講大聲笑，言談之間我很清楚聽到：今天你們慢慢坐，不用趕急買單！為什麼如此不公平的情況會在你們這麼大的連鎖集團發生！

first time, lunch here to try the Japanese style hot pot. lunch set over 100~300 depends on meat (pork, beef I choose the beef (from Japan around 4 pcs too thin no more feeling but soft. I guess female will be enough . the service provided so tired and boring just no more interest to want to do. Honestly speaking hotpot market more competitive more choices to choose. here no more good views

Making to effort to write a review because not only the food is good, the service here is excellent: efficient, polite, professional. The team know their stuff. Not overly invading so you can enjoy a comfortable space with good privacy.Love this place!

A Japanese Hot Pot restaurant, a bit expensive, taste fair

🔹假日午市套餐: 丹麥豚雞定食⠀💰$158 + $10 轉壽喜湯⠀👅🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑7/10⠀Lunch set 真係幾抵食，有3碟肉、丸、蔬菜拼盤、仲有嘢飲，豬腩肉同梅肉都好高質，唔係紙咁薄又冇筋冇膻味😋 粒豬肉丸都好好食，爆哂粒，不過個芯太多wasabi 有少少太攻鼻🙈壽喜燒湯底都幾濃，好飲，加埋烏冬好夾💕我諗唯一美中不足嘅就係爭左嚿豆腐😂⠀⠀🔙回頭指數: 8/10⠀

星期日去食午餐，食物質素味道都OK。但門口的職員態度很有問題，問基本野都唔想答你咁樣，一味係到整理晚餐的menu。咁入去之前要探體溫，咁出面好多地方都可以用掌心黎探溫，所以我就放隻手上去探溫器度，36.3度入得，點知比佢用比較大聲黎招呼「用額頭啊先生！」喂大佬呀，黎幫襯你仲要俾你大聲喝......一下子都反應唔黎，再隊個額頭過去再度36.3度，有乜分別？我保證我以後都唔會再嚟！唔會再阻住你執Menu架啦。

Ordered a $700 hotpot set. Kagoshima beef was supposed to be the selling point but they just nailed it by 4 thin tasteless slices. The rest are normal food you can have in other Chinese hotpots. I wish it wont be self service (all food being put in a cart left by your sideif I ordered from the a la carte menu.

孤獨精又出動了，一個人最啱去食一人一鍋。LCX逛街購物之後，順道走去溫野菜烚烚下，懶得回家自己煮。時間尚早，安排卡坐，非常舒服。昆布湯清清地，不會影響食材的原汁原味。兩款牛肉：英國安格斯牛肋肉，肉質比較瘦，味道有點臊。美國上級牛肋肉，肉質比較有脂肪，入口軟熟，我喜歡。免治雞肉味道清淡，有粒粒口感。紅心蘿蔔樣子討好，清甜。水菜爽脆，新鮮。

Visited in September 20. Ordered the premium set lunch at 148 for lunch. The service was good. Staffs were friendly and environment was clean too. The staffs refills my tea quite frequently when I finished. The ordering process with phone was smooth too.Ordered the konbu soup. Not expecting much from the soup as japanese hot pot does not put much focus on the broth.The meat and veggies meanwhile was very fresh and tasty. The condiments on the side was sesame paste and vinegar was also very flavourful. Worth a visit if nearby.

On-Yasai is a popular shabu shabu chain in Japan with overseas branches in Singapore.It is finally available in HK because Hong Kong businesses take a more conservative approach and only invests on businesses that are guaranteed to excel.“On-Yasai” literally means Warm Vegetables in Japanese.At On-Yasai “温野菜”, they hope to provide not only quality meats but also a variety of fresh vegetables/appetizers.0 讚好After looking at the Singapore On-Yasai website, they had my favourite gnocchi and cheese as side dishes but not available in Hong Kong because locals wont order it.On-Yasai is just the hotpot place for me because they have a huge variety of fresh vegetables and appetizers which is wonderful if you dont like red meat.I didnt eat red meat but it was good they had clear English labelling which is what you would expect from a branch that has restaurants in Singapore like Putien and this other Shanghai dumpling place.A big Salute to Singaporeans because their English standards are generally better than HK even though they speak with a Singlish accent.

因為最近海港城有滿港幣1000送100的活動，我們拿到了黃色的餐卷所以決定去試試看這家店。我們點了Set B 的兩人套餐價錢是HKD1100多不含服務費。其實覺得性價比不高，肉質和海鮮雖然很不錯吃的也很飽但是其他都很一般，如果沒有餐卷的話感覺不值得。比較欣賞餐廳的一點是部分飲料如果你不需要吸管的話會便宜10元提倡環保還蠻有心意的。覺得刷刷鍋的湯底非常一般，就算加了錢換其他湯底也很普通。沙拉跟前菜份量都很少，也沒有很好吃。總體來說算是比較健康清淡，但是並沒有物超所值的感覺。

I dont usually leave those kind of review but i thought i should leave one this time. First, compared to lunch set, I felt it was way too expensive for dinner. However the worst part of this restaurant they didnt accept split pay nor split receipt. I had to use corporate card for my share, so we asked to pay separately but this was rejected because their system couldnt support! couldnt believe split paying is not accepted in the restaurant where they get orders by tablet pc! I think they need to upgrade their payment system first!!!!

Japanese shabu shabu with individual pot.Three flavour of soup base to choose from. I would recommend the beef soup as it is more flavourful.Prices are reasonable. We spent close HKD1400 for 3 pax.Go after 9pm for 30% discount for selection from standard menu.

Mini hot pot and food is fresh and good

好用名氣嘅火鍋店，湯底嘅種類亦好多，素食者似乎都有兩三種湯底選擇。今次點左昆布湯同埋雜菌番茄湯，湯底都OK。至於配料方面，竟然有新豬肉，真係令人好興奮。因為新豬肉，所以點左新豬肉餃子同埋新豬肉嘅唔知乜嘢，真豬肉用嚟打邊爐都OK。蔬菜方面亦好多選擇，有菜豆腐菇類。不過如果要食得飽，都要叫好多。今次每人大約$180 ，感覺上食唔飽，連一半都冇。店面乾淨，工作人員有禮貌亦有反應，經常斟茶同埋添湯， 10分讚。溫野菜同一集團牛角剛好有藍悟空同埋比達，所以將佢哋影落嚟留為紀念。

Really good Japanese hot pot place in lcx! High quality slices of meats and service. Loved the tofu parcels stuffed with mochi and fresh vegetables! This is a must try along with the truffle tsukimire. Good selections of drinks and condiments.

On yasai is delicious hot pot. Order your base soup and meat, veg and cook away at your table. Wagyu beef is excellent, thinly cut it cooks in seconds. You may want a lot of this.... Sapporo beer was on a free refill offer too. 👍

The price is very expensive and the food is not good.

Food with excellent quality definitely justified the cost. Specially recommends 藥膳湯, dont miss it!

My favourite Shabu Shabu restaurant in Hong Kong

Abit too Pricy for a Maxims group hot pot restaurant, it’s quite special to have fusion Shabushabu the Chinese herb soup base taste unique, various kinds of high quality fresh Vegitables and beef, pork belly is awesome. Service is great staffs are willing to help and make recommendations.

Great service and food quality tonight, can’t wait to go back. We had the al a carte menu.

Amazing. All You Can Eat Wagyu from Australia and Japan. Not to mention Angus beef or the many different pork cuts. Totally worth it.

Tried the lunch set menu, ~$130 per pax, not expensive but also not impressive

an expensive placeand my stove keep failing. Staff told me that they fail when overheat. I ended up moving to another all stove by myself.

The hotpot was surprisingly good. You can choose your own individual soup base. I tried the curry soup hot pot and a selection of meat and veg which were very fresh.

Visited on Saturday at around 1400, booking is full all day and walk in needed. Waited around 20 minutes to be seated. No set menu on weekend and holidays and thus ordered a la carte. Beef quality is excellent, pork is okay and chicken is a bit disappointing (portion is very small as you can see from photos). Vegetables are fresh in reasonable price. Overall it is a bit expensive and expect around $200 per head for lunch.
